"All about the gun", 2003, M., LLC "Publishing house ACT", pp. 102-139, 249-259 /. The disadvantage of this design is the unnecessarily strong impact of the barrel on the frame.
The objective of the invention is to increase the accuracy of firing from an automatic pistol, reduce its mass and extend the life, which is achieved by absorbing the recoil momentum in several ways, which are implemented at various stages of the automation cycle without compromising the reliability of its operation. Immediately after the shot, with a joint roll of the barrel and the bolt, they compress their return springs, the gas brake of the barrel also works. Then, when disengaged, the wedge-gate accelerator transfers most of the barrel recoil energy to the shutter, and the residual impact of the barrel through the locking wedge is transmitted to a plastic shock absorber - the return spring guide. At the final stage of the recoil of the bolt after extraction of the spent sleeve, it again engages with the barrel, due to which its speed drops, and the relatively heavy inertia drummer continues to move and collides with the barrel. The sequential damping of the recoil momentum is intended to reduce shock loads without compromising the reliability of the weapons automatics.
The essence of the invention is to create an automatic pistol with automation, working on the principle of recoil of the barrel, consisting of a barrel, frame, magazine, locking wedge, shutter, return spring, return spring guide, trigger, sear, drummer, cocking lever, barrel spring, transmission lever, self-timer, inertial moderator, characterized by the implementation of the guide return spring from a polymer material with shock-absorbing properties, the implementation of the locking wedge with the possibility collision with the rear end of the return spring guide after disengaging the barrel and the bolt, making the barrel with the possibility of continuing rollback after uncoupling with the bolt, while the ratio of the length of the joint recoil of the barrel and the bolt and the length of the barrel’s independent stroke is at least 2: 1, with a mass of not less than 1/4 of the mass of the shutter, making the shutter with the possibility of its impact with the return spring guide at the rear point of its recoil, making the shutter with the possibility of coupling with the barrel in the period after the extraction of the spent sleeve, the implementation of the striker with the possibility of collision with the bolt after its adhesion to the barrel at the end of the period of recoil bolt.
22.The invention consists of a barrel 1, a frame 2, a magazine 3, a shutter 4, a return spring 5 guide, a return spring 6, a barrel spring 7, a locking wedge 8, an impactor 9, a combat spring 10, a sear 11, a sear spring 12, a trigger 13, fuse translator 14, cocking lever of the firing pin 15, trigger spring 16, self-timer 17, retarder 18, retarder spring 19 and guide retarder spring 20. The self-timer also functions as the transfer lever of the retarder, all parts of the trigger mechanism, except for the firing trigger and ev springs are housed in a removable housing in front of the store. The return spring guide is made of polymeric materials and plays the role of a shock absorber of the locking wedge when the barrel rolls back. The barrel has an additional gas brake in the form of two symmetrical side windows 21 and the front diaphragm 22.
Before the shot, the barrel 1 is coupled to the bolt 4, both springs 6 and 7 in the minimum compression. After the shot, the bolt 4 and the barrel 1 begin a joint recoil, compressing the return 6 and shock-absorbing springs 7, and, having traveled together a distance sufficient to drop the pressure in the barrel, are disengaged. When disengaged, the locking wedge 8 acts as an accelerator with a shoulder transferring energy of recoil from the barrel 1 to the shutter 4 of at least 1: 3, and after the disengagement, the barrel 1 continues to move backward, compressing its spring 7 and turning the locking wedge 8 around its axis, the distance ratio passable by the barrel before and after disengagement with the bolt is not more than 1: 2. The barrel 1 after reaching the rear point of its rollback under the action of its spring 7 returns to its original position at the time of the shot.
After the shutter 4 passes a distance sufficient for the extraction of the spent sleeve and the subsequent reliable operation of the automation, it with its internal protrusions engages again with the barrel 1 and the last rollback stage takes place with it. At the same time, he moves the barrel 1 and compresses its spring 7, due to which the recoil speed drops, and the spring-loaded striker 9, movably fixed in the bolt and having a mass of at least 1/4 of the mass of the bolt, recoils independently, collides at the extreme rear point of its movement with the shutter 4 and under the action of the mainspring 10 starts moving forward and damps the residual impulse of the shutter recoil with its counter impulse. In the future, the shutter returns to its original position, along the way captures the next cartridge and locks the barrel. The cycle is repeated until the cartridges are used up in the magazine, after which the shutter 4 becomes to stop the shutter.
The use of an accelerator-type shutter allows reducing the mass of the shutter and, as a result, moving the center of mass of the weapon during firing and hitting the shutter against the frame at the extreme rear point.
An increased degree of transfer of barrel recoil energy to the bolt contributes to a decrease in the barrel recoil speed and weakens its subsequent impact on the frame.
The use of a gas barrel brake allows the use of cartridges with a significant variation in power.
The possibility of using the guide return spring as a shock absorber is provided by its relatively large mass and advantageous elongated shape. The use of a shock absorber when the barrel hits the frame and when the shutter comes to its extreme forward position allows to reduce shock loads on the frame and thereby increase its life, as well as reduce the impact of these blows on the accuracy of fire.
