Abstract

FIELD: armaments and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: small-arms contain automatic box with firing mechanism, barrel, frame with breechblock, buttstock, grip and magazine. In the grip a cavity is made for additional magazine. The additional magazine is top part of the standard magazine. In top part of the grip cavity on axis a lever lock is installed, its tooth enters in the additional magazine interacting with internal surface of its face latch. On the screw securing the grip a spring loaded insert is installed. The rounds supply mechanism of the additional magazine is made in form of two double-arm levers with axle, on which a torsional spring is installed, its ends rest against the levers.

EFFECT: designing of the armament with additional spare magazine build in the armament.

Description

The invention relates to military equipment, in particular to individual small arms, for example, AK47, AKM, AK74, Ml6 rifles, etc.

The closest technical solution to the proposed invention is a Kalashnikov assault rifle, modernized, described in detail in the Manual on Small Arms, Military Publishing House, 1985, p. 122. The assault rifle contains an automatic gearbox with a trigger mechanism, a barrel, a shutter frame, butt, crank and store.

This type of weapon is fired automatically or fired with single shots. The supply of ammunition during firing is made from a box magazine with a capacity of 30 rounds. In modern combat, the intensity of the expenditure of ammunition is such that at the decisive moment a wearable set of ammunition can be quickly used up. At such a moment, each cartridge counts, so using any possibility of locating a spare magazine on a weapon without changing its appearance is extremely useful.

An object of the invention is to develop a weapon design with an additional spare magazine integrated into the weapon.

The problem is solved by placing an additional store of small capacity, for example 2-3 cartridges, in the handle of the weapon. To do this, in small arms containing an automation box with a trigger mechanism, a barrel, a shutter frame, a butt, a handle and a magazine, a cavity is made in the handle to accommodate an additional magazine, which is the upper part of a regular magazine. For this, a lever lock is installed on the axis in the upper part of the handle cavity, the tooth of which enters the additional magazine, interacting with the inner surface of its front hook, in addition, a spring-loaded sleeve is installed on the screw fixing the handle.

In this case, the feed mechanism for the cartridges of the additional magazine is made in the form of two two-arm levers with an axis on which a torsion spring is placed, the ends of which abut against the levers.

Thanks to this design, it becomes possible to locate the spare magazine on the weapon without changing its appearance and dimensions, and therefore, it becomes possible to increase the wearable ammunition.

Small arms (Fig. 1) contains an automation box 1, a frame with a shutter 2, a butt 3, a magazine 4, a handle 5 with an additional magazine 6 located in it. An additional magazine 6 is fixed in the weapon's handle using a latch 7, which has a tooth 8 Tooth 8 enters the additional store 6, interacting with the inner surface of its front hook 18 (Fig. 2). This ensures the fixation of the additional magazine in the cavity of the handle. To automatically remove the additional magazine from the handle on the screw 9, with which the handle is attached to the box 1, a spring-loaded sleeve 10 is provided.

In FIG. 2 shows an exemplary embodiment of an additional magazine according to the invention. In the case 11 of the additional store there is a feeder 12, pressing the cartridge 16 to the bends 17 of the body under the action of the feeding mechanism, which is two two-arm levers 13 located on the axis 14 together with torsion spring 15, the ends of which abut against the corresponding ends of the levers 13, pressing them feeder 12. The store also has a front hook 18 for fixing the magazine in the receiver window and a rear hook 19.

To place an additional magazine in the cavity of the handle, you need to push the magazine inward until it stops. In this case, the tooth 8 of the latch 7 pops up behind the front hook 18 of the store and securely holds it inside the handle. To remove the additional magazine from the handle, it is enough to press the latch 8. The magazine 6, freed from the tooth of the latch 8, is pushed out by the spring-loaded sleeve 10 from the handle.

Attaching an additional magazine to the weapon for firing takes place in the same way as a regular magazine, since it is the top of the regular magazine: with its front hook and support ledge.
