Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the woodworking industry and can be used for the manufacture of fiberboards in a wet way.
98-102).A known method of manufacturing wood-fiber boards (MDF) by the wet method, in which wood fiber is obtained by grinding wood chips, after which technological additives are brought into the wood-fiber mass, then the carpet is cast on the mesh of the casting machine, it is dehydrated and subjected to hot pressing (see N. Y. Solechnik “Production of wood-fiber boards”, M., Goslesbumizdat, 1963, pp. 98-102).
68-70).The closest technical solution to the claimed one is a method of manufacturing fiberboard, including the production of wood fiber by grinding wood chips, the introduction of technological additives in the wood pulp, carpet casting, dehydration and hot pressing (see S. P. Rebrin and others. “Technology of fiber boards” , M., "Forest industry", 1971, pp. 68-70).
A disadvantage of the known solutions is the lack of strength and water resistance of fiberboard.
90-100).A known method of manufacturing fiberboard, in which to obtain fiberboard of increased strength and water resistance, additionally oil is applied to the finished boards (see "Technological instructions for the production of solid and superhard wood fiber boards in the wet method", VNIIdrev, Balabanovo, 1989, pp. 90-100) .
A significant disadvantage of this known solution is a significant complication of the method, accompanied by the harmfulness of the process and increased fire and explosion hazard.
The objective of the proposed solution is to increase the strength of the plate and its water resistance, as well as reducing the degree of pollution of wastewater.
The solution to this problem is provided by the fact that in the method of manufacturing a fiberboard, including the production of wood fiber by grinding wood chips, the introduction of technological additives in the wood pulp, carpet casting, dehydration and hot pressing, a plasticizing additive is introduced into the wood chips in the amount of 0, 3-4.5% by weight of dry fiber, and the introduction of technological additives is carried out in a wood-fiber mass with a concentration of 5-9% during the dehydration of the carpet, while in the process When the carpet is refluxed, a facial finishing layer is formed into which technological additives are introduced.
The technological essence of the proposed solution is as follows. The introduction of plasticizing additives into wood chips during milling ensures the production of high-quality fiber along its length without cutting, tearing. A pulp of wood is obtained with a decrease in the steaming temperature and the energy consumption of the electric motor. The introduction of technological additives into the concentrated wood fiber mass ensures its greater deposition in the wood fiber carpet with less removal of it with wastewater, which, on the other hand, reduces pollution of wastewater with both chemical additives (resin and water-repellent additives) and finely dispersed wood particles. The formation of the front finishing layer with a high concentration of wood fiber mass also helps to increase the physical and mechanical properties of the plates.
The invention is illustrated by the following example. A fiberboard is made as follows. A plasticizer, for example, sodium aluminate, tallow oil, pitch concentrate, liquid glass, sodium hydroxide in an amount of 03-4.5% by weight of dry fiber, is introduced into wood chips when they are pulped into pulp, (specific data are given in table 1). The resulting pulp is characterized by the presence of an elongated fiber, which in the further dehydration process will significantly reduce the pollution of wastewater by small wood particles. The resulting wood pulp with water with a concentration of 1.2-1.5% is poured onto the dewatering grid of the casting machine and the wood fiber carpet is dehydrated due to the flow of water. When reaching a concentration of wood fiber mass of 5-9% (specific examples are given in table 1), in the process of carpet dehydration, technological additives are introduced in it: phenol-formaldehyde resin in an amount of 0.5-2% (calculated on dry resin to dry fiber), paraffin emulsions in an amount of 1% similarly. At the same technological stage, the formation of the front finishing layer on the wood fiber carpet is carried out by pouring finely ground wood fiber onto it, into which technological additives of commodity concentration (without dilution) are preliminarily introduced. Formed carpet is passed through a roller press, removing excess water. Then the plates are hot pressed according to the following conditions: the pressing temperature is 195–205 ° C, the pressing pressure in the first phase is 4.2–5.5 MPa, the pressing time is 10–20 s, and the pressure at the stage of the drying phase is 0.65– 0.85 MPa, time - 220-300 sec., At the stage of quenching, the pressure is 4.2-5.5 MPa, the total duration of the heat cycle is 6.5-8.5 minutes. A fiberboard of 3.2 mm thickness is obtained.
Thus, the proposed solution allows the manufacture of fiberboards according to the traditional technology of increased strength and water resistance while reducing the degree of pollution of wastewater.
