Известна смесь для получения искусственной породы, включающая, мас.%: цемент 25-30; мука и песок на основе карбоната кальция до 55; оксиды металлов (железо, хром, свинец, ртуть) 2-10; гидроксиды металлов (железо, хром, свинец, ртуть) 2-12; силикаты кальция 2-3; силициды углерода (карбид кремния) 0,1-0,6; фторсиликаты 6; сульфиды железа и меди 0,4-0,8; щавелевая кислота 0,3-0,5; вода 10-23 [1]. Подготавливают и дозируют сырьевые компоненты. Цемент смешивают с песком на основе карбоната кальция, термолитовым гравием фракции 10-20 мм, добавляют воду, суперпластификатор С-3, оксиды железа и еще раз перемешивают. Смесь компонентов укладывают в формы, уплотняют и оставляют до затвердевания в течение 1 сут. Полученные изделия извлекают из форм, подвергают механической обработке (распиливанию, шлифованию) и выдерживают при комнатной температуре не менее 28 сут.Raw materials are prepared and dosed.
