Description
LAYERED PANEL
The utility model relates to layered panels used in the construction of light partitions, trade pavilions, country houses, the manufacture of door leafs, billboards. The panels can be used in the manufacture of caravans and refrigerated trucks.
Laminated panels are known, consisting of outer linings and an internal cellular aggregate of foamed polymer, in which the liners and aggregate are connected using an adhesive layer. (Aleksandrov A.Ya., Borodvtn M.Ya., Pavlov V.V. Designs with foam aggregates. Ed.2, M .. 1972; USSR AS 1500745, 1520216). In this case, the filler is a monolithic foam block of constant or variable (a.s. USSR 1520216) density, and the adhesive layer is located between the outer surface of the filler and the inner surface of the lining. With this panel design, the required bond strength of the filler with the lining is not ensured due to the underdevelopment of the contact surface of the filler and the adhesive layer. The strength of the panel as a whole is determined entirely by the strength of the external liners used, since the filling foam has a low strength.
The well-known laminated panel (see BASFvpv abstract Construction of prefabricated houses using rigid foams CTViponop, M. / St. Petersburg-j 1993, 24 pp.) Consists of external sheet claddings and a filler made of expanded polystyrene, connected to each other using an adhesive layer made of polyurethane adhesive located between the aggregate and the lining. Such a panel has insufficient strength due to low

пр-очностью связи адгезионного слоя с заполнителем, а также низкой прочностью самото заполнителя.the sharpness of the bond between the adhesive layer and the aggregate, as well as the low strength of the self-aggregate.
The technical challenge is to increase the strength of the panel.
The solution to this problem is achieved due to the fact that the panel consisting of the outer sheet linings, the foam aggregate and the adhesive layer between them has an adhesive layer, which is a composition containing adhesive and particles of aggregate material, and the adhesive content in the adhesive layer gradually decreases, and the content of aggregate particles gradually increases with increasing distance from the inner surface of the lining inside the aggregate.
Figure 1 shows the design of the panel and the seal for changing the composition of the adhesive layer; 2 shows the design of the panel with embedded elements, the adhesive layer in FIG. 2 is shown simplified.
Содержание адгезива и частиц материала заполнителя по толщине адгезионного слоя изменяется таким образом, что у поверхности облицовки находится практически чистый адгезив, а по мере удаления от поверхности облицовки в адгезионном слое постепенно возрастает содержание частиц материала заполнителя (пенополистирола).The panel consists of outer sheet claddings 1 and 2, foam aggregate 3, connected to each other through an adhesive layer 4. The adhesive layer is made of composite, composed of adhesive 5 and particles of aggregate material 6. The content of adhesive and particles of aggregate material varies by the thickness of the adhesive layer so that the surface of the cladding is almost pure adhesive, and as you move away from the surface of the cladding in the adhesive layer, the content of particles of the filler material styrene).
In each case, the adhesive is selected individually and must satisfy the conditions: chemical non-interaction with polystyrene and high adhesion to the material

For example, if the cladding is made of metal, then as an adhesive. polyurethane can be used, and if the claddings are made of wood-fiber boards, polyvinyl acetate.
The polystyrene particles in the adhesive layer should have a wide size distribution to ensure their optimal packaging, and fine fractions of polystyrene foam can also be used as such. usually not used to produce core aggregate material.
Foam aggregate may contain reinforcement or embedded elements 7. 8. for example, in the form of wooden inserts (7) or pipes (8) for the coolant or hidden wiring. The reinforcement or embedded elements are connected with the filler material through an adhesive layer of the above structure and composition.
According to the present description, industrial samples of 32 mm thick laminated panels with paper-laminated facings (GOST 9590-76) were manufactured. Aggregate polystyrene foam. The adhesive layer consisted of polyvinyl acetate and polystyrene particles and had a variable composition. The thickness of the adhesive layer was about 5 mm on each side. Panel samples were subjected to operational and climatic tests and showed a high bond strength of the liners and foamed aggregate. No destruction of the panels along the adhesive layer was observed.
