Abstract
Description
The invention relates to decorative wall and ceiling coatings, mainly for interior decoration.
Known decorative facing material for interior decoration and method of its manufacture [RU 94013552, published 1995]. To prepare the known decorative material, fine quartz sand, wood sawdust and mica with a fraction of 1 × 1 mm are used, while wood sawdust and sand are pre-sieved through a sieve with a mesh size of 1 × 1 mm, then the components are mixed in the following ratio, wt.% : silica sand 60, sawdust 35, mica 5 and applied to the surface. After applying the material to the wall, the surface is dried for a day at 18-25 ° C. A disadvantage of the known material is insufficient hygroscopicity, heat and sound insulation properties.
The closest analogue of the claimed invention is the material of the decorative cladding and the method of its manufacture [RU 2117122, publ. 1998]. Known material contains cotton or wood pulp, sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose Na-CMC or polyacrylamide in the ratio, parts by weight: cotton or wood cellulose - 62.5-71.4, Na-CMC or polyacrylamide - 28.6-37.5 and decorative additives, introduced additionally due to the main components. As decorative additives can be used sawdust of coniferous trees, plant fibers, textile fibers, mica. Cellulose can be white, pre-dyed in different colors or a mixture of cellulose in different colors. The technological process of preparation of the composition consists of the following stages: 1. dyeing cellulose with dyes for cotton fabrics and universal dyes for all types of fabrics; 2. preparation of an aqueous solution of CMC; 3. mixing cellulose with a CMC solution; 4. drying the composition; 5. granulation.
The technical problem to which this invention is directed is to create a decorative environmentally friendly coating with resistance, good adhesion to the surface to be coated, hygroscopicity, heat and sound insulating properties, simplified manufacturability of its manufacture and use, improved decorative properties of soft elastic and warm on the touch of material resistant to abrasion and with the possibility of wet cleaning.
Поставленная задача решается тем, что по первому объекту изобретения материал декоративного облицовочного покрытия содержит в основе целлюлозу, карбоксиметилцеллюлозу (КМЦ) и текстильные волокна в виде вискозной или полиэфирной предориентированной нити с линейной плотностью 18-36 текс, поверхностно-активные вещества (ПАВ) при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The problem is solved in that according to the first object of the invention, the material of the decorative facing coating contains cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and textile fibers in the form of viscose or polyester preoriented yarn with a linear density of 18-36 tex, surface-active substances (surfactants) in the following the ratio of components, wt.%:
5-75viscose or polyester preoriented thread - 5-75
The material may additionally contain viscose or polyester preoriented yarn with a linear density of 80-165 tex, decorative additives (mica, glitter dots and sticks, building chips - flocks, quartz sand of various colors, vermiculite, etc.), powder dyes.
Viscose or polyester preoriented yarn can have different colors. This solution allows you to vary the color gamut of the decorative coating due to the selection of threads of certain colors, excluding the operation of dyeing cellulose with dyes, used in the closest analogue.
The use of surfactants (plasticizers, dispersants, water repellents, defoamers, thickeners) is new, as a result of which adhesion is improved, application becomes simpler and does not require special preparation of the plaster, gives uniformity of the adhesive composition and the possibility of wet cleaning.
And also new is the use of viscose or polyester preoriented (untwisted) yarns of certain colors in a fluffy state, which increases both decorative properties, heat and sound insulation properties, and the reinforcing effect.
The combination of the proposed components, as well as their quantitative composition according to the invention is selected experimentally. The experiments showed that the quantitative composition of the components of the composition beyond the proposed limits will lead to the following negative consequences.
The use of CMC is less than 15% - adhesion worsens, application is complicated.
The use of CMC is more than 25% - binder clumping occurs, application is complicated.
The use of viscose or polyester preoriented yarn is less than 5% - the material does not stain, the reinforcing effect disappears.
The use of viscose or polyester preoriented yarn is more than 75% - the strength of the material is reduced.
The use of cellulose is less than 5% - the strength of the material is reduced.
The use of cellulose is more than 75% - the reinforcing effect disappears, the decorative properties of the material deteriorate.
The use of surfactants is less than 2% - the appearance of clots of glue, an overrun of the binder, the elasticity of the material disappears, the uniformity of the composition is violated, application of the material is complicated.
The use of surfactants more than 8% does not give pluses, increases the cost of the material.
According to the second embodiment of the invention, the problem is solved in that the method for manufacturing the material for decorative facing coating involves grinding the cellulose sheet to a fluffy state, then preparing a mixture of fluffy cellulose sheet, pieces of viscose or polyester preoriented yarn and carboxymethyl cellulose, followed by fluffing of viscose or polyester preori or twisting into clots followed by stirring.
Mixing of the mixture can be carried out in hammer mills or mixers.
The fluffing of a viscose or polyester preoriented yarn in a mixture consisting of cellulose, CMC and yarn preliminarily fluffed to the state of cotton wool improves the strength of the material (fluffy yarn is a reinforcing component). Improving decorative properties. The material is uniformly dyed in the color of the thread. Additional twisting of threads into clots allows you to further increase the decorative properties due to the presence of clumps of various colors and to obtain relief and mosaic surfaces. Fluffy threads increase the volume of the material and due to the thickness of the layer, heat and sound insulation are improved.
The possibility of carrying out the invention is confirmed by the following examples.

Gray - 55 g
Black - 17 g
Cellulose - 80 g
Surfactant:
Thickener - 10 g

The cellulose sheet was preliminarily milled to a fluffy state (to the state of cotton wool) and a polyester preoriented yarn of various colors was cut using segments of 5 mm using the guillotine. After that, the thread was fluffed separately in hammer mills to the state of cotton wool. The resulting color groups of fluffy filament were mixed with cellulose, with a surfactant and decorative additives in the mixer until a homogeneous mass - finished material with the desired properties.
The presence of a surfactant improves the adhesion of the material, simplifies application. Fluffy thread along with cellulose has a high tensile strength (material stretches). When drying, the material increases in volume by a layer thickness of about 2 mm, which gives good heat and sound insulation properties, and also becomes soft and warm to the touch material. It has excellent decorative qualities (mosaic, green, gray and white patches smoothly turning into each other).
м.The consumer mixes the finished material with water and puts it on the surface of the wall. Consumption - 3.5 sq.m.

Plasticizer-dispersant - 20 g
Thickener - 5 g
Decorative additives:
Colored quartz chips - fraction 0.20-0.50 mm - 60 g
Sequins dotted and chopsticks - 40 g
Dye powder, water-borne yellow - 65 g
Preliminarily, the cellulose sheet was milled to a fluffy state (to the state of washing) and a polyester preoriented yarn of various colors was cut using 5-mm segments using the guillotine. After that, the thread was fluffed separately in hammer mills to the state of cotton wool. Then twisted the fluffy thread to the state of clots. The clots are mixed with cellulose, surfactants and decorative additives in the mixer to a homogeneous mass - a finished material with the desired properties.
м.The use of fluffy yarn gives the same advantages as in the previous example. The presence of surfactants makes the material harder and more abrasion resistant with the possibility of wet cleaning. The presence of clumps of thread gives the effect of a relief wall and well hides the unevenness of the wall. The consumer mixes the finished material with water and puts it on the surface of the wall. Consumption - 4 sq.m.
