Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of weapons, in particular to automatic firearms, mainly small arms, and in particular to locking mechanisms of the barrel.
Known automatic firearms according to patent RU, 2166720, class. F41A 3/50, 2001, including a slide with a return spring movably mounted in the receiver. Reducing the energy of the recoil of the shutter, leading to improved firing performance, in it the introduction of a crank mechanism, introducing an additional element of unreliability into the design.
Known automatic weapons with a free bolt according to the patent US, 3990346, cl. F41D 3/00, 1976, in which the reduction of the recoil energy without increasing the mass of the shutter is carried out by applying the principle of gas braking of the shutter travel. This is quite relevant for a compact weapon with a small shutter speed, however, the interaction of the locking elements of the weapon with powder gases causes their increased heating and pollution. The known mechanism for locking the barrel of an automatic weapon according to patent RU, 2186310, class. F41A 5/18, 2002, containing a lock with a return spring, in which the impact on the value of the rollback is carried out by introducing a damping spring with variable stiffness. Any increase in the number of weapon parts is unacceptable for small models.
The present invention solves the problem of improving the overall dimensions and energy parameters of firearms without complicating the design.
The problem is solved in that in the locking mechanism of the barrel of an automatic firearm containing a bolt located in the receiver connected with a return spring, the latter is made in the form of a torsion spring and pivotally mounted on the receiver, and freely connected to the bolt. The spring is made up of two symmetrically longitudinal axis of the packages of coils, interconnected at the point of attachment to the shutter. When the bolt rolls back to its extreme rear position, the spring simultaneously moves downward from the back plate relative to the bolt. This is due to the fact that the line of action of the forces on the spring from the side of the shutter and butt plate is located above the axis of rotation of the spring. With the shutter closed, the spring force acting on the shutter is significant due to the fact that the coil has a small shoulder. At the time of the full rollback of the shutter, the shoulder increases, but due to compression, the spring has a great effort. Thus, the spring has an almost linear operating characteristic, which ensures the uniformity of the stroke of the shutter, and hence the reliability of locking. Moving down, the spring frees up space for the bolt, allowing you to reduce the linear dimensions of the weapon.
1.The invention is illustrated by the description and the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 and figure 2 shows the sections of the locking mechanism of the barrel with cocked and retracted shutter positions, respectively; figure 3 is a spring, a top view of figure 1.
8.The locking mechanism of an automatic firearm includes a bolt 1 mounted in the
The mechanism works as follows. In the ready-to-shoot state, the bolt is forward and the return spring is in an unstressed state. When you press the trigger, the force through the sear is transmitted to the trigger, releasing the shutter. Under the influence of the recoil pulse, the shutter is retracted. Recoil is accompanied by compression of the spring and moving down, while the spring frees up space for the shutter. Compressing, the spring accumulates energy for the next cycle of firing. The linearity of the characteristics of the spring maintains a uniform force of its pressure on the bolt throughout its working stroke, and its displacement allows to reduce the dimensions of the receiver and the length of the weapon as a whole.
The invention can be used in the manufacture of small-sized automatic firearms.
