Abstract

FIELD: weapon and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: magazine gun with manual reloading comprises bed 1 with neck 2, which changes into buttstock 3. On bed there are the following components installed - barrel 4, cartridge-chamber 5, magazine 6 for cartridges, longitudinal sliding lock 7 with handle 8 for its rotation in transverse plane and reciprocal motion along longitudinal axis of barrel and cartridge-chamber and trigger 9. Handle 8 is arranged as of gun type. Mutual location and geometry of neck 2 and handle 8 allow for location of the latter immediately under neck 2, and at least by a period prior to shot making, and its removal from this position by counterclockwise rotation in transverse plane.

EFFECT: improved weight and dimensional parametres, tactical-technical and operational-ergonomic characteristics of weapon.

Description

The invention relates to handguns, mainly sniper and other rifles (including large-caliber) and carbines with a sliding bolt.

A series of author's developments is known to improve manual store reloading weapons aimed at a significant (about 1.5 times) reduction in the duration of reloading itself [1-4].

The main idea of these proposals is in the lever-like development (extension) of the shutter handle (“shutter” of the shutter) by the trigger (back and down) with the possibility of simultaneously grabbing the specified handle, box and trigger with the arrow of a hand for subsequent “throwing” the shutter.

The closest analogue (prototype) of the claimed invention, i.e. coinciding in purpose and in general essential structural features, is a hand-loading magazine with a gun box containing a neck with a pistol protrusion, turning into a stock, a barrel, a chamber, a magazine for cartridges, a sliding bolt with an elongated handle located along the axis the shutter bent behind the trigger downward with an extension below the trigger level with the possibility of simultaneous capture of the shutter handle, pistol protrusion and the trigger with the hand of a shooter and longitudinal about reciprocating movement with rotation in the transverse plane [2].

In it, the neck of the box has a section with signs of a pistol-type handle, in any case with a pistol protrusion. In this case, the location of the protrusion invariably during reloading.

However, the prototype device, with all its positive qualities, is characterized by certain, removable disadvantages. In particular, the presence of two handles - the pistol grip (as an inseparable fragment of the stock) and the shutter handle - in the conditions of their adjacent, almost continuous in position before reloading, arrangement causes some unjustified overestimation of weight and size indicators, although it is convenient to not interfere with the design of the stock.

The problem to which the claimed invention is directed is to eliminate this drawback, namely, improving overall dimensions and, therefore, improving the tactical, technical and operational-ergonomic characteristics of weapons.

The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that in a magazine with manual reloading, containing a box with a neck with a pistol protrusion, turning into a butt, barrel, chamber, ammunition magazine, a longitudinally-sliding bolt with an elongated handle located along the axis of the bolt, bent behind the trigger hook down with extension below the trigger level with the possibility of simultaneous capture of the shutter handle, pistol protrusion and trigger with the arrow of the hand of the hand and longitudinal reciprocating movement with rotation in the transverse plane, a pistol grip is provided that is structurally integrated with the bolt handle and pistol protrusion and installed with the possibility of tight interconnection with the neck of the box by means of a detachable latch mounted under it at least for the period before the shot is fired.

The solution of this problem is also achieved due to additional structural features (with the above main set of features):

- the handle lock can be automated using at least one elastic element;

- with the previous set of essential features, the handle lock can be either automatically disengaged at the end of the trigger stroke due to their mechanical relationship and, at least, switched on by means of a manual control element, or switched on and off due to, respectively, multidirectional efforts of the hand arrow in the transverse plane, or automatically shut off at the end of the stroke of the trigger due to their mechanical relationship and, at least, included due to Elias wrist hand to overcome the elastic force in the transverse plane.

Among the known devices and methods, no such combination of essential features would coincide with the declared one. At the same time, it is due to the latter that a new technical result is achieved in accordance with the task.

The inventive device store guns with manual reloading (for example, a rifle) is illustrated in the drawings:

figure 1 schematically shows a rifle, side view;

figure 2 is the same, rear view when the position of the shutter handle under the neck of the box;

figure 3 - the same when the shutter handle is rotated 90 ° in the process of reloading;

figure 4 is a fragment of the latch of the universal handle with automatic shutdown at the end of the stroke of the trigger.

Magazine weapons with manual reloading contains (see Figs. 1-3) a box 1 with a neck 2, turning into a butt 3, mounted on the box (built into the box) barrel 4, chamber 5, magazine 6 for cartridges, sliding bolt 7 with a handle ("stem", "bracket") 8 control it (its rotation in the transverse plane and the reciprocating movement along the longitudinal axis of the barrel and the chamber) and the trigger 9.

The handle ("stem", "bracket") 8 is made elongated, flattened at least in part of its length and is located along the axis of the shutter 7. It is bent behind the trigger 9 downward with extension below the level of the trigger 9 with the formation of a pommel in the form of a pistol grip type (with a pistol protrusion 10, on which figured samples 11 can be provided to cover the shooter’s hands with four fingers). Thus, the pistol grip 8 is a separate product from the neck 2 and the neck 2 itself does not have “its” pistol protrusion. Implemented a constructive combination of the bolt handle and pistol protrusion 10 lodges 1.

However, the relative position and geometry of the neck 2 and the handle 8 allow the latter to be placed directly under the neck 2 of the stock 1, at least for the period before the shot is fired, and its withdrawal from this position by turning it counterclockwise in the transverse plane.

In the position under the neck 2, the pistol-type handle 8 is fixed, in the simplest version, by a spring-loaded automatic lock 12 of a known design operating on a “latching resistance” (an outstanding movable part of the handle 8 in the socket of the neck 2 or vice versa).

It is possible (option) to execute the latch 12 as non-automated (non-automatic), but manually turned on and / or off by force, for example, due to, for example, a lever or a button (not shown) in the area of the hand of the arrow, lying on the handle 8, similar to the well-known flag fuse or pistol holder lock.

A variant with a combined lock 12 is also possible, when the socket of the lock in the bed 2 is made (as well as the protruding part) movable, controlled by a hand lever or button.

Partial automation of disconnecting the latch 12 and thereby separating the handle 8 from the stock 2 can be achieved, for example, due to the mechanical relationship of the trigger 9 (more precisely, its rear developed part) with the pivotally mounted outstanding movable part of the latch 12 (see Fig. 4) .

To more clearly fix the magazine 6 in the neck 2 of the lodge 1 and reduce the transverse and longitudinal loads on the shutter 7, the seat socket in the neck 2 under the end face of the magazine 6 can be made with the rear 13 and left 14 side end stops (i.e. the seat socket is buried in neck 2 at least from two sides - back and left - see the rendered fragment of figure 1 and figure 2, 3).

In any case, as with the closest analogs [1, 2], the relative position of the main elements of the weapon implies the possibility of simultaneously capturing the bolt 7, the pistol protrusion 10 and the trigger 9 with the arrow of a hand and (after automatic or forced release of the latch 12) longitudinally - translational movement of the handle 8 with rotation in the transverse plane.

The device can provide, as in the analogs of [1, 2], the possibility of adjustments and quick replacement, if necessary, “staples” with a classic shutter handle (or replacing the shutter with a classic one). From the standpoint of the present invention, this is not of fundamental importance.

The device operates as follows.

Aiming and firing are performed when the arrow covers both the trigger 9 (with the index finger) and the pistol grip 8 (of course, with the protrusion 10-11, with five fingers, three of which lie on the protrusion 10-11). In this case, the latch 12 provides a rigid relationship between the handle 8 and the neck 2, as if the handle 8 was a continuation (more precisely, the lower branch) of the neck 2 of the stock 1 (as with analogues [1, 2]).

In the latch device 12 of FIG. 4, at the end of the working stroke of the trigger 9, the rear developed part of the latter automatically removes the protruding part of the handle 8 from the socket in the neck 2, thereby disconnecting the latch 12 and releasing the handle 8 from the neck 2 of the stock 1. A parallel lever or the push-button manual lock (if any) must be removed before this in advance.

To reload, the shooter removes the index finger from hook 9 (or loosens it) and immediately turns the covered handle 8 (counterclockwise, i.e., right-up by the working angle of its rotation within 90 °), moves forward and performs further movements hands needed to flip the shutter 7.

In the simplest embodiment, the latch 12 (with a spring-loaded prominent part of double-acting), the handle 8 is separated from the neck 2 (with the release) due to the efforts of the wrist.

With the return of the handle 8 to its original state (with the locking of the next cartridge received from the magazine 6 into the chamber 5), the latch automatically (in the simplest version with a spring-loaded latch) or forcibly engages (in the version with a lever or push-button manual latch 12, because the trigger 9 after jerking the shutter 7 is in the cocked position and, therefore, with the embodiment of figure 4 holds the protruding part of the latch 12 in the extended position, preventing the installation of the handle 8 under the neck 2), the gesture is restored th interconnection 8 pistol grip and a neck 2 box 1. The shooter his index finger again puts the trigger 9 and, after sighting, immediately produces the next shot.

The device’s operability was checked by the authors on the mock-simulator of the Mosin rifle appropriately remade by the authors.

Using the invention allows to improve overall dimensions and, therefore, to improve the tactical, technical and operational-ergonomic characteristics of weapons.

Magazine with manual reloading, containing a box with a neck with a pistol protrusion, passing into the butt, barrel, chamber, cartridge magazine, longitudinally-sliding bolt with an elongated handle located along the axis of the bolt, bent down after the trigger with an extension below the level trigger with the ability to simultaneously capture the shutter handle, pistol protrusion and trigger with the arrow of a hand and longitudinal reciprocating movement with rotation in the transverse plane, characterized the fact that the shutter handle is made in the form of a pistol type handle, which is structurally integrated with the pistol protrusion and installed with the possibility of tight interconnection with the neck of the box by means of a latch mounted under it, with the possibility of disconnecting, at least for the period before the shot is fired. 2.
