Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of thermal hardening of high-carbon alloys by using an arc discharge plasma between a part and a tungsten electrode and can be used in the production of working bodies of tools for soil development.
A known method of hardening the surface of cast iron products, in accordance with which the hardened side is heated by a welding arc using a non-consumable carbon electrode at a current strength of 180-200 A, and then cooled at a speed of 400-500 ° C / s (USSR copyright certificate No. 1171538 of 07.08 .1985). However, with such a hardening of the surface layer, samples of ductile iron have problems with ensuring the stability of arc burning, as a result of which the surface of the part becomes uneven and the carbon content in the surface layer is inhomogeneous.
Известен способ электроконтактного термоупрочнения лезвия почвообрабатывающего орудия из высокопрочного чугуна ВЧ50 толщиной не менее 7 мм, включающий нагрев поверхности тыльной стороны лезвия почвообрабатывающего орудия электрической дугой обратной полярности путем перемещения электрода по криволинейной траектории, образованной линейным перемещением параллельно острой кромки лезвия почвообрабатывающих орудий и вращением вокруг вертикальной оси, при этом нагрев поверхности тыльной стороны лезвия осуществляют вольфрамовым электродом постоянным током, при этом диаметр вращения электрода вокруг вертикальной оси задают равным ширине лезвия, причем за один оборот электрода вокруг вертикальной оси линейное перемещение составляет 5 мм, а частоту вращения устанавливают 25 мин-1 (патент РФ №2678723 от 31.01.2019).A known method of electrical contact hardening of a blade of a tillage implement from ductile iron VCh50 with a thickness of at least 7 mm, including heating the surface of the rear side of the blade of a tillage implement with an electric arc of reverse polarity by moving the electrode along a curved path formed by linear movement parallel to the sharp edge of the blade of the tillage and the axis of rotation while heating the surface of the back side of the blade carry tungsten elec genus DC, the diameter of rotation of the electrode about a vertical axis is set to be the width of the blade, wherein one electrode revolution around the vertical axis of linear movement is 5 mm and the rotational frequency is set for 25 minutes -1 (RF Patent №2678723 from 01.31.2019).
The disadvantages of this method include limitations on the thickness of the processed products, as well as the difficulty in programming the process of moving the electrode when changing the geometry of the working bodies.
Наиболее близким к предлагаемому способу по технической сущности и достигаемому результату является способ упрочнения поверхности стальных изделий, включающий цементацию поверхностного слоя изделия с использованием плазмы дугового разряда обратной полярности между электродом из углеродсодержащего материала и упрочняемой поверхностью стального изделия с перемещением электрода вдоль упрочняемой поверхности, при этом цементацию поверхностного слоя ведут пульсирующей дугой, при этом электроду из углеродсодержащего материала сообщают колебательные движения с частотой колебаний 5-20 Гц, причем на каждом колебании упомянутый электрод вводят в контакт с упрочняемой поверхностью, продолжительность которого устанавливают 0,02-0,05 с., при этом электрод перемещают над упрочняемой поверхностью со скоростью 0,5-2,5 см/с (патент РФ №2563572 от 20.09.2015).Closest to the proposed method in terms of technical nature and the achieved result is a method of hardening the surface of steel products, comprising cementing the surface layer of the product using an arc discharge plasma of reverse polarity between the carbon-containing material electrode and the hardened surface of the steel product with the electrode moving along the hardened surface, while cementing the surface layer is conducted by a pulsating arc, while the electrode of the carbon-containing material communicates oscillatory movements with an oscillation frequency of 5-20 Hz are generated, and at each oscillation, said electrode is brought into contact with a hardened surface, the duration of which is set to 0.02-0.05 s., while the electrode is moved over the hardened surface at a speed of 2.5 cm / s (RF patent No. 2563572 dated 09/20/2015).
The disadvantages of this method of hardening the surface layer include: the lack of the possibility of hardening samples of ductile iron due to problems with ensuring the stability of arc burning on its surface and carbon supersaturation.
The technical task of this invention is to obtain a given stable depth of the hardened layer in the cutting part of the working bodies of tillage tools from ductile iron of high frequency 50, increasing hardness.
50.EFFECT: obtaining a predetermined stable depth of a ledeburite layer with a depth of 1.2-1.3 mm, increasing the wear resistance of the blades of the working bodies of tillage implements from high-strength cast iron VCh 50.
The technical result is achieved by the method of hardening the blades of the working bodies, including the use of a plasma of an arc discharge of reverse polarity between the electrode and the hardened surface with the movement of the electrode along the hardened surface by a pulsating arc, while the cutting part of the working bodies made of high-strength cast iron HF 50 is strengthened, using tungsten as an electrode an electrode that performs axial longitudinal vibrations with a frequency of 4-8 Hz and moves along the hardened surface at a speed 0.4-1.5 cm / s, while the time of each contact of the tungsten electrode with the hardened surface is 0.08 s.
Distinctive essential features affecting the achievement of the claimed technical result:
- упрочняются поверхности рабочих органов из высокопрочного чугуна ВЧ50;- hardened surfaces of the working bodies of ductile iron VCh50;
- в качестве электрода используют вольфрамовый электрод;- a tungsten electrode is used as an electrode;
- вольфрамовый электрод осуществляет осевые продольные колебания с частотой 4-8 Гц;- a tungsten electrode carries out axial longitudinal vibrations with a frequency of 4-8 Hz;
- вольфрамовый электрод перемещается по упрочняемой поверхности со скоростью 0,4-1,5 см/с;- the tungsten electrode moves along the hardened surface at a speed of 0.4-1.5 cm / s;
- время контакта вольфрамового электрода с упрочняемой поверхностью при каждом контакте составляет 0,08 с.- the contact time of the tungsten electrode with the hardened surface at each contact is 0.08 s.
При последующем контакте электрода с поверхностью изделия дуга прерывается, имеет место короткое замыкание в зоне контакта электрода с обрабатываемой поверхностью и резкое уменьшение теплового потока в изделие, что обеспечивает быстрый отвод тепла с обработанной поверхности на основную массу рабочего органа, что приводит к образованию ледебурита (отбелу).The use of a pulsating arc provides control of the heating of the treated surface, since intense heating of the surface occurs only in a short period when the electrode is at a predetermined distance from the treated surface and stops when the electrode is in contact with the treated surface of the product. In the discharge zone, the surface layer of the working bodies is quickly heated from high-strength cast iron from an electric arc discharge of reverse polarity. At the same time, the nearby zone does not have time to warm up to high temperatures. Upon subsequent contact of the electrode with the surface of the product, the arc is interrupted, there is a short circuit in the zone of contact of the electrode with the treated surface and a sharp decrease in heat flux into the product, which ensures rapid heat removal from the treated surface to the main mass of the working body, which leads to the formation of ledeburite (bleaching )
Hardening of HF50 cast iron samples by creating a bleached layer on their surface, consisting of cementite eutectic - ledeburite, was carried out by local rapid heating until the metal melted during electric arc heating with a tungsten electrode. The bulk of the metal remained cold. Therefore, after turning off the heat source, the thin molten surface layer solidified due to intense heat removal to a large cold mass with strong supercooling relative to the eutectic solidus with the formation of ledeburite.
The microhardness of the bleached ledeburite layer is H 50 = 10210 ± 1403 MPa. The depth of the bleached layer is 1.2-1.3 mm.
50.Proposed in the invention, the parameters of the movement of the electrode along the machined surface provides the necessary size of the hardening zone in one processing cycle in order to obtain a continuous strip of the hardened surface of the product from high-strength cast iron HF 50.
