Abstract

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: unit for straw crushing and spreading relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to devices for crushing, processing with humification machine and distribution of rice straw on the field. The unit has a frame, a pick-up unit, a crushing body of the drum type, a discharging mouth with sprayers, an air overpressure source connected to the PTO shaft, the container for working solution with a metering mechanism, and nozzles, a spreading disc with blades, which is located on the frame. The container with the working solution is made airtight and connected to the source of overpressure and through pipes with nozzles which are located inside the discharging mouth and above the centre of the spreading disc which is placed at an angle to the direction of motion. The disc drive is from PTO shaft of the power means. The dispensing device has a pressure gauge.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of wetting straw and uniformity of straw distribution on the field.

Агрегат для измельчения и разбрасывания соломы содержит трактор 1 с подборщиком ЗИС-2. ЗИС-2 включает раму 2, подборщик 3, измельчающий рабочий орган барабанного типа 4, выгрузную горловину 5 с распылителями 6, источник избыточного давления воздуха (компрессор трактора), емкость для рабочего раствора 7 с дозирующим механизмом и патрубки 8. ЗИС-2 снабжен разбрасывающим диском 9 с лопастями 10, расположенным на раме 2. Емкость с рабочим раствором выполнена герметичной и соединена с источником избыточного давления и посредством патрубков 8. Емкость 7 через патрубки 8 сообщена с распылителями 6, расположенными внутри выгрузной горловины 5, и распылителем 11 над центром разбрасывающего диска 9. Диск 9 размещен под углом к направлению движения, причем привод диска 9 осуществлен от ВОМ 12 энергетического средства через редуктор. В качестве дозирующего устройства применен манометр 13. При передвижении устройства по валку, при включенном вале отбора мощности 14 трактора и работающем компрессоре воздух подается в емкость 7 и контролируется манометром 13. Раствор из емкости по патрубкам поступает к распылителям 6 и 11, а в этот момент подборщиком поднимается валок, и направляет его в измельчитель, где измельчается солома и попадает в выгрузную горловину, где происходит ее смачивание раствором. С выгрузной горловины солома попадает на вращающийся диск 9 с лопастями 10, при этом диск и лопасти предварительно смачиваются благодаря распылителю 11. Солома диском распределяется веером и равномерным слоем покрывает почву. Благодаря размещению распылителей в горловине и над диском значительно повышается качество обработки раствором соломы (за счет ее опрыскивания во взвешенном состоянии, и за счет стирания с поверхности диска).A device for chopping and spreading straw works as follows.
