SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to creation of preparations of natural origin as an agent for prevention and treatment of locomotor in an individual. There are presented two versions of the agent for preventing and treatment of the locomotor apparatus containing an active substance in the form of grinded raw pine nut (a kernel, a membrane, a shell), leaf-bearing shoots of common hyssop and 40-50% isopropyl alcohol, and by the second version - grinded raw pine nut (a kernel, a membrane, a shell, chips, sawdust, waste wood), leaf-bearing shoots of common hyssop and 40-50% ethanol.

EFFECT: agent has a wide spectrum of therapeutic action.

Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to the creation of drugs of natural origin as a means for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system of a person.

Known therapeutic tincture with antirheumatic activity based on alcohol extract of elecampane roots and extract of leaves and aloe trunk in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: Elecampane roots - 2-5; leaves and trunk of aloe - 3-12; ethyl alcohol 40-70% - the rest (RF patent for the invention No. 2180578, class A61K 35/78, publ. March 20, 2002).

Known closest to the claimed technical solution and selected as the closest analogue therapeutic tincture, having anesthetic effect and containing crushed raw pine nuts and 40-50% alcohol with a ratio of raw materials: alcohol 6-10: 100 (RF patent for the invention, No. 2170097, class A61K 35/78, published July 10, 2001 - prototype).

It should be noted that at present, preference is given to multicomponent preparations, since in them there is a mutual strengthening or softening of the action of their constituent components. In this case, the resulting preparations can be recommended for prophylactic use with a wider range of indications, due to the multivalence of their prophylactic effect. The rational selection of components of a particular therapeutic orientation with a low level of toxicity and side effects makes it safe to use these drugs for a long time, which is very important for normalizing the body's adaptation mechanisms, as well as for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.

The technical problem underlying the present invention is the creation of a new tool for the prevention and treatment of the musculoskeletal system with high therapeutic efficacy, biological activity, reducing the number of contraindications, as well as increasing the raw material base for its production.

This problem is solved by identifying and using a new property of hyssop herb known in the list of medicinal plants, which increases the activity of anti-inflammatory drugs with prolonged use.

A group of inventions is proposed, united by a single inventive concept.

The technical task of the first embodiment is solved in such a way that a means of prophylaxis and treatment of the musculoskeletal system is proposed, containing the active substance in the form of crushed raw pine nuts (kernel, film, shell) and 40-50% alcohol, according to the invention, the active substance is additionally contains leafy shoots of hyssop officinalis in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

chopped pine nut raw - 5 ÷ 15%; leafy shoots of hyssop officinalis - 1 ÷ 5%; isopropyl alcohol 40-50% - the rest.

The technical task of the second option is solved as follows: a means for the prevention and treatment of the musculoskeletal system containing the active substance in the form of crushed raw pine nuts (kernel, film, shell) and 40-50% alcohol, according to the invention, the active substance is additionally proposed contains cedar wood processing waste (shavings, sawdust, wood chips) and leafy shoots of hyssop officinalis in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

chopped pine nut raw - 5 ÷ 15%; cedar wood processing waste - 5 ÷ 15%; leafy shoots of hyssop officinalis - 1 ÷ 5% ethyl alcohol 40-50% - the rest

A distinctive feature of the second variant of the claimed product is the additional content of cedar wood processing waste (shavings, sawdust, wood chips) and the use of 40-50% ethyl alcohol, which can significantly increase the raw material base for its production.

The composition of the claimed funds allows you to expand the spectrum of effects on the varieties of the disease and strengthen its antirheumatic activity, which is due to the synergistic effect of therapeutic components.

At the same time, the product contains components in such proportions that, when used together, provide the most pronounced therapeutic and preventive effect, has no contraindications, and the alcohol base used contributes to the faster penetration of active active substances to diseased organs, which increases their effect on the human body.

Thus, the use of the claimed means allows to achieve the following technical result:

- increase biological activity;

- increase therapeutic activity;

- reduce the number of contraindications;

- increase the raw material base of its receipt.

The means for the prevention and treatment of the musculoskeletal system according to the first embodiment are prepared as follows.

The hyssop grass is crushed fresh or in a dried state, dosed mixed with crushed raw pine nuts (kernel, film, shell), pour 40-50% with isopropyl alcohol. The extraction is carried out at room temperature and periodically stirred for at least 6 days. The resulting product is separated from the meal by decantation or filtration.

Upon receipt of the means for prophylaxis and treatment of the musculoskeletal system according to the second embodiment, at the mixing stage, cedar wood processing waste (chips, sawdust, wood chips) is additionally added, and the extraction is carried out on the basis of ethyl alcohol.

Insisting and storing the means for the prevention and treatment of the musculoskeletal system in sealed containers of chemically neutral material ensures the preservation of its healing properties and volatile essential oils.

The means for the prevention and treatment of the musculoskeletal system according to the first embodiment is used for external use by rubbing the painful parts of the body (skin), which ensures quick absorption of the extract into the skin and the healing components reach the peripheral pain organs. At the same time, the painkillers contained in the extract, in particular essential oils, quickly and massively affect the nearby organs. Application of the iodine grid provides quick surface heating of the body and a rush of blood to the surface, which accelerates and improves the absorption of healing and pain-relieving components into the blood.

The means for the prevention and treatment of the musculoskeletal system according to the second embodiment can be used externally and internally.

An example of external use of the agent according to the first embodiment.

Example No. 1. Patient A. for several years suffered from acute bouts of pain associated with chronic radiculitis. After three times the application of the claimed drug before bedtime in the painful vertebral region the next morning there was a disappearance of pain or a significant decrease in pain. Within one week, the pain in the vertebral area completely stopped.

An example of an external use of the agent according to the second embodiment.

Example No. 2. Patient B. suffered from periodic pain of an arthritic nature in the area of the elbow joint, in particular, with weather changes. After applying the claimed drug three times before bedtime to the sore spot the next morning, there was a disappearance of pain or a significant decrease in pain. Within one week, the pain in the elbow joint completely stopped.

An example of the internal use of the tool according to the second embodiment.

Example No. 3. Patient V. suffered from periodic pains of a joint-rheumatoid nature, associated, in particular, with weather changes. After ingestion of 3 ml three times a day before meals for one week there was a complete disappearance of pain.

The presence of distinctive features makes it possible to obtain a positive effect, expressed in the creation of an invention having high therapeutic efficacy, biological activity, reducing the number of contraindications, as well as increasing the raw material base for its production.

The use of the invention in medicine, in particular as a means for the prevention and treatment of the musculoskeletal system, ensures compliance with the criterion of "industrial applicability".
