Its disadvantage is the complexity of the technology, low productivity, low strength and resistance of the products to aggressive environments, toxicity of production.
An object of the invention is to obtain a sulfur-concrete mixture, providing products obtained with its help of high resistance to aggressive environments, increasing crack resistance, strength to external mechanical and thermal influences, simplifying the technology, reducing harmful emissions during production, eliminating the harmfulness of production.
To obtain the planned technical result, a method for producing a sulfur-concrete mixture is proposed, which consists in first heating the crushed stone and sand to a temperature of 140-170 ° C, for example, in a drying drum, then heated crushed stone with sand is fed into the mixer and nanopowder is added, where the components of the mixture mix for at least 1 minute, then sulfur is loaded into the mixer and mix for at least 3 minutes.
A distinctive feature of the proposed method is that first crushed stone and sand are heated to a temperature of 140 ÷ 170 ° C, for example, in a drying drum, then heated crushed stone with sand is fed into the mixer and nanopowder is added, where the components of the mixture are mixed for at least 1 minute , then sulfur is loaded into the mixer and mixed for at least 3 minutes.
Sulfur concrete mixture is prepared as follows.
Сначала подготавливают компоненты смеси щебень, песок из отсевов дробления щебня, серу и нанопорошок с учетом соотношения, мас.%:First, prepare the components of the mixture of crushed stone, sand from screenings crushing crushed stone, sulfur and nanopowder, taking into account the ratio, wt.%:
35÷45%Crushed stone 35 ÷ 45%
10÷30%Sulfur 10 ÷ 30%
0,05÷2%Nanopowder 0.05 ÷ 2%
Sand is the rest.
Crushed stone and sand are heated to a temperature of 140 ÷ 170 ° C, for example, in a drying drum. Then the heated crushed stone with sand is fed into the mixer and nanopowder is added, where the components of the mixture are mixed for at least 1 minute. Then sulfur is loaded into the mixer and mixed for at least 3 minutes. With the introduction of nanosized particles in the composition of sulfur concrete, a change in the properties of the material occurs. A large (300 m 2 per gram) ratio of surface area to volume of silica fume determines the number of contacts and physicochemical interactions between particles and sulfur microcrystals. Filling the space between the polymer chains of sulfur atoms, and interacting with them, nanosilica initiates an avalanche-like formation of crystallization centers and at the same time prevents the growth of sulfur crystals. The smaller the size of the nanoparticles, the more centers, the smaller the size of the crystals. In this case, nanopowder particles are attached to sulfur molecules and inhibit the growth of sulfur crystals during solidification, which gives it amorphous properties.
Homogeneous crystals are formed on the surface of mineral fillers during the cooling of sulfur, the sizes of which are much smaller than in the volume of free sulfur. With the optimal degree of filling proposed, almost all sulfur goes into a more uniform and finely crystalline state, which leads to a significant increase in strength.
ПримерExample
Компоненты смеси, находящиеся в соотношении, мас.%:Crushed stone and sand from the screenings of crushing crushed stone were poured into a drying drum, where they were heated to 160 ° C. Then inert materials were elevated by the elevator to the dispersion unit, where on the grids they were divided into fractions 5 ÷ 20 mm and 0 ÷ 5 mm, and fed into the metering hoppers above the mixer. A separate binder of the binder dosing conveyor from the storage hopper filled with granular gas sulfur. Crushed stone and sand were discharged directly from the dosing hopper into the mixer. (One loading of the mixer - portion - 600 kg). Nanopowder (ASIL-300 silica powder) was fed there from a silo of storage of the minipowder. The components of the mixture, in the ratio, wt.%:
Crushed stone 35% (210 kg)
Sand from crushing screenings - 45% (270 kg)
Then 19.95% (119.7 kg) of gas granulated sulfur was fed into the mixer. Granules of sulfur melted in a mass of hot inert materials. The composition was mixed for 3 minutes. The resulting sulfur-concrete mixture was unloaded in portions into a special vehicle.
Технический результат - получение строительных изделий, обладающих высокой устойчивостью к агрессивным средам, большой прочностью к механическим и термическим воздействиям, упрощение технологии, снижение вредных выбросов.EFFECT: obtaining construction products having high resistance to aggressive environments, high strength to mechanical and thermal influences, simplification of technology, reduction of harmful emissions.
