Abstract

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device for patients transportation in a bathroom comprises a supported base. The base comprises guides wherein plates with a rotation unit, e.g. a bearing, are moveable. The rotation unit accommodates a mounted seat pivotally connected to a back fixed with a retainer. The device comprises an arm rest, a back stop and a fastener. The objective of the present technical decision is creating the structurally simple device that enables facilitating the patient's body manipulations when transporting in the bathroom.

Description

The device relates to the field of healthcare, namely to medical equipment for the rehabilitation of patients with impaired musculoskeletal system, and is intended to increase the convenience of manipulating the patient’s body in the bathrooms of mainly residential premises.

From the prior art it is known "Device for lifting and moving patients" according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2258495 from 08.20.2005, which contains a rotary carriage, the lower platform of which is mounted on a pair of wheels, carrying a flexible suspension, a vertical rack for guiding the rope, mounting brackets for mounting racks to the inner wall of the room and an electric drive with a control system based on an electrical circuit. The circuit contains a control circuit and a drive circuit. The electric drive is formed by an electric motor with a gearbox; an open gear transmission with internal gearing of the pinion gear with the driven gear is installed on the output shaft of the gearbox. The driven gear is connected to the channel by a pulling hub. The hub is mounted in bearings on an axis. The axis is mounted on a swivel bracket carriage mounted on the lower platform. A vertical strut is installed under the pulling hub in the same plane with the wheels with an offset to one of them.

The main disadvantage of this device is the complexity of the entire structure.

The closest technical solution to the proposed invention is "Chair - wheelchair for transporting patients to the bathroom" according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2064788 from 08/10/1996. It contains a base associated with the wheels, a seat and means for moving it, while the base is provided with guides, and the means of moving the seat is made in the form of mounted with the possibility of movement on the guides of the platform and vertical rods with gear racks fixed to them associated with the drive and the platform while in the lower zone of the base with the ability to move installed a counterweight with a set of goods.

The main disadvantage of this device is the certain complexity of the entire structure.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to create a less complex device that will facilitate the manipulation of the patient’s body when moving it in the bathroom.

The technical result, to which the claimed invention is directed, consists in simplifying the design of the device.

To achieve the specified technical result, a device is proposed that includes a base, guides, a seat, while fixed to the base with guides are inserted into the bathroom, and containing a plate with the ability to move it in the guides, with a rotation unit, on which is fixed a seat connected by a hinge to the back, fixed by a clamp, the limiter for a back, fixture. The claimed device differs from the prototype in that

- the base is equipped with stops for installation on the bath;

- contains a plate with a rotation block;

- contains a hinge connecting the seat and the back, fixed by a latch;

- contains a backrest restraint and fasteners.

From the above list of features of the claimed device and the achievement of the task clearly shows that the claimed technical solution is a new set of features that provide a new technical result, not known at the filing date of the application.

The proposed device is industrially applicable, as it can be used in healthcare. It can be carried out using well-known means and methods by a specialist in the field of technology, with general knowledge, without much difficulty and inventive activity.

The technical solution of the claimed device meets the criterion of "novelty", since it is not known from the prior art at the date of application. Not known from the prior art, the set of essential features of the claimed technical solution and their impact on obtaining the desired technical result.

The technical solution of the claimed device meets the criterion of "inventive step", since no solutions have been identified that have features that match its distinctive features, and not known fame of the distinctive features on the resulting technical result.

The present invention is shown in figures 1 and 2. Figure 1 is a side view of the device. Figure 2 is a front view of the device.

The proposed device contains a base 1 with stops 2, on which the guides 3 are made with the possibility of moving them on the rollers 4 of the plate 5 with a rotation unit 6, for example, a bearing on which the seat 7 is fixed, connected to the back 8 by a hinge 9, fixed by a latch 10 hinge 11, support 12 for hands, stop 13 for backrest 8, fasteners 14.

An example of using the proposed device.

For convenience, the device can be stored disassembled: the base with stops separately from the rest of the structure. The assembly of the device is carried out in the following sequence. Install base 1 with stops 2 on the bathroom opposite the door to the bathroom. The entire plate 5 with the rest of the structure is inserted into the guides 3 of the base 1, while the latch 10 fixes the back 8.

The patient in a wheelchair is delivered to the entrance to the bathroom, lifted, put on the floor in the bathroom and deployed with his back to the device. Then the patient is seated on the seat 7 so that his back touches the back 8, put his hands on the supports 12. Remove the latch 10 and tilt the back 8 together with the patient to the limiter 13. Then lift the patient's legs and put them in the bathroom 15. When this seat on the block 6 rotation will rotate 90 degrees. After that, the back 8 with the patient is returned to its original position and fixed with a latch 10. The plate 5 is moved on the rollers 4 together with the patient at the same distance from the edges of the bath 15 and the fasteners 14 fasten the plate 5 to the base 1 from uncontrolled movement.

If the patient due to health conditions can stand for a certain time, he is washed while standing, if not, then he is washed with a sedentary one.

After washing the patient, the fasteners 14 are released, the plate 5 on the rollers 4 with the patient is moved to the edge of the bathtub 15. Remove the latch 10, tilt the backrest 8 together with the patient to the stop with the limiter 13. Then lift the patient's legs and remove them from the bathtub 15. In this case, the seat on the block 6 rotation will rotate 90 degrees. They put the patient on his feet, unfold his back to the exit, and sit him in a stroller.

From this example it can be seen that the claimed technical result is achieved: the design of the device is simplified.
