Abstract
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for weighing vehicles (ATS) in the process of their movement along the highway, and in particular to a method for calibrating automatic weight control posts of automobile vehicles.
State of the art
Weighing of vehicles in the process of their movement along the highway is becoming increasingly important both for the control of transported goods and for the collection of tolls and (or) congestion.
Typically, a vehicle is weighed at a site equipped with stationary scales at the entrance to a toll or controlled highway, as well as at similar sites organized at the exit from the territory of the consignor in a serviced mode. At the same time, automatic weighing of vehicles directly in the process of their movement along a highway equipped with weight sensors, which make it possible to determine the pressure on the road surface from each passing axle or each passing wheel of a particular vehicle, is increasingly being used.
2.26, 2.21).Actually realized in practice, the maximum error of weighing at serviced precision weight control posts, both mobile and stationary, located in the right of way, and (or) at the exit from the territory of consignor enterprises to public roads, usually does not exceed 2%. The automatic weight control posts operating within the ATS traffic lane and without reducing the flow rate of the vehicle provide the maximum permissible error in estimating axial loads in the range of 11-16%, and in determining the total mass of the ATS within 5-10% (see monograph by V. I. Rechitsky “Weight and size control of motor vehicles.” - M.: Science and Life Foundation, 2014. - Fig. 2.26, 2.21).
In principle, less accurate automatic weight control posts can be calibrated according to the readings of a more accurate serviced post, including in the chain of automatic posts sequentially located in the lane (see RF patent No. 2448331, published on 04/20/2012). In FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a system in which the method of this patent is implemented.
As shown in FIG. 1, the method according to this patent can be implemented in a system in which several (for example, four) weighing devices are sequentially installed on the track (conventionally shown as one-sided), but their number, of course, is not limited to just four. In FIG. 1, the first weighing device is conditionally highlighted by an additional dashed line in order to emphasize that this weighing device is taken as a reference, because it has a higher accuracy compared to other weighing devices. In this case, accuracy is understood as the fact that the scatter of the readings of this weighing device, just characterizing its accuracy, for example, is less than the scatter of the readings of the most accurate of the other weighing devices. The readings of this device in relation to a passing automatic telephone exchange are taken as a reference weighing device, and its readings are taken as reference indications and the remaining weighing devices calibrated by the same automatic telephone exchange are calibrated against them.
However, the choice among the almost identical automatic weight control posts installed in the same lane along the direction of movement of the automatic telephone exchange, the most precise of the total set and really suitable for measuring the weight of the automatic telephone exchange, which is further considered as a reference calibration object, is difficult to put into practice. For example, the use of three identical sequentially installed most precision linear weighing sensors on piezocrystalline sensing elements known on the world market as part of an automatic weight control post instead of traditional for mass implementation of two such sensors will increase the accuracy of axial load measurement by a maximum of 2%, i.e. from 11-12% to 9-10%. The installation of the fourth sensor, as practice shows, does not provide a further increase in accuracy at all.
Disclosure of invention
Thus, the problem solved by the present invention is to significantly increase the accuracy of automatic weight control posts.
To solve this problem and achieve the indicated technical result, the present invention proposes a method for calibrating automatic weight control posts of vehicles that are part of a group with at least one serviced precision weight control post that implements much higher accuracy than calibrated automatic weight control posts, consisting in the fact that: connect all calibrated automatic and serviced precision weight control posts within the controlled area with the help of at least one information network to a system that includes a data center; weigh a specific vehicle (ATS) at one of the serviced precision weight control posts; transmit through the data center at least the weight parameters of the ATS, weighted at a serviced precision weight control post and hereinafter referred to as the reference ATS, to all calibrated automatic weight control posts within the calibration zone of this serviced precision post; correct the readings obtained by weighing the reference automatic telephone exchange by any calibrated automatic weight control post in the calibration zone by equating these readings with the transferred weight parameters by appropriate automatic adjustment of the measuring means of this calibrated automatic weight post.
A feature of the method of the present invention is that each of the calibration zones can include calibrated automatic weight control posts located at distances from the corresponding serviced precision station less than the distance at which the change in the total mass of the reference automatic telephone exchange due to destabilizing factors does not exceed a predetermined values.
2%.At the same time, destabilizing factors may include at least one of the following: fuel consumption, change in ambient temperature, change in ambient humidity, precipitation, and a predetermined value can be no more than 2%.
Another feature of the method of the present invention is that the serviced precision station can be installed directly at the exit from the consignor or at the external border of the controlled area.
Another feature of the method of the present invention is that a wired or wireless communication network can be used as an information network.
Another feature of the method of the present invention is that the data center can be equipped with a memory unit for storing the weighing results of all exchanges with the corresponding identifiers of each of these exchanges.
Finally, another feature of the method of the present invention is that at any of the weight control posts in addition to the weight parameters of the ATS, its overall parameters are determined and transmitted along with the weight parameters.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
2.The method for calibrating automatic vehicle weight control posts of the present invention can be implemented in a system, an illustrative example of which is shown in FIG. 2.
14.For example, an automatic
The above value of L max is chosen so that the change in the total mass of the reference ATS due to destabilizing factors does not exceed a predetermined value, for example 2% (although this value can be, for example, 1% or 5%). As for the destabilizing factors, they can, for example, be as follows: fuel consumption, change in ambient temperature, change in ambient humidity, precipitation. For example, due to increased humidity or rain, sand transported by a vehicle may become heavier, and due to fuel consumption, the total weight of the vehicle may decrease. In this case, the calibration error will need to be counted off, starting from the totality of the measuring error of the serviced precision station and the percentage change in the mass of the vehicle at the maximum length L max of the calibration zone.
Note that the number of calibration cycles per day, taking into account the intensity of passing through the automatic post of the reference automatic telephone exchanges, can be up to 10 or more, both in the daytime and at night, which will allow you to take into account the temperature and other changes in the operating mode changing during the day automatic weight control posts.
3).The method of calibration of automatic posts weight control vehicles according to the present invention is as follows (Fig. 3).
First, the maximum distance L max is calculated from each of the existing serviced precision stationary weight control posts in this controlled area (S 301). To do this, take into account such destabilizing factors as fuel consumption, atmospheric conditions, etc. so that the change in the weight of the reference vehicle while moving along the road to the maximum distance L max does not exceed, say, 2%, or another predetermined value.
Lmax. Then find the calibration zone for each serviced precision weight control post in this controlled area (S 303) as the areas bounded along the motor roads by the specified maximum distance L max .
Since when finding calibration zones for each serviced precision weight control station, gaps can be formed between these calibration zones for neighboring serviced precision stations, for example, serviced precision mobile weight control stations are placed to bridge the gaps between the calibrated zones found (S 305). In practice, this may mean, for example, equipping sites in the right-of-way for placing a mobile weight control post there, the calibration zone of which can bridge the gap between the calibration zones of neighboring stationary precision posts. If the calibration zone of one mobile station is insufficient for this, two or more mobile stations can be placed on the road.
After that, according to the proposed method, all weight control posts in this controlled area, for example, in a region or a large municipal formation, are connected by an information network so that these weight control posts form a system containing a data center (S 307). The information network may be wired or wireless, or several different networks may be used.
Actually, the calibration of automatic weight control posts according to the present invention is as follows.
At a serviced precision (stationary or mobile) weight control post, a motor vehicle (reference vehicle) is weighed (S 309). The obtained weight parameters of the reference automatic telephone exchange are transmitted through the data center to all calibrated automatic weight control posts in the calibration zone of this precision post (S 311). According to the accepted weight parameters of the reference automatic telephone exchange, the readings of the automatic weight control post that weighs the same reference automatic telephone exchange are corrected when it reaches this automatic post. Correction is carried out by equating the obtained weighing readings with the transmitted readings (S 313). In this case, of course, the corresponding adjustment of the measuring means of the calibrated automatic weight control post is carried out, as specialists know.
Thus, the problem of calibrating almost all automatic weight control posts located within the controlled area can be solved. Naturally, the real situation will be based on a much larger number of precision posts at shipper enterprises (it can be assumed that the growth rate of their number will significantly outstrip the growth in the number of stationary and mobile posts on the road network of the range).
The real gain when using the method of the present invention is an almost multiple reduction in the measurement error of automatic weight posts. Even maintaining a given level of error in the automatic post of weight control during the intertesting interval is in itself a worthy result of using the present invention. An additional increase in measurement accuracy will open up the possibility of using more economical weight sensors, reducing the cost of a specific automatic weight control post at least one and a half to two times, and the cost of the routine replacement of weight sensors (usually carried out every 2-2.5 years) will decrease at least three to four times.
