Comparison of the proposed solutions with analogues and prototype did not allow to identify in them the signs that distinguish the claimed solution, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "novelty".
The method works as follows.
A method of simulating the technique of movements and actions of releasing curling stone, including the use of a training roller platform, on which the curling stone is centered and fixed, is used on a horizontal level floor with a coating of linoleum or laminate or parquet. The athlete takes the roll out position. The position in which the athlete slides after pushing away. Depending on the individual technique, the athlete pushes the training roller with the curling stone fixed on it and imitates the release of the stone with a certain force and rotation by the handle. The ability to perform a different number of stone rotations is necessary for a stable technique of movements and actions of the players of a team consisting of 2 to 5 people, performing the same rotation. With a larger number of rotations, the stone goes more straightforward, with a smaller more arched. For a high-class athlete, it is necessary to develop the ability to make both small and large number of rotations and apply this depending on the conditions and condition of the ice. If the ice of poor quality and the stones go whiter rectilinearly, then it is necessary to apply the release of the stone with a small number of rotations. If the ice is aggressive, obtained after preparing it for curling, the stones travel more arched, then it is necessary to release the stone with a large number of spins for a controlled and predictable target type of throw. When entering the house, all players should have the same number of stone rotations, most often it is 3-4 rotations after graduation and to a complete stop. If the number of spins of the players will be different, then the trajectories of the stone will be different with the same line and the results are more variable. For the target type of throw - control, including knocking out one opponent’s stone and leaving the stone to leave in the house, movement is generated with a little more force than when setting into the house and with a lot of rotations for a more effective result. With this release, the stone goes more straightforward and is better controlled by brushing the ice surface, and after touching the opponent’s stone, the probability of his complete stop in the house increases at a low speed. At high speeds, an inertial bounce to the side is a common occurrence. Everything corresponds to the law of conservation of the main types of energy [3]. Kinetic energy is the energy of body movement, which depends on the speed and mass of the object. Potential energy - energy, depending on the position of the object. This energy characterizes the work performed by the field in which the object is located, according to its movement. According to the law of conservation of energy, these two of its types, describing the state of the object, do not come from anywhere and do not disappear anywhere, but only pass into each other.
An individual operating time to a subconscious level of experience of each target type of throw of the applied repulsive force of the arm of the simulation roller platform and for the handle simultaneously, the moment of rotation of the arm in the exact direction of the stone’s trajectory to set it at a given place in the house is performed up to 32 times in each training session and for each target type of throw with a planned frequency of 3 times during each week in the special preparatory period of the annual training cycle. It has been established empirically that such a performance of the simulation of the technique of movements and actions for the release of curling stone leads the production to be automatic in the accuracy of setting the stone with a high possibility of the result obtained.
