It is generally recognized that the main way to reduce human and material losses is a comprehensive solution to the problems of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and education of the population in methods of self-help and mutual assistance in various emergency conditions.

A practical step on this path was the development and creation of a mini-first-aid kit ANSM-5, containing a specific set of therapeutic agents, allowing, based on a clear algorithm of actions, to effectively provide self-help and mutual assistance in a specific emergency situation at work and at home.

The main principles of creating a mini-first aid kit ANSM-5 were the primary use of medicines of domestic pharmaceutical companies; ease of replication of production technology; the optimal size of the first-aid kit, which allows it to be constantly with you and easy to move in different situations (production, travel, household, etc.); the possibility of retrofitting after the use of individual components; the presence of a clear algorithm of independent actions, reflecting the technique of stopping the "acute state"; the possibility of cross-use of drugs available in the first-aid kit for stopping a wider number of syndromes not listed in the main list; long shelf life of drugs, which allows the use of a first aid kit for a long time.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in this first-aid kit, made in the form of a sheath, which is three-layered, containing three platforms, on each of them in a special cell is fixed a certain set of therapeutic means for rendering self-help, with a specific pathological condition. According to the invention, the case includes: instruction sheet and a tutorial (on a CD-ROM) for self-help and mutual assistance in emergency situations.

A first aid kit is a case in which a set of medical devices, medical preparations and instructions (in print and electronic versions) for its use with the algorithm for taking medications and urgent actions (see the graphic part) are arranged in an orderly manner and is arranged as follows.

Medications are located on the middle platform, designed to relieve acute pain syndrome of various etiologies, heart attack, hypertensive crisis, allergic reaction, acute post-traumatic stress disorder, emergency prophylaxis (antibacterial agent). In order to eliminate errors, drugs are fixed in separate cells and have identification labels denoting the names of pathological syndromes.

The first cell contains six tablets of paracetamol, twelve tablets of diclofenac, twenty tablets of metamizol sodium, designed to relieve acute pain syndrome, which includes: headache, post-traumatic injuries and migraine injuries, toothache, neuralgia, myalgia, which should be relieved with paracetamol in a dose 500 mg orally 3 times a day. In case of post-traumatic injuries of the joints and the spine, diclofenac should be used at a dose of 100 mg orally 2-3 times a day after meals, metamizole sodium is taken 500-1000 mg situationally.

The second cell contains nitrospray (0.4 mg, 200 doses, 10 ml of 1 fl.) And an acetylsalicylic acid blister (100 mg, 10 tab.) Intended for the relief of a heart attack.
