SUBSTANCE: device comprises piers and two parallel load-bearing strings stretched between the piers so that the strings are directed along axis of design position of each beam to be protruded into bridge span for accurate beam installation on support parts without beam displacement in transversal direction. Device also has support and suspended trolleys. Beam may be hanged to suspended trolley comprising electric drive for trolley movement along strings. Piers have string height control mechanisms, which change string heights over bridge piers. Suspended trolley may have mechanism, which puts front beam end on support parts.
EFFECT: decreased labor inputs for beam installation on main bridge piers.

Description

The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to technological devices used to install beams on the main bridge supports of beam systems.
Various technological devices are known, such as scaffolds and temporary supports, as well as such lifting vehicles as gantry cranes, crane farms, lock cranes and other equipment used to install beams in bridge spans.
The disadvantage of these mounting devices is the significant complexity and duration of the bridge-building works carried out with the help of these devices, which reduces the technical and economic effect.
The prior art device is a string-roller slide beams, including two tensioned between the supports of the span of the bearing strings, and the strings are oriented along the axis of the design position of each beam pushed into the span to accurately install the beams on the supporting parts without lateral displacement (SU 1307008 A1, class E01D 21/00, 04/30/1987, 7 pp.) (Prototype).
The purpose of the invention is to develop the design of a quickly mounted mounting bridge, significantly reducing the complexity of operations when installing beams on the main supports of the bridges.
This goal is achieved by developing the design of the mounting bridge, the supporting elements of which is a pair of parallel strings stretched between the bridge supports. The strings are pulled along the axis of the design position of each beam to be installed at the lowest possible height, slightly greater than the height of the beam itself, providing unhindered beam transport over the supports and installation on the supporting parts without lateral displacement of the beam.
Steel ropes are used as strings, along which a mounted trolley moves with rollers with the front end of the beam suspended over the trolley suspended under the trolley.
The rear end of the beam is suspended under the support trolley, which moves along with the beam along the rails laid on the approach or on the previously erected span. The support trolley is equipped with a mechanism that lowers the beam pushed into the span onto the supporting parts.
The mechanism lowering the front end of the beam can be located both on the hinged trolley and on the front racks.
Figure 1 schematically shows the device string-roller slide beams at the time of slide beams in the first span of the bridge; figure 2 shows a section along aa; figure 3 shows a design variant of the mounted trolley, complemented by an electric drive and a mechanism lowering the front end of the suspended beam to the supporting part.
The proposed device includes low paired racks 1 and 2, between which two parallel strings 3 are tensioned, a front mounted trolley and a rear support trolley 5. The mounted trolley 4 with a beam suspended underneath moves along the strings by means of a winch 6 mounted on the racks 2 or directly on the support the bridge.
The hinged trolley 7 (see, Fig. 3), unlike the hinged trolley 4, is equipped with its own electric drive 8, which moves the trolley with the beam along the strings 3, and the mechanism 9, lowering the front end of the beam to the supporting parts.
Racks 1 and 2 are equipped with mechanisms that regulate the height of the strings above the supports.
Mentioned regulatory mechanisms in the drawings are not shown.
On all the supports of the bridge, the spans of which will be assembled by means of a string device, the attachment points of the posts 1 and 2 should be provided.
The proposed device works as follows.
Racks 1 and 2 are installed on special nodes of the first and second bridge supports, between which a pair of strings 3 are pulled at the required height.
A beam is placed on a table vertically and horizontally adjustable on a special trolley, on the front end of which a mounted trolley 4 is mounted.
Then the beam trolley slides over the strings 3 and through the adjustable table of the trolley the rollers of the trolley 4 are combined with the strings 3.
A trolley is removed from underneath the beam so mounted using temporary supports, and the support trolley 5 is pushed on and fixed on the rear end of the beam.
Then the trolley 4 with a beam suspended under it by means of a low-speed winch 6 along the strings 3 is pushed into the span and by means of lowering mechanisms is mounted on the supporting parts.
For mounting the second beam, the device moves in the transverse direction, is installed along the axis of the design position of the second beam and the operation is repeated.
After installing the beams in the first span, the device is re-mounted on the supports of the second and other spans, installing the beams in all the spans of the bridge.
As can be seen from the description and drawings, the device of string-roller slide sliding of beams, simple in design and operation, can replace heavy and dimensional bridge-building equipment and temporary technological structures and significantly increase labor productivity when installing beams in spans of multi-span bridges. For the operation of the string-roller slide, a mechanized trolley, a jib crane or a forklift are enough.

Claims (2)

1. The device is a string-roller slide beams, including racks, between which are pulled two parallel bearing strings, oriented along the axis of the design position of each beam slid into the span for the exact installation of the beams on the supporting parts without lateral displacement, support and mounted trolleys, characterized in that the mounted carriage is capable of hanging beams to it and has an electric drive for moving along the strings, and the racks have mechanisms for controlling the height of the strings above the bridge supports.
2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounted carriage is equipped with a mechanism lowering the front end of the beam to the supporting parts.
