Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and allows you to remove hydrophobic and hydrophilic contaminants from the pulped pulp.
Known flotation unit (USSR patent 401768) made in the form of two cylindrical-conical tanks concentrically arranged relative to each other, connected to a distribution head mounted in a conical bottom of a larger tank and equipped with guide channels for supplying a mixture of suspension and air and an opening for removing the purified suspension from less capacity.
The disadvantages of the above installation are:
- сомнительная эффективность работы, так как пена с воздушными пузырьками и частичками краски и полиэтилена, прежде чем попасть в кольцевой карман, который находится выше, вероятнее сначала попадет во внутреннюю емкость для очищенной массы;- dubious work efficiency, since the foam with air bubbles and particles of paint and polyethylene, before entering the annular pocket, which is located higher, is more likely to first enter the internal container for the cleaned mass;
- отсутствие механизма удаления частичек тяжелых загрязнений из суспензии, скапливание частичек тяжелых загрязнений в нижней части большого конуса и как следствие затруднение работы всей установки и попадание частичек тяжелых загрязнений во внутреннюю емкость и далее в трубопровод очищенной массы.- the absence of a mechanism for removing particles of heavy contaminants from the suspension, the accumulation of particles of heavy contaminants in the lower part of the large cone and, as a result, the difficulty of the entire installation and the ingress of particles of heavy contaminants into the internal container and then into the pipeline of the cleaned mass.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning waste paper from hydrophilic and hydrophobic contaminants, reduce energy consumption, process automation.
The problem is achieved by the fact that it is proposed to use a plant for cleaning liquid waste paper from hydrophilic and hydrophobic contaminants, consisting of a receiving basin, a pipeline supplying untreated waste paper, a floating strainer, a hydrophobic pollution suction system, including a suction pipe with a rotary nozzle, a suction fan, filter drive for hydrophobic contaminants, a control system for the accumulation of hydrophobic contaminants, including a transmitter and receiver of light flux, a perforated clean mass intake pipe, a hydrophilic pollution discharge pipe, and a waste paper overflow pipe from the receiving pool.
The invention is supposed to be used as follows: untreated waste paper (after pulper) is fed into the pool - 1 via pipeline - 2. In the pool, the pipeline is located in such a way that its end is at the bottom of the strainer - 3 and the entire untreated waste paper enters the filter. The mesh filter is an inverted truncated pyramid, the lower, narrow edge of which is worn on the incoming pipeline of untreated mass, and the upper, wide one, is attached to a frame floating on the surface of the mass in the pool. The height filter consists of at least two types of mesh with a different cell area, with a larger area below the outlet of the waste paper from the pipe, and with a smaller area at the top closer to the surface. A mesh filter with a floating frame - 5 is connected with a dense material that transmits water and does not allow hydrophobic pollution outside the floating frame.
When leaving the pipeline from the pipeline, the untreated mass loses speed, and heavy hydrophilic contaminants, passing through large cells of the floating filter, settle on the bottom of the pool in special recesses - pockets - 4 and then periodically discharge through pipelines - 7, 8. Light hydrophobic contaminants float and accumulate on the surface of the mass inside the floating frame and, as they accumulate, are removed by a suction fan - 10, through a suction pipe with a rotary nozzle - 9, light hydrophobic contaminants are collected in a removable filter-filter - 11. Hydrophobic contaminants are removed by a signal from the hydrophobic accumulation control system accumulations, operating as follows: the light flux is supplied to the mass surface inside the floating frame by the light emitter - 13, since the waste paper has a relatively dark color, a weak reflection of the light flux occurs and the light flux receiver - 14 does not respond to it. When hydrophobic contaminants accumulate inside the floating frame (mainly polystyrene crumbs and pieces of polyethylene having white and light color tones), the reflected light flux is more powerful and the light signal receiver responds to it and turns on a suction fan to remove hydrophobic pollution accumulated inside the floating frame.
The cleaned pulp mass is accumulated in the middle part (in height) of the pool - 6, from where it is fed through the perforated pipe for collecting clean mass - 12 located horizontally in the middle part (in height) of the pool for further use. Perforation in the net mass intake pipe is performed in such a way (the area of the perforation holes increases in the opposite direction to the net mass movement through the pipeline) so that the net mass is taken uniformly along the entire length of the pool.
