Description

FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

This invention relates to the field of activity associated with the demonstration of bulk goods in the trading sections, consisting of vertically composed containers in which these goods are contained. In particular, the invention relates to a device for collecting waste from goods in such a container. These containers are especially often used in self-service stores for the sale of confectionery and other sweets.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Confectionery and other sweets sold in self-service departments are usually displayed in stores in clearly visible transparent containers, with each variety of confectionery exhibited in its own separate container. The containers are installed one above the other in the rack from which each container can be removed when it is necessary to replenish it with goods. The containers contain a part for the selection of goods from which the buyer can select the goods by lifting up the lid. After some types of goods, residues are formed that accumulate on the bottom of the container and must be emptied to keep the container clean. When emptying, the entire container is removed from the rack when there are no goods in it, and empty it. Thus, on the one hand, there should be no goods in the container, but on the other hand, it must be removed from the rack and emptied manually. The emptying operation is difficult, given that three to four containers are installed one above the other to a height of approximately 180 cm. The emptying operation is not very common, as there should be no goods in the containers. Thus, emptying is carried out only when re-filling goods with containers, which should be almost or completely empty, or rather, before this filling.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The aim of the present invention is to solve the above problems by creating a device, in the presence of which the container of the above type can be maintained in pure form due to the ability to remove product residues regardless of the level of filling the container with goods. Thus, the removal of residues can be carried out immediately after re-filling with goods, which is very convenient.

An additional goal is to create this device so that it is extremely easy to use, which will save time.

In addition, the aim of the invention is to ensure the interaction of the specified device with the container to ensure optimal cleaning of the latter from the remnants of the goods.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The above objectives are achieved in this invention by creating the device described in the independent claim, while the above disadvantages are eliminated. In the dependent claims are the corresponding embodiments of the invention.

Several containers are installed one above the other in the frame with the formation of a trade block. The proposed container in such a trading block is made with a grooved bottom, in which openings are made between the grooves, through which the remains of the product may fall down. The holes are distributed in the container so that some of them are located, on the one hand, in the horizontal direction, but at the same time in the longitudinal direction, i.e. along the curvature of the container from top to bottom. Preferably, the holes are made in the form of long slots, curved and occupying a large surface in the direction of passage of goods. Under these openings, a collecting device is arranged vertically in the form of a waste box. This box is installed in the space available in the frame and intended for the specified box, with the possibility of extension in the transverse lateral direction with respect to the container. At the same time, the container has sliding guides made with it in one piece, along which the waste box can move.

Thus, emptying is carried out by simply pulling out the waste box from one side of the trading block, then it is emptied and pushed back under the container.

In an additional embodiment of the invention, the waste box may be made of transparent material to allow for quick inspection before it can be emptied.

In further embodiments, snapping-in functions can be provided to lock the waste box in the inserted position, and on the waste box itself, guide bars can be provided for smooth directional movement along the container sliding guides.

Embodiments are also provided within the scope of the invention, according to which the container is provided with a closing device in the form of a shutter for openings located in the bottom of the container, which is activated before the waste box is pulled out and emptied and which is designed to avoid additional loss goods.

In addition, each container is equipped with a separate waste bin, the design of which is identical to other waste bins.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Figure 1 depicts a trading block 1, consisting of a frame 2, in which several containers 3 for goods are installed. Each container has a part 5 for the selection of goods, equipped with a lid 4 on the front side and a replenishment part 6, which is mounted on the rear side of the container and to which the replenishing container 9 is attached. On the inside of the container there are grooves 7 extending in the direction of the goods along the container see figure 2. Between the grooves in the bottom are openings 8, providing the possibility of falling waste from the goods down from the container under it and falling into the box 10 for waste. In addition, the container has at least one shutter (not shown in the drawings) located across the openings in the bottom of the container with the possibility of movement to ensure their closure or opening before removing the box 10 for waste. Waste bins are inserted into the space in the frame under each container through the opening 11 for maneuvering. The specified space extends from one side of the frame exactly across to the other side, while the waste box inserted into the opening 11 can be pulled out depending on the circumstances on either side. The waste box in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a rectangular hole, on the long sides of which there are guide rails 12 and 13. These laths are moved along the respective rails available in the frame between the openings 11. In addition, at both ends box 10 are handles 15, designed to facilitate handling of the box. The waste box has an opening, which is longer than the openings 8 in length, ensuring the reliable ingress of waste from goods into it. Preferably, the waste box is made of a transparent material, preferably polypropylene plastic. Suitable products that may be contained in containers having openings of this type and collecting container are, for example, sugar-coated pralines with Swedish punch. Sugar deposited on the surface of such products tends to crumble when these products are added to the container, in which case it is considered waste from the product that falls down through the bottom of the container through openings made in this bottom. Due to the fact that the waste box is located vertically under the indicated holes in the bottom, waste from the goods will be collected in the waste box, as can be seen from figure 2. Also, in the process of selection by the consumer of unpacked sweets, the waste from them will fall through the grooves into the waste box.

This invention is mainly suitable for the trading block shown in figure 1, which is made with the possibility of its nomination from a number of similar trading blocks installed side by side in the trading section. This is due to the fact that the waste box can be maneuvered on both sides of the corresponding trading block.

Claims (5)

1. The collecting device containing the container (3), comprising part (5) for the selection of goods, equipped with a lid (4) for access to goods placed in the container, and replenishing part (6), located with the possibility of replenishing the container with goods, and several containers are installed one above the other in the frame with the formation of a trading block, and the container (3) additionally has through holes (8) located in the bottom and a removable waste box (10) located vertically below these holes to ensure waste collection t of goods falling down through said openings (8), characterized in that the trade block is arranged to extend from a number of similar trade blocks installed side by side in the trade section, and that the waste box (10) is mounted to extend in the lateral transverse direction from the frame (2) in which the container (3) is located. 2. The collecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that in the bottom of the container (3) there are grooves (7) that extend in the direction of the passage of goods and between which are indicated openings (8). 3. A collecting device according to claim 2, characterized in that the waste box (10) has guide elements (12, 13) located along its edges and designed to facilitate the extension of this box (10) from the frame (2). 4. The collecting device according to claim 3, characterized in that the container (3) is equipped with a shutter for closing openings (8) located in the bottom, designed to prevent loss of goods when pulling out the waste box (10) and emptying it. 5. A collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the waste box (10) is made of a transparent material.
