SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of tobacco or other products selling by means of hardware and software system. Method of tobacco or other products selling through hardware and software system is characterized by using products selecting terminal, using trading enterprise cash desk 3, use of products output terminal 2, by means of which order code check is performed for conformity to data base stored information, and in case of successful processing, sending of corresponding command to products output automated system, then, entry is made in database, as well as using web server, by means of which obtaining of relevant information on current balance and reserves in real time is performed, unloading and back loading of databases from all systems, structuring of information and displaying in form of illustrative reports in online mode, wherein selection, confirmation, reservation and outputting (receiving) tobacco or other products is performed by consumer independently and in automatic mode by using selection terminal and products output terminal, and payment for products, in order to implement customer age proper monitoring, is performed at trading enterprise cashier desk, directly with participation of seller (operator).
EFFECT: technical result is automation of such processes, as selection, confirmation, reservation and outputting (receiving) tobacco or other products, as well as customer age monitoring, reducing total waiting time at cashier desk.

Способ продажи табачной или иной продукции через программно-аппаратный комплекс, характеризующийся использованием терминала выбора продукции 1, при помощи которого происходит выбор, формирование заказа, проверка текущего остатка продукции, а также подтверждение и оформление заказа, путем формирования и печати квитанции для оплаты и получения продукции, использованием кассы предприятия торговли 3, на которой производится оплата продукции и, соответственно, контроль возраста покупателя, использованием терминала выдачи продукции 2, при помощи которого осуществляется проверка кода заказа на соответствие информации, хранящейся в базе данных и, в случае успешной обработки, отправление соответствующей команды автоматизированному комплексу выдачи продукции, после чего делается запись в базе данных, а также использованием веб-сервера, с помощью которого производится получение актуальной информации о текущих остатках и резервах в реальном времени, выгрузка и обратная загрузка баз данных со всех комплексов, структурирование информации и отображение в виде наглядных отчетов в онлайн режиме, отличающийся тем, что выбор, подтверждение, резервирование и выдача (получение) табачной или иной продукции производится покупателем самостоятельно и в автоматическом режиме путем использования терминала выбора и терминала выдачи продукции, а оплата продукции, в целях осуществления надлежащего контроля возраста покупателя, производится на кассе предприятия торговли непосредственно при участии продавца (оператора).1.
