FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The present invention relates to the field of packaging of cigarettes, in particular to a sheet inner liner for a hygienic box of cigarettes on which four fold lines are formed, including two transverse and two longitudinal lines, in which the closing surface is defined by two transverse lines of four fold lines, as well as hygienic a box of cigarettes containing such a sheet of inner liner.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The solid hinged cigarette box invented in the UK 60 years ago has become the prevailing way of packing cigarettes. However, this method has a significant drawback associated with the fact that the fingers of the smoker must be in contact with the filter mouthpiece during the extraction of the cigarette, which creates a hygienic problem that society pays close attention to. Regarding this issue, the Chinese Consumer Society issued Consumer Prevention No. 6 in May 2001, entitled “smoking is the main way of illness through the mouth,” warning that the cigarette filter mouthpiece spreads the disease, and urges relevant institutions to change the existing way of packing cigarettes. with filter mouthpiece.

Considering the indicated need, the PRC application No. ZL 01131395.1 (Publication number CN 1346780 A) with the name “Hygienic Cigarette Box” was filed. It describes a hygienic cigarette box that opens on one side, so that the cigarette can be removed by trapping its central portion with your fingers, and thus excludes the spread of bacteria and viruses through contact, resulting in a significant improvement in cigarette packaging technology. However, for a prototype cigarette box, a closing surface protecting the portion of the cigarette filled with tobacco and keeping the cigarette from falling out of the box is formed by connecting the two protruding parts of the sheet inner liner. As a result, this complicates the modernization of packaging equipment and potentially affects the stability of packaging quality.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is the elimination of the connection (fastening) of the parts of the sheet inner liner, which meets the technical requirements for "Hygienic box for cigarettes" and at the same time will be adapted to existing packaging equipment and create conditions for the industrial production of "Hygienic box for cigarettes".

Another objective of the present invention is a hygiene box for cigarettes, including a similar sheet of the inner liner.

To achieve one or more of these goals and / or other goals, the present invention is directed to a sheet inner liner for a hygienic cigarette box, which is preferably made of cardboard by means of punching (die cutting). A sheet of inner lining is located between the case of the cigarette box and the aluminum foil that wraps the cigarettes. Four fold lines, including two transverse and two longitudinal lines, are formed on the inner liner sheet on which the front transverse fold line and the rear transverse fold line are parallel to each other in the central part of the sheet inner liner, and the left longitudinal fold line and the right longitudinal fold line located below the front transverse fold line parallel to each other. Four fold lines divide the inner sheet into five parts, i.e. on the front surface, the left side surface, the right side surface, the back surface and the closing surface, in which the closing surface is formed by a part of the sheet located between the front transverse bend line and the rear transverse bend line, while the upper edge of the left-side surface is located below the upper transverse bend line and the upper edge of the left side of the front surface is also below the front transverse fold line. Part of the cigarette with tobacco stuffed is located under the closing surface so as not to be open and thus be protected from falling out of the box.

Also, the present invention is characterized by the following: a sheet inner liner, separated by two longitudinal fold lines, forms a front surface, a left side surface and a right side surface of a cigarette box. A groove is formed on the upper edge of the left side of the front surface, and a corresponding groove located opposite the upper edge of the left side of the front surface is formed on the upper edge of the rear surface. These two grooves form the space for removing the cigarette by grabbing the middle part with the fingers. Preferably, the edge of the right side surface has the same height as the front transverse fold line and forms a closable end of the cigarette along with the closure surface. The sheet inner liner can be folded into this state with a cigarette wrapping machine without any bonding.

The sheet inner liner according to the present invention does not require fastening, meets the technical requirements for “Hygiene Cigarette Boxes”, and at the same time is adapted to existing equipment for packaging cigarettes. It is enough to simply upgrade existing equipment for the implementation of the present invention and thus contribute to the industrial production of hygienic cigarette boxes.

The present invention also describes the hygiene box for cigarettes itself, including a sheet inner liner as described above, in which a sheet inner liner is disposed between the body of the cigarette box and an aluminum foil.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

1 is a schematic view showing a hygiene box for cigarettes with an opening lid. The hygiene box for cigarettes includes an outer case 1 of a cigarette box, an inner aluminum foil 3 and a sheet inner liner 2 located between the case 1 of a cigarette box and an aluminum foil 3, in which an aluminum foil 3 wraps the cigarettes stored in the box. Preferably, the sheet inner liner 2 is made of cardboard using a punching process.

Four fold lines, including two transverse and two longitudinal fold lines, are formed on the inner sheet 2, with the front transverse fold line 7 and the rear transverse fold line 8 located in the middle of the sheet inner strip parallel to each other, and the left longitudinal line 9 the fold and the right longitudinal fold line 10 are located below the transverse fold line 7 parallel to each other and orthogonally to the front transverse fold line 7 and the rear transverse fold line 8. Four fold lines divide the inner sheet 2 into five parts, namely a front surface 12, a left side surface 13, a right side surface 14, a rear surface 15 and a cover surface 6, in which the cover surface 6 is formed by a part located between the front transverse line 7 fold and the back transverse line of the 8 fold. The end of the cigarette 4, stuffed with tobacco, is located on the side of the closing surface 6, which prevents it from external influences and keeps the cigarette 4 from falling in the direction of the lid. When bending the sheet inner liner 2 along the left longitudinal fold line 9, a left side surface 13 is formed at the open end of the cigarette box, with the upper edge of the left side surface 13 being lower than the front transverse fold line 7. A groove 11 is formed in the middle of the front surface 12, and a corresponding groove 11 ', opposite the groove 11, is formed on the rear surface 15.

The grooves 11, 11 'create a space for fingers to remove the cigarette 4. When bending the sheet of the inner liner 2 along the right longitudinal fold line 10, a right open surface 14 is formed at the open end of the cigarette box, while the closing end is formed due to the closing surface 6 and the back surface 15.

The present invention also includes a hygienic cigarette box comprising a cigarette box body 1, an aluminum foil 3 located in a cigarette box body 1, and a sheet inner liner 2 located between the cigarette box body 1 and aluminum foil 3.

Due to the simple design and the absence of joints, the sheet inner liner according to the present invention is adapted for industrial use.

Despite the fact that the present invention was presented by a design variant, it should be pointed out that specialists in this field recognize the fact that any changes or modifications made to the proposed option and its equivalents, without departing from the rules and meaning of the invention, fall into the protected scope, which is defined in the attached claims.

1. A sheet inner liner for a hygiene box for cigarettes, designed to be placed between the case of the box for cigarettes and aluminum foil, including four formed fold lines, including the front and rear transverse lines, and the left side, as well as the left and rear longitudinal fold lines wherein the front transverse fold line and the rear transverse fold line are parallel to each other and both are located in the middle of the sheet inner liner; in which the left longitudinal fold line and the right longitudinal fold line are parallel to each other and both are located below the transverse fold lines; in which the front and rear transverse lines and the left and right longitudinal fold lines divide the sheet inner lining into five parts, including a front surface, a left side surface, a right side surface, a back surface and a cover surface in which the cover surface is formed by a part located between the front the transverse bending line and the rear transverse bending line, and in which the upper edge of the left side surface is located below the front transverse bending line, and the upper edge of the left side is not edney surface is lower than the front transverse fold line. 2.
