The invention relates to devices for servicing visitors to fast food establishments.

Currently, a fairly widespread use of the self-service system, which avoids a number of problems.

Also, devices for the production and delivery of selected and paid drinks, such as coffee, have been widely used.

From the prior art (RU 120267 U1), an automated self-checkout counter is known, which allows the buyer to pay for the goods purchased in the store on his own.

The disadvantage of this box office is the lack of functionality of its capabilities.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention is document RU 73106 U1, which discloses a vending machine that contains a housing in which the sold product is placed, a display window on which the sold product is placed, a payment terminal and a window for issuing the purchased product.

However, the drawback of the closest analogue is the lack of functionality of the device, namely it has the ability to serve only one customer at a time, since there are no additional elements that provide the ability to serve multiple customers at the same time.

Also a disadvantage of the closest analogue is that the buyer can only make one purchase per payment transaction.

Thus, the claimed invention is aimed at expanding the functionality of serving visitors (buyers).

In addition, the claimed technical solution is aimed, in particular: at the possibility of serving several customers at the same time, and each customer will not interfere with the other customer, thereby eliminating the line as such.

In addition, when using the claimed invention in relation to the closest analogue, the throughput of the equipment is increased - an increase in the performance of the service device (increased productivity of the device due to the simultaneous servicing of several customers).

The technical result is "an increase in the throughput of a catering establishment," "the ability to simultaneously serve multiple customers" and "an increase in the throughput of a device."

The claimed device is based on customer service, such as fast food. As a visitor is considered a person with an average size.

The device for serving visitors to catering establishments comprises a video-walled building connected to a multi-touch, inside of which all elements are placed, namely:

- payment terminal,

- terminal for printing receipts (check printer),

- point of issue of the order,

- server equipment (an example of server equipment is the patent RU 117679 U1, or RU 124508 U1 or RU 129282 U1).

The multi-touch video wall is divided into several sections:

A - assortment and selection zone, where an interactive menu is implemented. The presence of multi-touch video walls with the division into different zones, each of which carries a different function, distinguishes the claimed device from the closest analogue and ensures the achievement of the claimed technical result.

The payment terminal provides work with all types of electronic money, with all cards and cash, including coins, since it can have a man-receiver.

The terminal for printing receipts provides the buyer with a check with all the necessary information displayed on it (order time, order date, order amount, type of payment, order composition, waiting time before the order is issued, etc.).

The point of issue of the order is a window that is normally blocked, and upon receipt of the order to the window and after passing the appropriate check (see below) it is unlocked (we called this type of work of the point of issue normally blocked, by analogy with the physical terms “ normally open ”).
