Abstract

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device designed to fasten cargoes on vehicle, particularly to flat cars and automotive semitrailer trucks to carry containers 30B and 48X with uranium hexafluoride in protective cover. Proposed device comprises frame made up of lengthwise rails jointed together by crosswise rails and support assemblies, and package fasteners. Top flanges of said lengthwise rails make support elements for packages supports. Note here that said lengthwise rails have holes for packages to be bolted in place, clips to secure packages by braces and package centering pins.

Description

The present invention relates to the field of engineering, and in particular to devices for securing cargo on a vehicle, in particular to railway platforms and automobile semi-trailers for transportation of containers 30B and 48X or 48Y according to ISO 7195 with uranium hexafluoride in protective cases (hereinafter - “packaging 30” and “packaging 48”, respectively).

A device for transporting packages with uranium hexafluoride (patent RU 2206932 C2, G21F 5/14, B61D 3/16, B60P 7/13 of 07/04/2001), containing a frame with fittings, supporting devices, brackets, multi-turn extensions. The device is mounted and secured to a railway platform or a container container semitrailer using fittings located in corner cantilever beams. Packages are installed on appropriate seats and secured with multi-turn stretch marks.

The disadvantages of this device are:

- incomplete loading of vehicles (for example, on a railway platform of model 13-9004, transportation of no more than ten "packages 30" is possible).

The closest technical solution to the proposed invention is a device for fastening containers of callback and 48Y Siberian chemical plant (drawing U4520.100.00), containing a frame, cantilever beams attached to it, support devices, multi-turn extensions. The device is installed and fixed on a railway platform for rack brackets. Packages are installed on the appropriate seats and secured by multi-turn extensions (“packages 48”) or bolted connections (“packages 30”).

The disadvantages of this technical solution is:

- incomplete loading of vehicles (for example, on a railway platform of model 13-4012, transportation of no more than six "packages 30" is possible);

- the location of the bolted connection for mounting the "packaging 30" in a place inaccessible for maintenance.

The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the efficiency of use of vehicles and reduce the complexity of attaching packages.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that directly the upper shelves of the longitudinal beams serve as supporting elements for the supports of the packages, while in the longitudinal beams holes are made for fastening the packages with bolts, brackets for attaching the packages with braces and pins for centering the packages.

The longitudinal beams are made in the form of a wide-shelf I-beam and are located relative to each other in such a way that the "packages 30" with their supports are installed directly on the upper shelves of the beams. When installing “packages 30”, the pins fixed on the upper shelves of the longitudinal beams enter the holes of the supports of the packages and center them. Holes for fastening the packages with bolts are located on the upper shelves of the longitudinal beams on the outside of the device. Due to this, with a denser than the prototype, the placement of the "packaging 30" fastening elements remain available for maintenance. This allowed to increase the number of transported “packages 30” on the platform of the model 13-9004 to twelve, and on the platform of the model 13-4012 to nine.

A device for securing containers on a platform (Fig. 1) is a frame containing longitudinal beams 1 with consoles attached to them 2. Longitudinal beams are interconnected by transverse beams 3, lodgements 4 and a stop beam 5. The stops 6 are fixed on the vehicle and serve for mounting the device on it by means of a threaded connection. Holes are made in the longitudinal beams for attaching the “packs 30” to the device, the pins 7 are fixed for their centering and the brackets 8. Stretch marks 9, which are used to fasten the “packs 48”, are fastened with a bracket to the ear 10 in the transport position, and the second end is fixed in the rib eleven.

"Package 30" is installed directly on the upper shelves of the longitudinal beams of the frame (figure 4). The combination of the mounting holes in the legs of the package and the holes in the longitudinal beams 1 of the frame is provided using the pins 7. Fastening the "package 30" is made by bolted connections 12 (Fig.5). As a duplicate fastener, stretch marks are used.

"Packing 48" is installed on the cradles 4. Fixing from longitudinal movement is carried out using the rib 13 of the package, which is included in the groove of the thrust beam 5. Stretch marks 9 are fastened with locks to the eyes of the package and are pulled with lanyards to eliminate gaps.

Claims (1)

A device for fastening packages with uranium hexafluoride on a vehicle, comprising a frame of longitudinal beams connected by transverse beams and lodges, and fastening elements of the packages, characterized in that the upper shelves of the longitudinal beams directly serve as supporting elements for the supports of the packages, while in the longitudinal beams made holes for attaching packages with bolts, brackets for attaching packages with extensions and pins for centering packages.
