Компоненты дозируют в требуемых количествах, по отдельности подвергают помолу по полного прохождения через сетку 008 и смешивают. Подготавливают глазурную суспензию с влажностью 45-57%. Суспензию наносят в виде тонкого слоя на поверхность отформованной и высушенной черепицы, подсушивают слой на воздухе и обжигают в интервале температур 1050-1250°С.
