Description

The invention relates to military equipment, in particular to individual small arms, for example, weapon kits, including an automatic / automatic rifle (AK-47, AKM, AK-74, M16, etc.) and a pistol (PM, SPS, etc.)

The modernized Kalashnikov assault rifle is known and widely used throughout the world [Manual on small arms. - M .: Military Publishing House, 1985. - S. 122]. The automatic machine includes, in particular, a box-shaped magazine of the “horn” type with a capacity of N1 = 30 standard cartridges and a pistol-type handle (directly behind the trigger guard) with a socket in which the screw is used to fix the handle rigidly to the frame. At the same time, at least one equipped spare store-horn is provided that is worn by the user (complete with a machine gun). However, in modern combat, the intensity of the expenditure of ammunition is such that in a decisive situation a wearable set of ammunition may unexpectedly end. The subsequent use of the second rifle unit - the gun may well end in the same situation with disappointing consequences. A trophy weapon that was successfully “turned up by the arm” may turn out to be initially “empty”, and therefore useless due to the non-identical sizes of the “native” weapon and the captured weapon.

In an effort to increase the combatant’s armament and combat versatility, especially as part of special forces, in recent decades weapons kits have rapidly developed, including two or more different weapons, at least one (submachine gun) or two (automatic machine gun and pistol) gunshot and one cold (bayonet-knife or combat knife). The well-known problems of the capabilities of the combat use of captured weapons remain in case of mismatch of ammunition in caliber and / or length, that is, in size.

The closest analogue (prototype) of the claimed technical solution is small arms with a box magazine with a capacity of N1 standard cartridges and a handle with a socket for a box magazine with a capacity of N2 cartridges fixed in it [RU 2570851 C1, IPC F41A 9/64, F41C 23/22, 10.12. 2015].

In it, in particular, the weapon is a Soviet / Russian Kalashnikov assault rifle with a “horn” (“horns”) for N1 = 30 standard cartridges or an American automatic M1 rifle, and the socket in the handle is designed as a magazine for cartridges of the same standard size for this weapons. Moreover, the specified additional spare store (additional to spare "horns") is made constructively and in dimensions different from the main "horn", only with a partial implementation of the principles of unification and interchangeability, with seats for a nest of the "horn" (neck) and a whole pair of cartridges, intended for use in an emergency. Which, of course, does not detract from the positive qualities of the prototype invention, but it is not convincing enough and leaves reserves for further improvement not only of the device itself, but also of the concept incorporated into it.

The disadvantages of the prototype can also be attributed to the unsuitability of both the main and additional (including those built into the cavity of the handle) ammunition of this weapon for weapons of a different type (brand), using cartridges of a different standard size. As a regular second weapon (pistol), and probable trophy.

The problem to which the claimed invention is directed, is to expand the combat capabilities of weapons (specifically, to increase wearable ammunition, that is, the total number of cartridges for a complex of a wearable or potentially wearable weapon kit while maintaining the dimensions of the specified kit) by developing the design of the weapon with the component an additional spare magazine, but, firstly, not to this weapon, but to another small weapon, with a different cartridge size - or to a gun worn by the user in addition to this weapon (that is, complete with it), or to the weapon of a probable or actual enemy (that is, to a weapon of potential trophy), and to other weapons from the widespread, mass production, which is in service with the respective countries and / or power structures, and not minimized ammunition N2 = 2 rounds (like the prototype), but full (for example, for a Makarov pistol - N2 = 8 rounds).

The solution of this subproblem is achieved by the fact that according to the claimed invention in small arms with a box magazine with a capacity of N1 standard cartridges and a handle with a slot for a box-shaped magazine with a capacity of N2 cartridges fixed in it, the socket in the handle is made for a magazine for cartridges of a different standard size, not standard for this weapon and being regular for other small arms.

In order to solve this sub-task, additional (dependent) features of the device are also proposed (with the main set of essential features formulated above):

- small arms can be automatic, the capacity N1 of the first magazine exceeds the capacity N2 of the second magazine, and the socket in the handle is made for the pistol magazine (this is optimal, that is, maximizing, in comparison with the main set of features of the claimed device, the positive effect of the application of the invention, option solutions to the task, since at present the fighter, in any case an officer and / or any special forces fighter, is equipped with an automatic machine (automatic rifle or pistol ulemaet plus, complete with it - a gun, not counting cold steel - a bayonet-knife);

- small arms can be a regular weapon of domestic law enforcement agencies, and the other of the mentioned ones is a regular weapon of foreign law enforcement agencies as a probable or real enemy (this significantly expands, in comparison with the main set of features of the claimed device, the combat capabilities of the owner of such weapons in very common situations military and special character with access of the warring parties / power structures of the warring countries to each other's weapons and use after uyuschem captured weapons);

- the handle can be interchangeable, with the possibility of choosing from the additional set of handles with sockets for one or another full-time magazine to the corresponding other weapons, that is, with sockets identical to some set of types or brands of weapons different from the standard size cartridges to him (this achieves an even greater expansion of the combat capabilities of this weapon with ammunition, since in a more general case there is a greater variety of types and brands of serially produced even within the framework of one state, not to mention interstate and world wars, and depending on the specific situation, the weapons of the present invention are much easier to adapt to such a situation);

- the magazine retainer in the handle slot can be identical to the magazine retainer in the corresponding other mentioned weapons (this more specifically emphasizes the requirement for the seats for the magazine of other weapons to be identical, figuratively speaking, both in the acceptor weapon and in the donor weapon; and, unlike prototype, this is fully consistent with the principles of unification and interchangeability of constructs).

Among the known devices were not found those whose combination of essential features would coincide with the declared ones. At the same time, it is at the expense of the latter that the new (s) positive (s) result (s) is achieved in accordance with the task.

The inventive small arms are illustrated in the drawings:

in FIG. 1 shows a small arms- “ammunition donor” automatic type (automatic), side view (right) with local cuts along the handle;

in FIG. 2 - another weapon - “ammunition-acceptor weapon”, the cartridges and magazine of which are identical to the cartridges and additional magazine in the handle of the claimed “donor weapon”;

in FIG. 3 shows a diagram of the acquisition and use of the claimed “donor weapon” with the potential presence or appearance of three types / brands of “acceptor weapon”.

Small arms 1 (let's call it for the sake of definiteness first) is made (see Fig. 1, 2) with a box magazine 2 under (co) full-time (s) (that is, which are intended / suitable for powering this weapon) cartridges (s) 3 and crank 4.

An additional magazine slot 6 is provided in the handle 4 (made, as a rule, removable, on the screw 5, as in the example in Fig. 1, or on two or four screws 5, as shown in Fig. 3).

Socket 6 is made for a fixed (see the clip below for the lock) box-type magazine 7 with a capacity of N2 (number) of cartridges 8 of another (that is, different from the standard size — caliber and / or length — of the said standard cartridges 3 to the first weapon 1 ) sizes that are not full-time (that is, unsuitable for powering the first weapon 1) and that are full-time for another (let's call it more definitively the second) small arms 9 that are available or could become available to the user of this weapon (1) or another fighter in the group (when group operations). The second weapon (9) can be either “domestic” or “captured foreign”.

In a generalized expression, the capacity of the main store 2 (in the nest immediately behind / under the chamber of the first weapon 1) is N1. Let it be the “horn” of a modernized Kalashnikov assault rifle - “weapon-donor of ammunition” or, in short — “weapon-donor” (figuratively-semantic expression of the author), equipped with N1 = 30 standard cartridges 3 to it (metric designation 5.45 × 39 5 mm). And the capacity, again in general terms, of the store 7 (in the nest 6 of the handle 4 of the first weapon 1) is N2. Let it be the “native” Makarov pistol store (PM) - “weapons-acceptor of ammunition” or, in short - “weapons-acceptor” (figuratively-semantic expression of the author), equipped with N2 = 8 standard cartridges 8 to it (metric designation 9 × 18 mm).

In this case, the magazine 7 in the slot 6 of the handle 4 of the small arms 1 is installed with the orientation of the cartridges 8 parallel to (or almost parallel to) the axis of the chamber, in other words, horizontally, and not almost vertically, as in the prototype. This makes it possible to assemble a "full" roomy magazine 7 (which is a regular second-weapon magazine 9) into a narrow and relatively long handle 4 of the first weapon 1.

Thus, according to one (first) of the possible and recommended particular design options of the claimed device, the first small arms donor (1) is automatic - automatic, the capacity N1 of the first store 2 exceeds the capacity N2 (N1> N2) of the second store 7, and the socket 6 in the handle 4 is made under the magazine 7 of the second small arms-acceptor (9) (the user or his friend nearby) - a pistol.

According to another (second) of the possible and recommended private options for the design of the claimed device, the first small arms donor (1) is a regular weapon of domestic power structures, and the second small weapon acceptor (9) is a standard weapon of foreign power structures as a potential or real enemy .

The handle 4 can be interchangeable, with the possibility of choosing from the additionally provided for this set of uneven (with the exception of seats and fixing screws 5) handles 4A, 4B, 4B, ... (see Fig. 3) with unequal sockets 6A, 6B, 6B , ... respectively, for one or another full-time magazine 7A, 7B, 7B, ..., equipped with standard cartridges 8A, 8B, 8B, respectively, to the corresponding other weapon, that is, with sockets 7 identical to some set of types or brands of weapons 9 other than given (1) according to the standard size of standard cartridges to it.

The latch 10 (which constructively provides the function of fixing / unlocking the magazine 7 in the socket of the handle 4 of the weapon 1) can be identical to the latch 11 (11A, 11B, 11B, ...) of this magazine in the corresponding other mentioned weapons - 9 (9A, 9B, 9B, ... ) - see Fig. 3.

So, the main inventive idea expressed in the claimed constructive solution is to place (the possibility of placement) within the small arms (1), along with the main store (2) equipped with cartridges (3) for firing from this weapon (1), an additional , a spare store (7), equipped with cartridges (8) for firing from other small arms (9) - which is already available to the user or may be in his use later (which is explained in sufficient detail above and hereinafter).

This decision is due to the impossibility without an unacceptable significant increase in the dimensions of the placement in the pistol grip, which is the handle 4 of the weapon 1 of a “full-fledged” spare magazine with the same dimensions for the same cartridges 3 and the favorable dimensional capabilities of the layout of really pistol magazines 7 in the “pistol” handle 4 .

The inventive device works (the device is used) as follows.

When all N1 cartridges 3 are used up in magazine 2 attached to the weapon 1, as well as all the cartridges 3 of this size are subsequently used up from the spare magazines 2 sequentially adjoining by the user (in Fig. 3 two spare “horns” 2 are shown at the top right) and / or manually overloaded store 2 (this applies to the user as a single soldier, and to the user as part of a group of at least two fighters), the user, if he or he has, God forbid, killed his friend in the weapon group 9 under cartridges of size 8,rigodnogo to supply arms 9, uses it.

When all cartridges are used up and in the weapon store 9 plus possible spare magazines, the user is in no hurry to move to hand-to-hand combat, and with a “flick of the wrist” he pulls out an additional magazine 7 (7A) with a full set of cartridges 8 from the slot 10 by pressing his finger on the spring lock 10) (8A) and just as quickly replaces it with the last empty “native” weapon store 9 (9A), having previously pressed the spring clip 11 (11A) of the weapon 9 (9A) with a finger.

If the enemy noticing this operation does not prefer to surrender, the user continues the battle.

If a teammate has a weapon 9 (9A) for cartridges 8 (8A) of a standard size suitable for supplying weapons 9 with a battle-worthy teammate, the user similarly transfers his additional magazine 7 (7A) with cartridges 8 (8A) to him for the continuation of the operation to eliminate or capture (neutralize) the enemy.

In the aforementioned option with captured weapons 9, the user actions are similar. The only difference is that the cartridges 8 are full-time (suitable) for the weapon 9, which has become a trophy before or during the operation.

When preparing for an operation, a user or group of users, if possible, selects one or another weapon completeness - with an already or probable "cross" of ammunition. So, if there is already an automatic machine 1 with cartridges 3 of standard size 5.45 × 39.5 mm and a gun 9 with cartridges 8 of standard size 9 × 18 mm, then machine 1 must be equipped with a removable handle 4 (with its fastening with screw (s) 5 on seat) in the corresponding version of its execution - with a socket 6 just under the magazine 7 with cartridges 8 of a standard size 9 × 18 mm. Or, as an alternative, if there is an additional magazine 7 with 8 rounds of ammunition, say 9 × 21 mm SP-10, SP-11, you should take the SR-1 Gyurza pistol as the second weapon (9).

Other variants of the device within the scope of the claimed sets of essential features are not excluded.

The choice of a specific option from the possible within the framework of the claimed claims (in its independent clause) when using the invention depends on the spectrum of combat (tactical and technical) requirements, regulatory provisions and is made in each case.

The use of the invention allows us to solve the problem of expanding the combat capabilities of weapons (specifically, increasing the wearable ammunition, that is, the total number of cartridges for a wearable or potentially wearable weapon kit while maintaining the dimensions of the specified kit) by developing the design of the weapon with an additional spare magazine compiled in it, but, firstly, not to this weapon, but to another small weapon, with a different cartridge size - or to a gun worn by the user in addition to this weapon ia (that is, complete with it), or to the weapons of a probable or actual opponent (that is, to weapons of potential trophy), and other weapons from the widespread, mass production, which is in service with the respective countries and / or law enforcement agencies, and not minimized ammunition N2 = 2 rounds (as in the prototype), and full (for example, for a Makarov pistol - N2 = 8 rounds).

Moreover, it becomes possible to vary weapon completeness.

In addition, the claimed invention expands the range of new original technical solutions in the field of combined weapons (personal weapon kits), in particular, the copyright developments mentioned in the review of analogues.
