Description
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to dairy farming, and can be used in livestock complexes, where problems are not fully resolved by known methods of disinfection.
The following methods for disinfecting the udder of cattle are known:
П. Дегтерев, A.M. 23.1. Detergents (MIISP, TP Degterev, A.M. Rekin. “Milk quality depending on the sanitary condition of milking equipment.” Dairy industry, 2000, p. 23.
2. A disinfectant with active biological and antiviral effects (US patent No. 4206529 issued by Neumanni, No. 5124145 and 5234684 issued by Sordilloctqe). These disinfectants provide for the presence of chemically active elements indicating the exact dosage of the components used.
The disadvantage of these methods is the high cost of disinfectants.
There is also known a method for the prevention of mastitis in animals of dairy breed (patent RU 2163145). The invention provides for the use of new wet paper or tissue wipes that provide quick one-step disinfection and drying of surfaces. Disposable paper or tissue wipes have the following composition: bacteriocin, chelating agent, salt component, stabilizer, drying agent and surfactant. Preferred components are NaCl concentrations in the proportion of 10 to 100 mM and citrate to 5 mM. The disadvantage of this method is the presence of chemical elements, their exact dosage, the use of paper towels or non-woven material leads to an increase in the complexity of the method and additional costs.
Closest to the claimed invention is a method of disinfecting the udder and nipples of animals using an activated aqueous preparation (patent RU No. 2220109 from 12.27.2003) in contact with microorganisms during the disinfection period.
To obtain aqueous preparations for disinfection from microorganisms, the electrical conductivity of water is increased by making 0.01-5 weight. % soluble impurities, forming ions of the following set of atoms: C, N, O and N. Then water is passed through an electrolyzer, contact with microorganisms is carried out in an aqueous medium. As soluble impurities, carbonic acid, urea, carboxylic acid, dicarboxylic acid, etc. are used. The activated water preparation remaining after decontamination is kept in air or in the light until its activity decreases.
The disadvantage of this method: contact with microorganisms is carried out only in an aqueous medium, the use of various impurities and their exact dosage increase the complexity of the method and increase costs, the patent does not contain information on the use of the drug, there is no information on the values of the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of the drug.
The claimed invention is aimed at solving the problem - to exclude the incidence of animals mastitis.
The technical result of the invention is to improve the quality of milk by reducing somatic cells, as well as quick and effective disinfection of the udder and nipples of animals of dairy breed.
V.This result is achieved due to the fact that in the method of disinfecting the udder and nipples of animals, which includes obtaining an activated water preparation and bringing it into contact with the microorganisms of the udder and nipples of animals, anolyte with a pH of 1.5-2 is used as an activated water preparation before milking the animals. , 5 with a redox potential from +700 to +1000 mV, after milking for medicinal purposes - catholyte with a pH of 8.0-12.0 with a redox potential from -700 to -900 mV.
Anolyte (acid water) is a powerful non-toxic, safe disinfectant containing mixed oxidants (hypochlorous acid) with high bactericidal and sporocidal activity. Analit does not form any by-products and has increased penetration into the smallest pores.
V.Catholyte (alkaline water) - has a stimulating and tonic effect, accelerates bioprocesses, increases blood pressure. Catholyte is effective in the treatment of various wounds. In addition to alkaline properties, catholyte has a negative redox potential (ORP). Significant features are the use of electroactivated anolyte water with a pH of 1.5-2.5 with a redox potential of +700 to +1000 mV and catholyte with a pH of 8.0-12.0 with a redox potential of -700 to -900 mV.
Examples of the method
The implementation of the method begins with the preparation of a disinfectant liquid (activated water of catholyte and anolyte) in diaphragm activators in the required volumes with the following indicators: anolyte - pH from 1.5 to 2.5 and ORP from +700 to +1000; catholyte - pH from 8.0 to 12.0 and ORP from -700 to -900. The indicated range of key indicators depends on the nature and degree of bactericidal contamination. The effectiveness of the disinfectant solution is reduced beyond them. As equipment, it is necessary to use two storage tanks with a daily volume of fluid flow for cotolite and anolyte, two water centrifugal pumps, two sprayers and an electric activator with the required performance. Disinfection of the udder and nipples is carried out after a typical stimulating massage by spraying before milking the anolyte, and then after removing the glasses of the milking machine for medicinal purposes - catholyte.
Example 1. Anolyte with a pH of 1.5 and an ORP of +700 was prepared, catholyte with a pH of 8.0 and an ORP of -700. Prepared water (anolyte) was used to disinfect the udder of animals. As a result of using prepared water (anolyte), bacterial contamination of the udder and nipples of the cow was not observed, and the number of somatic cells in milk decreased.
2.Activated water with a pH below the declared value has insufficient cleansing and penetrating ability. The seediness of individual surfaces exceeds 10 thousand CFU / 1 cm 2 .
Catholyte with lesser regimes has a weak healing effect in the presence of cuts, suppuration, microcracks.
Example 2. Similarly prepared activated water - anolyte and catholyte with maximum values of the interval. Prepared water was likewise used before milking animals during disinfection and after milking for healing purposes the udder and nipples were treated with catholyte. No bacterial contamination of the udder and nipples of the cow was observed. Prevention of the udder after milking dramatically reduced the number of mastitis diseases.
Exceeding the maximum values of catholyte and anolyte does not contribute to an increase in the disinfecting and healing features of the surface of the udder.
The economic efficiency of the method consists of a general reduction in the incidence of animals with mastitis, eliminating the cost of chemicals, wipes, non-woven material and a disinfectant.
According to studies, the incidence of mastitis is from 10 to 50%, and losses are up to 40% of all losses caused by cattle diseases.
