Claims (18)
а) присоединение устройства к технологическому потоку, причем указанное устройство включает проточную ячейку, содержащую множество отверстий, причем по меньшей мере одно отверстие представляет собой впускное отверстие проточной ячейки для текучей среды, извлеченной из указанного технологического потока, и по меньшей мере одно отверстие представляет собой выпускное отверстие проточной ячейки для текучей среды, выходящей из указанной проточной ячейки, датчик растворенного кислорода, присоединенный к одному из указанных отверстий; очищающее устройство, присоединенное к одному из указанных отверстий, и клапан, соединенный с указанной проточной ячейкой;
b) извлечение текучей среды из указанного технологического потока в указанную проточную ячейку;
с) открытие клапана указанного устройства, чтобы предоставить возможность извлечения текучей среды в указанную проточную ячейку;
d) по меньшей мере однократное измерение концентрации растворенного кислорода в указанном технологическом потоке с помощью указанного датчика растворенного кислорода, причем перед каждым измерением поверхность указанного датчика растворенного кислорода очищают;
е) закрытие клапана указанного устройства, чтобы предотвратить извлечение текучей среды в указанную проточную ячейку;
f) по меньшей мере однократное измерение концентрации растворенного кислорода в текучей среде внутри указанного устройства с помощью указанного датчика растворенного кислорода, причем перед каждым измерением поверхность указанного датчика растворенного кислорода очищают;
g) вычисление Δ растворенного кислорода между данными, полученными на стадии (d) и на стадии (f);
h) установление корреляции по меньшей мере между указанным значением Δ растворенного кислорода, вычисленным на стадии (g), и объемной (общей) микробиологической активностью в указанном технологическом потоке; и
i) количественное регулирование указанной микробиологической активности путем добавления эффективного количества обрабатывающего вещества, содержащего один или несколько окисляющих биоцидов, в технологический поток и/или эффективного количества обрабатывающего вещества, содержащего один или несколько неокисляющих биоцидов и окисляющий биоцид в технологический поток.
а) присоединение устройства к технологическому потоку, причем указанное устройство включает проточную ячейку, содержащую множество отверстий, причем по меньшей мере одно отверстие представляет собой впускное отверстие проточной ячейки для текучей среды, извлеченной из указанного технологического потока, и по меньшей мере одно отверстие представляет собой выпускное отверстие проточной ячейки для текучей среды, выходящей из указанной проточной ячейки, датчик растворенного кислорода, присоединенный к одному из указанных отверстий, первый трубопровод, присоединенный к впускному отверстию проточной ячейки, и клапан, соединенный с указанной проточной ячейкой;
b) извлечение текучей среды из указанного технологического потока в указанную проточную ячейку;
с) открытие клапана указанного устройства, чтобы предоставить возможность извлечения текучей среды в указанную проточную ячейку;
d) по меньшей мере однократное измерение концентрации растворенного кислорода в указанном технологическом потоке с помощью указанного датчика растворенного кислорода, причем перед каждым измерением поверхность указанного датчика растворенного кислорода очищают;
е) закрытие клапана указанного устройства, чтобы предотвратить извлечение текучей среды в указанную проточную ячейку;
f) по меньшей мере однократное измерение концентрации растворенного кислорода в текучей среде внутри указанного устройства с помощью указанного датчика растворенного кислорода, причем перед каждым измерением поверхность указанного датчика растворенного кислорода очищают;
g) вычисление Δ растворенного кислорода между данными, полученными на стадии (d) и на стадии (f);
h) установление корреляции по меньшей мере между указанным значением Δ растворенного кислорода, вычисленным на стадии (g), и объемной (общей) микробиологической активностью в указанном технологическом потоке, осуществляя тем самым наблюдение за величиной указанной микробиологической активности воды в технологическом потоке.
