The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to first-aid kits of emergency self-help and mutual assistance.

Allergic reactions caused by insect bites are a serious pathological condition of the human body, usually manifested by skin itching, urticaria (small, limited and itchy rashes that quickly form and change their location, sometimes merge, can be pale or red), angioedema (unilateral or bilateral edema of the lips, ears, eyelids, hands or feet), difficulty breathing due to laryngeal edema or bronchospasm, hoarseness, barking cough, abdominal pain and decreased blood pressure. This condition actually threatens a person’s life and is caused by a sharp release of mediators in a sensitized person. Often, allergic reactions caused by insect bites lead to anaphylactic shock (due to hypoxemia, vasodilation and sweating of the plasma from the capillaries). For this reason, patients need emergency medical care.

Such a first-aid kit must always be carried with all patients with allergic diseases, as allergic reactions can occur anytime, anywhere, and delayed emergency care can have negative consequences for a person.

Closest to the proposed invention according to the technical solution is a mini first aid kit for a heart attack (RF patent No. 2124432, international application PCT / RU 99/00056) containing a two-layer case with hermetic easily opening cavities between its layers, in which a set of therapeutic agents is placed designed to provide emergency self-help and mutual assistance in case of a heart attack, as well as instructions for the use of therapeutic agents with an emergency algorithm located on the walls of the case, while yar has the shape of a business card and is very convenient for permanent wear with them and use first aid kits at any time of occurrence of an attack (at work, in transport, in the campaign, in the theater, cinema, etc.). However, the kit of medicines in this first-aid kit, including nitroglycerin and aspirin, is clearly not suitable for emergency self-help in allergic reactions caused by insect bites.

Disclosure of the invention.

The basis of the present invention is the creation of a first-aid kit with such a set of therapeutic agents, which would ensure the provision of effective first emergency self-help and mutual assistance in allergic reactions caused by insect bites.

The problem is solved in that the first-aid kit, presented in the form of a two-layer case with sealed easy-to-open cavities between its layers, contains a set of medicines placed in the indicated cavities of the case and intended to help only with allergic reactions caused by insect bites, as well as instructions on the use of drugs with an emergency algorithm located on the walls of the case. The first-aid kit according to the invention contains preparations: an antihistamine cream in a tube, an antihistamine drug in a single therapeutic dose, tweezers, a glucocorticoid drug in a single therapeutic dose, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor in a double therapeutic dose; Moreover, all medicines are intended to provide emergency self-help and mutual assistance in case of allergic reactions caused by insect bites.

As an antihistamine cream, the first-aid kit contains loraderm, an antihistamine - loratadine in a single therapeutic dose, tweezers, a glucocorticoid drug - prednisolone in a single therapeutic dose, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor - eufillin in a double therapeutic dose, which is safe for patients to independently use when stopping allergies insect bites.

Such a set of medicines, including loratadine, loraderm, prednisone and aminophylline, is the safest and most adequate to provide effective emergency self-help and mutual assistance in case of hypertensive crisis.

First aid kit is used as follows. A patient with a high probability of developing an allergic reaction to an insect bite (determined by a doctor), on the advice of a doctor or independently, acquires a first-aid kit (see drawing), carefully examines the detailed instructions attached to the first-aid kit and a brief instruction 10 located on the walls of the case 1, puts the first-aid kit in a suit pocket, purse, handbag, etc. for continuous carrying.

When the first symptoms of an allergic reaction caused by insect bites appear and there is no possibility to receive qualified medical care in the near future, the patient acts according to the algorithm indicated on the reverse side of the first-aid kit: takes a loratadine 5 tablet from the first-aid kit, bites it and swallows it. Then, if the sting of the insect remains, with tweezers 6 removes it (does not squeeze) and lubricates the bite with loraderm 4. It is necessary to ensure peace and fresh air. If symptoms disappear, you should subsequently consult a doctor. If symptoms worsen, it is necessary to take a tablet of aminophylline 7 (chew, swallow) and a tablet of prednisolone 8 (chew, swallow), urgently call an ambulance. The possibility of industrial production of emergency self-help and mutual aid kits for allergic reactions caused by insect bites is obvious, since the production of medical products factory, already close in technical essence, mini-first aid kits for heart attack, has already been carried out in Russia.
