Abstract
Description
The invention relates to surgery, namely the creation of a dressing for the treatment of extensive superficial skin lesions.
A dressing is known according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2180856 IPC 61L15 / 44 under the name "Means for treating wounds." The essence of patent No. 2180856 lies in the fact that the authors were able to select a composition of substances that form a gel, when interacting with which the wound exudate and air create an elastic, spongy, well gas and vapor permeable coating that does not require additional dressings, causing regeneration and epithelization of the wound surface and gradual peeling of the coating.
The proposed coating is obtained as follows. An aqueous solution of methyl cellulose or carboxymethyl cellulose is prepared. Then, alginic acid or a salt of alginic acid, or carrageenan, fucoidin, zosterin, gum arabic, xanthan gum, tragacanth, pectin or a mixture thereof is introduced into this solution.
The disadvantage of this vehicle, taken as an analogue, is that its production requires a large number of components, various conditions for their mutual composition, and in this regard, large labor costs.
1. The objective of my invention is to simplify the production of dressings.
2. Reducing the labor costs of medical personnel in the treatment of burns, pressure sores, extensive abrasions, trophic ulcers and radiation damage to the skin.
3. As well as minimizing the suffering of patients and accelerating wound healing.
4. The exception of burn disease.
The task according to claim 1 is solved by using the invention under the name "Dressing from fluff of ears of cattail, treated with a 1% alcohol solution of brilliant green.
The name of the dressing itself lists all its components, which indicates the simplicity of its production. Rogoz broadleaf plant is widespread throughout Russia, and its fluff is a high molecular weight natural compound.
The problem according to claim 2 is solved by the formation of a breathable durable porous elastic green color coating, under the protection of which a new skin appears in a short time. In most cases, only one dressing is required. After 7-10 days, the coating disappears by itself, exposing the healed pink skin.
According to paragraph 3. If dressings occur during burns of the 2nd and 3rd degrees, then they are practically painless: they do not require soaking and traumatic peeling of the dressings.
The problem according to claim 4 is solved by the property of cattail fluff to absorb exudate along with microorganisms and destroy them with brilliant green. The exudate evaporates, the wound dries, and in a dry environment, microbes do not have life. This leads to the fact that microorganisms that cause rotting of tissues die and as a result of this, wounds are not accompanied by the formation of scars.
The problem is solved using a dressing called "Dressing from the fluff of ears of cattail, treated with a 1% alcohol solution of brilliant green.
This dressing is made as follows:
A cob of cattail is placed for 2 minutes in an autoclave with a temperature of 120 ° C. In a neutral container (glass, porcelain), the ear is dissolved in fluff and watered with 80 milliliters of a 1% alcohol solution of brilliant green. They carefully monitor that all fluff is wetted by this antiseptic. Fluff villi, which are tubes of microscopic dimensions, eagerly draw in an antiseptic. The processed fluff is left at room temperature for 1-2 days. By the end of the second day, the dressing completely evaporates the alcohol, leaving an antiseptic inside the villi and outside. This completes the preparation of the dressing and is ready for use.
The treatment method is as follows. The wound surface (burns, pressure sores) is disinfected with a 1.5% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, after which a dressing is applied with a layer of 2 mm thickness on the entire wound surface and fixed with a bandage no thicker than 2 layers so as not to disturb air exchange. After 1-2 days, in the case of burns of the 2nd degree, the dressing dries the wound, turning into a dense, durable, porous elastic coating of green color, which itself is held in the wound. It will not be possible to tear off the coating from the wound, and there is no need to do this - it will disappear after 7-10 days with wound healing. It is not necessary to soak, as well as to smear with any ointment on the coating, since in these cases all the pores in the coating are closed. The wound stops breathing and healing is delayed.
In case of burns of the 3rd degree, the wound is washed with a 1.5% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, the impurities are removed and a dressing is applied to the wound, but in this case, an elastic coating forms a little later due to the large amount of exudate secretion. The previously applied wet layer of the dressing is removed. It is really easy and painless to remove, revealing a whitish-gray “bottom” of the wound, exposing the ends of the capillaries, on which droplets of blood appeared no more than a poppy seed. A new portion of dressing is applied here and the formation of the aforementioned elastic coating is expected.
Under it is the regeneration of epithelial tissue. No further dressings required.
In some cases, after treating the wound with hydrogen peroxide, for one reason or another, areas with live microorganisms may remain. These places on the coverage are determined by the nurse. Light touches throughout the covered wound. Only in places of suppuration, sharp pain is felt, and they remove the coating with tweezers, thoroughly wash the wound site with a 1.5% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, without touching the places where the medicine has already taken root in the wound. The dressing is applied again. Further dressings may not be necessary, since the coating from this place can no longer be removed until the wound is completely healed. Coverage will gradually disappear on its own.
Лист № 9.To clarify the described object, I apply a sample of the finished dressing in a plastic bag. Sheet number 9.
