The disadvantage of this grinder is the complexity of the design, the difficulty in operation and increased energy intensity.

A universal chopper is also known - a feed mixer (patent RU 2327338 C2, 06.27.2008, prototype), comprising a feed conveyor mounted on the frame, a pressure conveyor, a hopper for loading bulk feed, a deck and a sieve, a drum chopper, consisting of several chopper drums with working bodies, one of them with hammers with a comb, the other with knives, and the third with a deck and sieve mounted on a shaft driven by an electric motor.

Common disadvantages of the known technical solutions are the high metal consumption of structures, energy consumption and structural complexity.

The technical result is to improve the quality of products with minimal energy consumption, working areas, simplifying the design and improving conditions for maintenance.

The technical result is achieved in that in a universal installation for grinding feed and preparing straw flour, including a feed conveyor mounted on the frame, a pressure conveyor, a hopper for loading bulk feed, a deck and a sieve, a drum grinder with working bodies - hammers, mounted on a shaft driven by an electric motor, according to the invention, the drum grinder has additional working bodies in the form of a set of milling cutters with disks and blades, while between the disks on the shaft blades with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the disk are tuned, and the hammers are torsionally fixed between the upper parts of the disks, the sieve is made removable and arched, repeating the shape of a drum grinder and has an unloading sleeve with a bin for finished products installed at an angle of 45-50 ° to the frame.

The novelty of the claimed technical solution lies in the fact that due to additional working bodies in the form of a set of milling cutters with disks and blades, efficient grinding of coarse stalked raw materials, bulk feed, as well as the preparation of the feed mixture and straw flour with the lowest energy consumption is provided.

A universal installation for grinding feed and preparing straw flour includes a conveyor 2 for feeding feed, a press conveyor 3, a hopper 4 for loading bulk feed, a deck 5 and a sieve 6 (FIG. 2) mounted on the frame 1 (Fig. 2), located under the drum a grinder 7 with working bodies - hammers 8 (Fig. 3) mounted on a shaft 9 driven by an electric motor 10. The drum grinder has additional working bodies in the form of a set of milling cutters 11 with disks 12 and blades 13, while the blades are mounted on the shaft 9 between di Cove 12 with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the disc 12 and the hammer 8 is rigidly and fixedly secured between upper portions of the disc 12 by torsion bars 14 (FIG. 3). The sieve 6 is made removable and arched, repeating the shape of a drum grinder 7 and has an unloading sleeve 15 (Fig. 2) installed at an angle of 45-50 ° to the frame 1 with a hopper 16 for the finished product and a magnetic trap 17 for cleaning loose solids from mechanical impurities, mounted on hopper 4 at the outlet. In the drum grinder 7, on one side of the disk 12, the torsion 14 (Fig. 4) is fixed rigidly and motionlessly with a bolt (not shown), and on the other hand with a conical screw (not shown) to center the torsion 14, as well as for easy accessibility to replace hammers 8. The whole set of milling cutters 11 and disks 12 with hammers 8 are fixed on the shaft 9, tightened with nuts 18, the shaft is mounted with tapered bearings 19 on the frame 1. The crushed material to the desired fraction, controlled by a removable sieve 6, is fed to the discharge sleeve 15 and through the forces of gravity enters the hopper for the finished product 16. The design in the form of a single drum with additional working bodies in the form of a set of cutters with disks and blades provides reduced ie energy consumption, reduction of working space, simplify design and improve the conditions for the service.
