In the bottom of the hopper there is a grip with V-shaped catcher and a slot, and in the side wall there is a receiving window matched with the catcher. The receiving window is made in the form of a square at the vertices of which from the top, bottom, left and right there are grips with slots, for which the catchers are the adjacent sides of the square window.

EFFECT: increased productivity and quality of fruit harvesting, ease of use is ensured.

Description

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to manually controlled devices for collecting fruits from trees and shrubs.

A device for manual collection of fruit from trees, comprising a box-shaped case with a double-sided double grip having a double recess with parallel double edges, a spring-loaded lever mechanism for crossing the stem with the drive and a knife lever, the blade of which is placed in a double grip, a collecting container with an exit window, orthogonal capture, and the attachment to the pole (patent RU No. 2306692 C1, class A01D 46/247, 09/27/2007).

The technical disadvantage of this device is a rather complex, unreliable and uncomfortable design.

A device for manual harvesting of fruits is known, comprising a hopper with a grip fixed to it in the form of curved petals located around the circumference, adjacent lateral edges of which are parallel, and the ends are directed to the grip center (ed. St. USSR No. 1041063 A1, class A01D 46/247 09/15/1983).

Technical disadvantage of this device: relatively complex design; inconvenience in operation due to the fact that when maneuvering in the crown, there is a high probability of branches falling into the gaps between the petals and hooks of the branches with bent petals; limited operational capabilities, since the design of the known device does not allow its use for high-quality collection of berries from low-growing bushes with a dense crown, for example, such berry crops as gooseberries and currants.

A device for manual fruit collection is also known, comprising a hopper mounted on a pole made in the form of a plastic bottle, the fastening element of which is the neck of the bottle, in the bottom of the hopper there is a V-shaped catcher, and in the side wall there is a receiving window mating with the catcher (patent RU No. 2277320 C1, class A01D 46/247, 10.06.2006).

The technical disadvantage of this device is limited operational capabilities, since when the grab is located to pick fruits on top of the hopper, you can only collect fruits of those fruit and berry crops on which they hang down, and fruits with short stalks adjacent to the branches and located relative to them from different parties (apricot, peach, plum, etc.) cannot be collected; low productivity and poor quality of fruit collection due to the fact that it is necessary to pull the pole to break the fruit, creating tension between the fruit and the branch on which the fruit hangs, while the branch bends by a certain amount depending on its thickness and the degree of attachment to it the fetus, and after the stall is broken, the branch under the action of elastic forces sharply returns to its previous position, which leads to shaking off of other fruits.

Technical task: to provide the ability to collect fruits with short stalks - adjacent to the branches and located relative to them in different directions.

Effect: increase productivity and quality of fruit collection; increase the operational capabilities of the device.

The technical result is achieved in that a device for manual fruit collection containing a hopper mounted on a pole, made in the form of a plastic bottle, the fastening element of which is the neck of the bottle, the bottom of the hopper has a grip with a V-shaped catcher and a slot, and in the side wall - the receiving window mating with the catcher differs in that the receiving window is made in the form of a square, at the tops of which there are grips with slots at the top, bottom, right and left, for which the catchers are adjacent side of the square window.

The device for manual collection of fruits contains a hopper 2 mounted on a pole 1, made in the form of a plastic bottle, in the bottom of which there is a gripper 3 with a V-shaped catcher and a slot, and in the side wall there is a receiving window 4 connected to the catcher, made in the form of a square, at the tops of which, from above, from below, to the right and to the left, there are grips 5 with slots, for which the catchers are the adjacent sides of the square window 4.

The harvest of the claimed device is as follows.

Using a pole 1, the device in the crown of the tree is led to the selected fruit and through the receiving window 4 it is inserted into the hopper 2, then, depending on the location of the fruit relative to the branch, the device is rotated in one direction or the other or moved up or down until the stalk of the stall is hit the fruit into the slot of one of the grips 5. Then, when the pole 1 is turned, under the action of a slight force created between the branch and the body of the hopper 2, the fruit separates and falls into the hopper 2. After filling the hopper, the collected fruits are unloaded through the window 4 into the container. The proposed device without a pole can be used to collect berries, such as gooseberries, currants and others.
