Медицинские пиявки во время укуса выделяют в кровь гирудин - биологически активное вещество, которое влияет на выработку женских половых гормонов и нормализует менструальный цикл без применения гормональных препаратов. Эффективность предлагаемой методики комплексного лечения была исследована на следующих группах больных (женщины с нарушением овариально-менструального цикла, страдающие эндокринной формой бесплодия): группа 1 (n=13) - принимали лечение согласно способу-прототипу (питье минеральной воды, гинекологические орошения, психотерапия), группа 2 (n=17) - принимали минеральные ванны и осуществляли питье минеральной воды, сеансы психотерапии (включающей приемы музыкотерапии), общий массаж, гирудотерапия на область проекции яичников внизу живота, группа 3 (n=22) - принимали лечебные процедуры по заявленной методике (таблица 1). Длительность лечебных процедур, а также курса лечения была идентична во всех группах.The effectiveness of the proposed complex treatment methodology was studied in the following groups of patients (women with a violation of the ovarian-menstrual cycle, suffering from the endocrine form of infertility): group 1 (n = 13) - they took treatment according to the prototype method (drinking mineral water, gynecological irrigation, psychotherapy) group 2 (n = 17) - they took mineral baths and carried out drinking mineral water, psychotherapy sessions (including music therapy techniques), general massage, hirudotherapy on the projection area of the ovaries in the lower abdomen, groups 3 (n = 22) - taking therapeutic procedures at the stated procedure (Table 1). The duration of treatment procedures, as well as the course of treatment, was identical in all groups.
Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о достоверно более высоких результатах лечения предлагаемым методом (группа 3) по сравнению с результатами групп 1 и 2.The results obtained indicate significantly higher treatment results by the proposed method (group 3) compared with the results of groups 1 and 2.
