The patient tolerated the treatment well. After deworming with the biologically active food supplement Osinol, no side effects were noted. At the end of treatment of chronic opisthorchiasis, control duodenal sounding, ultrasound were performed. According to fractional duodenal sounding, the volume of gallbladder bile and its outflow time returned to normal and amounted to 65 ml (at a rate of 60 ml) and 26 min (at a rate of 21 min). Microscopy of bile revealed single eggs of opisthorchis. According to ultrasound, the gallbladder volume was 57 cm3, which is the norm. Within a week after treatment, a regression of the manifestations of rosacea was achieved. A month after the treatment, the patient noted improvement in well-being, no complaints from the digestive tract, nausea disappeared, appetite normalized. Repeated duodenal sounding was performed. Microscopy did not reveal opisthorchis eggs. The skin process regressed, mild erythema of the cheeks was noted.

This method carried out deworming in 10 patients with rosacea in combination with chronic opisthorchiasis. Side effects from the skin, gastrointestinal tract during treatment with this method was not observed. The effectiveness of deworming was 65.7%.

Thus, the proposed method allows the treatment of patients with combined pathology using the biologically active food supplement "Osinol" obtained from plant materials, in combination with the use of facial skin care products during the treatment period: Setafil® Dermacontrol ™ foam for washing and face moisturizer SPF30. The proposed method made it possible not to use the highly toxic drug praziquantel and more gently with sufficiently high efficiency (65.7%) to treat chronic opisthorchiasis in patients suffering from rosacea.
