Abstract

FIELD: mobile, transformable trip equipment for preparing of food under field conditions.

SUBSTANCE: field kitchen-transformer has boilers, tube and combustion chamber made in the form of rectangular parallelepiped. Horizontal grid is positioned in upper part of combustion chamber. Side walls of combustion chamber are equipped in their upper parts with horizontal axes of rotation. Rotating shields are mounted on said horizontal axes of rotation. One of rotating shields is connected through additional horizontal axis of rotation mounted on its free end with additional rotating shield.

EFFECT: increased compactness for simplified transportation and wider range of functions.

Description

The invention relates to mobile travel devices for cooking in camping conditions.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is the smokehouse-furnace with the possibility of transformation, selected as a prototype, containing pots, a pipe and a combustion chamber made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped (RU 2197166 C1, 01.27.2003).

However, the telescopic sections of the known device are not compact enough to fold. When heating one boiler, the symmetry of the combustion chamber is broken. In addition, the famous smokehouse functions only with pots of certain shape and size.

The technical result achieved by the implementation of this invention is to increase the compactness during transportation and the functionality of the camping kitchen-transformer.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the field kitchen-transformer containing pots, a pipe and a combustion chamber made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, according to the invention, a horizontal grate is installed in the upper part of the combustion chamber, the side walls of the combustion chamber in the upper part are provided with horizontal rotation axes on which rotary shields are installed, one of which is connected to an additional rotary through an additional horizontal axis of rotation mounted on its free end m shield.

Figure 1 shows a transformer kitchen with three bowlers; figure 2 - kitchen-transformer with a pot and two obliquely located guards without a pipe; figure 3 - kitchen-transformer in smoking mode; figure 4 - kitchen-transformer; figure 5 - kitchen-transformer during transportation.

The transformer kitchen consists of: 1 - a combustion chamber, 2 - pipes, 3 - shields, 4 - bowlers, 5 - an additional shield, 6 - a pallet, 7 - smoking nets, 8 - doors and 9 - grilles.

Transformer kitchen works as follows. When the pots 4 (dishes) (see figure 1) occupy a large area of the grill 9, the shields 3 are installed vertically, the additional shield 5 (double) with the additional axis of rotation is installed horizontally, forming the upper wall of the transformer kitchen. If the volume of the prepared food is not large (for example, we heat one pot), the side flaps 3 can be installed obliquely, and the combustion products can be discharged into the gaps formed between them and the pots 4 (see figure 2).

When smoking (see figure 3), the pipe 2 is installed in the rear vertical wall of the combustion chamber, where the hole for the pipe with a damper is located. A pallet 6 with sawdust and a smoking net 7 are installed on the grate.

The transformer kitchen develops as follows. The pots 4 are folded into each other, the tube 2 and kitchen utensils with a grid for smoking 5 are put into the smaller one. A pan 6 for smoking and a pot 4 with utensils are put into the combustion chamber 1. Next, door 8 closes, all flaps 3, 5 unfold, lying horizontally on the grill 9.

A field transformer kitchen containing boilers, a pipe and a combustion chamber made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, characterized in that a horizontal grate is installed in the upper part of the combustion chamber, the side walls of the combustion chamber in the upper part are provided with horizontal axis of rotation on which rotary shields are mounted, one of which, through an additional horizontal axis of rotation mounted on its free end, is connected to an additional rotary shield.
