Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a feed industry and can be used in the production of highly efficient feed.
A known feed additive is a premix for the prevention and treatment of mycotoxicosis in cattle and pigs and a method for preparing it (patent RU No. 2496329, A23K 1/16, published on 10/27/2013). The method of obtaining the premix includes dissolving diacetophenonylidene, beta-carotene, vitamin E, vitamin C in vegetable oil, while first dissolving vegetable phospholipids at a temperature of 105-110 ° C for 30-40 minutes, then the remaining components, after which the resulting solution is applied to wheat bran.
The disadvantages of the known technical solution include the fact that the dissolution of biologically active substances is carried out at high temperature, which has a destructive effect on vitamins E and C, beta-carotene and phospholipids, which ultimately reduces the functional properties of the finished product.
The closest technical solution is a feed additive and method for its preparation (patent RU No. 2577372, A23K 50/75, publ. 03/20/2016). A method of obtaining a feed additive includes dissolving vegetable phospholipids, diacetophenonyl selenide, beta carotene, vitamin E and vitamin C in vegetable oil in two stages and applying the resulting solution to a carrier. At the first stage, beta-carotene is introduced into vegetable oil at a temperature of 90-95 ° C, stirred for 30-35 minutes, and cooled to a temperature of 45-50 ° C. At the second stage, plant phospholipids, diacetophenonyl selenide, vitamin E and vitamin C are introduced, mixed for 20-25 minutes, cooled to a temperature of 20-25 ° C. After that, the resulting solution is applied to the carrier, which is a mixture of chalk and wheat bran, pre-treated at a temperature of 100-105 ° C for 30-40 minutes and cooled to a temperature of 20-25 ° C.
The disadvantages of the known method of obtaining feed additives include the fact that the dissolution of beta-carotene in vegetable oil at high temperature leads to its oxidation, and the two-stage dissolution of biologically active substances in vegetable oil causes the duration of the process.
The technical problem to be solved by the claimed invention is the creation of a highly efficient method for producing a feed additive that can reduce the loss of beta-carotene, as well as reduce the duration of the process.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to reduce the loss of beta-carotene and reduce the duration of the process.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of obtaining a feed additive, including the dissolution of plant phospholipids, diacetophenonyl selenide, beta carotene, vitamin E, vitamin C in vegetable oil and applying the resulting oil solution to the carrier, vegetable phospholipids, diacetophenonyl selenide, beta carotene, vitamin , vitamin C is dissolved in vegetable oil at the same time at a temperature of 45-50 ° C, and the resulting oil solution is treated in a rotating electromagnetic field with an electromagnetic frequency of rotation field 50c of -1 and the intensity of 150-200 kA / m, the temperature was cooled to 20-25 ° C and applied to the carrier.
Processing the oil solution of biologically active substances in a rotating electromagnetic field allows you to completely dissolve biologically active substances (beta-carotene, vegetable phospholipids, diacetophenonyl selenide, vitamin E and vitamin C) in vegetable oil in one step and at a lower temperature (45-50 ° C) this reduces the loss of beta-carotene and reduces the duration of the process.

As can be seen from the table, the loss of beta-carotene in the claimed method of obtaining a feed additive is much lower than in the known method, due to the lower temperature of dissolution.
