Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to fairings designed to reduce air resistance, in particular to fairings for high-speed elevator cabs, and relates to the field of electric lifting devices.
As is known to the applicant, in comparison with conventional elevators, high-speed elevators are subject to adverse factors such as aerodynamic action, aerodynamic heating and acoustics, as well as vibration when he is working in the elevator shaft, due to the high speed of the elevator car. In addition, existing elevators have a rough upper surface of the cab. When the elevator is operating at high speed, the air going to the top of the elevator car cannot be excluded in a timely manner and impedes the movement of air, which will form a strong wind resistance. This phenomenon not only tests traction potential, but also leads to energy loss.
Известен, например, обтекатель кабины скоростного лифта, содержащий прямоугольную верхнюю крышку 16 и, проходящие вниз от сторон верхней крышки 16, плоскую переднюю крышку 11, заднюю, левую и правую крышки с образованием полой конструкции коробчатой формы (кожуха), причем задняя, левая и правая крышки представляют собой, по существу, дугообразные секции 14, 15 (JP 50-27556, прототип).Known, for example, a cowl fairing of a high-speed elevator car, comprising a rectangular top cover 16 and extending downward from the sides of the top cover 16, a flat front cover 11, a back, left and right cover with the formation of a hollow box-shaped structure (casing), the back, left and the right covers are essentially arcuate sections 14, 15 (JP 50-27556, prototype).
However, the known fairing cannot sufficiently reduce aerodynamic phenomena and noise inside the fairing during high-speed movement of the elevator car due to insufficient structural rigidity, as well as due to the implementation of a single internal volume with a continuous wall surface of the back, left and right covers, which does not create obstacles to the vortex formation of air moving along the inner perimeter of the fairing during portable movement together with the cabin, which contributes to the suction of air into the cavity of the fairing. In this regard, the inevitable and non-uniform along the perimeter air flow is accompanied by the formation of a continuous flow (vortex) along the inner perimeter of the fairing. The plane of the front cover protruding above the top cover helps to direct the oncoming air into the fairing from this (front) side. Such aerodynamic processes are aimed at the emergence of a one-way power (aimed at the "runout" of the cabin) and thermal effects on the cabin and undesirable acoustic phenomena. In addition, in the known device there is no operational access to the cabin from the side of the fairing, and its installation and dismantling, if necessary, are complicated due to the location of the mounting bent mounting edges on the inside of the right and left covers, as a result of which access to the fixing elements is possible only from inside the elevator car. This arrangement of mounting edges (flanges) contributes to the implementation of acts of vandalism by inadequate people in the cab and having access to the cowl mount.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The technical problem solved by the present invention is to provide a fairing for a high-speed elevator car, which can most effectively reduce aerodynamic drag and noise during high-speed movement of the elevator car, so as to ensure reliable operation and comfort and load capacity of the high-speed elevator.
The technical result that provides the solution of the problem lies in the fact that it is possible to reduce aerodynamic phenomena and noise during high-speed movement of the elevator car due to the implementation of the internal volume with the ribs divided into sections by the wall surface of the back, left and right covers, which does not allow the formation of a single powerful air vortex inside the fairing around the entire perimeter of the covers. In addition, the claimed device provides convenience and serviceability, since there is prompt access to the cabin from the side of the fairing, and its installation and dismantling, if necessary, are simplified due to the location of the mounting bent edges (edges) on the outside of the rear, right and left covers, as a result of which access to fasteners is possible only outside the elevator car. This arrangement of fasteners (bolts) prevents the implementation of acts of vandalism.
In general, all this contributes to the longevity and uptime of the elevator, an increase in ad hoc and overhaul periods of uptime.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the fairing of the high-speed elevator car contains a rectangular top cover connected with the front, rear, left and right covers located on four sides of the top cover with the formation of a hollow box-shaped structure, with the back, left and right covers connected to one of their own side with an arched transitional section with a top cover, provided with internal dividing ribs on the inside and made with edges bent outward, with the possibility of mounting around the perimeter on the cab ft.
In special cases of implementation, the dividing ribs of the rear, left and right covers are made in the form of plates installed perpendicular to the covers, the dividing ribs of the rear, left and right covers are made in the form of segments convex inwardly around the fairing, fixed with their mating edges to the covers with the formation of an arched structure, The stiffening ribs located in the mating zone of the rear, left and right covers are fixed with their mating edges to both adjacent covers.
In addition, preferably, two access panels are integrated in the top cover pivotally connected to the top cover, the rear, left and right covers are made in the form of plates, the arcuate transition sections of the back, left and right covers are connected to the top cover by connecting bolts, the front cover is made in in the form of a plate conjugated with its upper edge to the upper cover, the dividing ribs are fixed to the covers by welded joints.

In FIG. 1, 2 dividing ribs 7 of rigidity of the back, left and right covers 3-5 are made in the form of plates mounted perpendicularly (transversely) to the covers 1-5. In FIG. 3 dividing ribs 7 of the stiffness of the back, left and right covers 3-5 are made in the form of “swallow's nest” segments convex inside the fairing, fixed with their mating edges to the covers 3-5 with the formation of an arched structure.
5.Moreover, in the embodiment of FIG. 3, the angular dividing ribs 7 of rigidity 7 located in the mating zone of the back, left and right covers 3-5 are fixed with their mating edges to both adjacent covers, i.e. to mating

Fairing cab high-speed elevator is operated as follows.
When a high-speed elevator moves in a shaft, the cabin overcomes the resistance of the air located in the shaft above the cabin. The presence of the fairing allows to reduce the aerodynamic resistance to the movement of the cabin, however, it cannot exclude the movement of air from the shaft to the fairing and its movement, accompanied by twisting, inside the fairing at a high speed of the elevator car.
The inventive design of the fairing allows to reduce aerodynamic phenomena and noise during high-speed movement of the elevator car due to more complete streamlining of the structure (without protruding planes of the front cover), as well as due to the implementation of the internal volume with the ribs divided into sections on the wall surface of the back, left and right covers. Thus, the formation of a single powerful vortex of air inside the fairing around the entire perimeter of the covers is not allowed. The aerodynamic vortex processes separated into fragments by stiffeners are significantly weakened and cannot contribute to the emergence of significant unilateral force (aimed at the “run-out” of the cabin) and thermal effects on the cabin and undesirable acoustic phenomena, realizing the effect of sound attenuation. Tests showed that the damping of oscillations and the effect of noise reduction are better manifested in the more complex design of the product shown in FIG. 3, since vortex formation does not go beyond the limits of each “swallow's nest” at all. In addition, the claimed device provides quick access to the cabin from the side of the fairing. Two
The installation and dismantling of the fairing, if necessary, is simplified due to the location of the mounting bent edges (edges) on the outside of the rear, right and left covers, as a result of which access to the fasteners is possible only outside the elevator car. This arrangement of fasteners (bolts) impedes the implementation of vandalism by inadequate persons in the cab during its movement.
In general, all this contributes to the longevity and uptime of the elevator, an increase in ad hoc and overhaul periods of uptime.
