Known decorative facing material for interior decoration and method of its manufacture [RU 94013552, publ. 1995]. To prepare the known decorative material, fine quartz sand, sawdust and mica with a fraction of 1 × 1 mm are used, while sawdust and sand are pre-sieved through a sieve with a mesh size of 1 × 1 mm, then the components are mixed in the following ratio, wt.% : silica sand 60, sawdust 35, mica 5 and applied to the surface. After applying the material to the wall, the surface is dried for a day at 18-25 ° C. A disadvantage of the known material is insufficient hygroscopicity, heat and sound insulation properties.
Another analogue of the claimed invention is a decorative facing coating material and a method for its manufacture [RU 2117122, publ. 1998]. Known material contains cotton or wood pulp, sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose Na-CMC or polyacrylamide in the ratio, parts by weight: cotton or wood cellulose - 62.5-71.4, Na-CMC or polyacrylamide - 28.6-37.5 and decorative additives, introduced additionally due to the main components. As decorative additives can be used sawdust of coniferous trees, plant fibers, textile fibers, mica. Cellulose can be white, pre-dyed in different colors or a mixture of cellulose in different colors. The technological process of preparation of the composition consists of the following stages: 1. dyeing cellulose with dyes for cotton fabrics and universal dyes for all types of fabrics; 2. preparation of an aqueous solution of CMC; 3. mixing cellulose with a CMC solution; 4. drying the composition; 5. granulation.
10.08.2008 г.).The prototype of the claimed invention is a decorative facing coating material containing cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose and textile fibers, while the textile fibers are used viscose or polyester preoriented yarn with a linear density of 18-36 tex, in addition, contains viscose or polyester preoriented yarn with a linear density of 80 -165 tex, while the viscose or polyester preoriented thread has various colors, and also contains plasticizers, decorative additives and, powder dyes, including non-water-borne, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: carboxymethyl cellulose 15-25, viscose or polyester preoriented yarn 5-75, cellulose 5-75, surfactant 2-8 (RF Patent for the invention No. 2330923, M.C. E04F 13/00, D06N 7/02, B32B 27/00, published on 08/10/2008).
A disadvantage of the known material is its high cost, insufficient adhesive-cohesive properties, an extended period of mixing and drying of the material.
The technical problem to which this invention is directed is to create a decorative environmentally friendly coating with a reduced prime cost of the finished product, quick shuttering, as well as quick drying of the applied material on the treated surface and improved decorative properties.
Технический результат достигается тем, что материал декоративного облицовочного покрытия, содержащий целлюлозу, текстильные волокна, полиэфирную нить разного цвета и длины, дополнительно содержит модифицированный крахмал и вещества-ингибиторы роста микроорганизмов, мас.%.The technical result is achieved by the fact that the material of the decorative facing coating containing cellulose, textile fibers, polyester yarn of different colors and lengths, additionally contains modified starch and substances that inhibit the growth of microorganisms, wt.%.
В качестве веществ-ингибиторов роста микроорганизмов могут применяться сорбиновая кислота, муравьиная кислота, а также сорбат калия (http://www.neomart.ru/).In addition, it uses natural fibers (jute, wool, linen) of different colors and lengths. As substances inhibiting the growth of microorganisms, sorbic acid, formic acid, and potassium sorbate can be used (http://www.neomart.ru/).
д.).The material may contain bleached and / or dyed wool, bleached and / or dyed jute and linen fibers of different lengths, as well as decorative additives (mica, glitters (gloss based on metallized polyethylene terephthalate film and / or polyester film of different diameters, shapes and colors), building chips - flocks, quartz sand, vermiculite, etc.).
The polyester preoriented thread, wool, jute and linen can have different colors and lengths. This solution allows you to vary the colors of the decorative coating by selecting threads of certain colors and create various decorative structures of the finished coating by adding natural fibers of different lengths and structures.
The use of modified starch is new. As a result, the adhesive-cohesive properties of the decorative material are improved, i.e. its adhesion to the treated surface increases, and the drying time of the material is also reduced due to the fact that the modified starch gives off water faster. Modified starch dissolves in cold water for 5-10 minutes and impregnates cellulose and other fibers used in plaster with stirring, which reduces the mixing process of the material from 8-12 hours to 4-6. Adding modified starch reduces caking of the finished packaged product, which affects the quality and rheological properties.
Since modified starch is introduced into the composition, this allows the surfactants that were introduced in the prototype to be removed from the formulation to better apply the material to the surface. It has been experimentally proved that starch has excellent dispersing and binding properties. In this regard, the cost of raw materials is reduced.
Also, the addition of plant fibers to the material increases the decorative quality of the coating, the heat and sound insulation properties increase, and the reinforcing effect increases.
The combination of the proposed components, as well as their percentage composition according to the invention are selected experimentally. The experiments showed that the quantitative composition of the components beyond the proposed limits lead to the following negative consequences.
When using modified starch, more than 10% increase the adhesion-cohesive properties, mixes poorly with cellulose fiber, and increases the cost of the product.
When using modified starch less than 10%, the adhesive and cohesive quality of the material decreases, the material becomes loose after drying and separates from the treated surface.
The use of substances inhibiting the growth of a microorganism of less than 1% does not give the desired effect. When creating optimal conditions for the growth of microorganisms, they can be activated and the products of their metabolism can negatively affect human health.
The use of substances of microorganism growth inhibitors of more than 2% leads to a rise in the cost of the finished material.
When using dyed polyester yarn of less than 5%, the decorative structure of the applied material deteriorates.
When using a dyed polyester yarn of more than 50%, material clumps and its cost increases.
The use of cellulose less than 30% leads to a rise in the cost of the material due to the need to add other components that are of high cost.
When using cellulose more than 90%, the quality of the applied material is deteriorated by reducing the amount of the binder component (the surface is sprinkled). Deteriorating decorative properties.
The table shows the comparative characteristics of the distinctive indicators of the material. The variation of the percentage ratios of the components is necessary to find the optimal concentrations that will provide the desired result, in particular, high adhesive-cohesive qualities, reduced cost, reduced mixing time of the material, and also reduced drying time of the material under normal conditions.
It was established experimentally that other components that make up the finished mixture do not affect the physical characteristics set in the table. The main components that affect the material quality data are:
- количество модифицированного крахмала;- the amount of modified starch;
- количество целлюлозы, которая выполняет функцию наполнителя.- the amount of cellulose, which acts as a filler.
Adding more modified starch leads to an increase in cost, mixing time, and drying of the material, but the adhesion-cohesion properties increase. Mixing is slower because more starch needs more time to swell. Accordingly, the drying time also increases, since starch in large quantities forms clots in the form of gel-like formations, which slowly release water from their structure. Also, the drying time depends on the layer of the applied material and the surface on which it is applied (plaster, drywall, surface irregularities). When starch is added in an amount of 15 percent, adhesion-cohesion indicators increase. But given the increased cost of the material obtained with this ratio of components, adding such a concentration of binder is impractical.
The manufacture of the mixture is as follows.
Mixing of the mixture can be carried out in hammer mills or special mixers.
A mixture consisting of fluffed polyester yarn and cellulose pre-fluffed to a state of cotton wool, modified starch, improves the strength of the material (fluffy yarn increases the reinforcing quality). Improving decorative properties. Adding natural fibers of flax, jute, wool allows you to effectively increase the decorative properties due to the presence of clots of various colors and textures and get relief and mosaic surfaces. Fluffy threads increase the volume of the material, and due to the thickness of the layer, heat and sound insulation are improved.
