A method of producing dog food, including grinding ingredients of plant and animal origin and mixing, characterized in that the ingredients of plant origin are oats, buckwheat, barley, tomato pulp, green mass of Jerusalem artichoke, wheat bran, as ingredients of animal origin - large bones cattle, pig skin, while the mixture of ingredients of plant origin is hydrolyzed with organic acids and then the mixture is heated, and the bones are electrolyte pulse processing followed by centrifugation to separate the water-bone mixture to obtain cattle bone chips, then mix the hydrolyzed mixture of plant components with bone chips, pork skin, propylene glycol, vitamins A, D, E and quercetin and re-mixing, then the mixture microwaved, molded and dried.
The food was prepared as follows: the plant ingredients were sieved and mixed. The mixture was then hydrolyzed with organic acids. The ingredients of animal origin - ordinary cattle bone were crushed, mixed with water and subjected to electric pulse processing. Then, the bone-water mixture was centrifuged and the solid part was separated. Treated bone, vegetable raw materials, crushed pig skin, quercetin, propylene glycol, vitamins A, D 3 , E were mixed and microwaved. Produced molding and drying. The exclusion of bone meal from the recipe allows you to avoid uncontrolled enzymatic hydrolytic and non-hydrolytic changes, the interaction of functional groups of amino acid residues of the protein with each other in the bone. In terms of feed, the exclusion of blood flour, poor in isoleucine and poorly digested, despite the high protein content, leads to an increase in the degree of digestibility of the feed.
Quercetin, in addition to antioxidant, has antiallergenic and anticarcinogenic effects [3]. Used organic acids have antioxidant, neurotropic, adaptogenic, antihypoxic effects.
1.Example 1
Сушку осуществляли в течение 170-180 минут при температуре 75-80°С.Plant ingredients: oats, buckwheat and barley groats, wheat bran, dry tomato pulp, dry green mass of Jerusalem artichoke were crushed to a particle size of 1 mm and a dry mixture was prepared from these substances according to the recipe. Next, the prepared mixture was stirred for 3 minutes, poured with a solution of organic acids (succinic: citric - 4: 1) in a ratio of 1: 2 and re-mixed for 3 minutes. Then the mixture was heated at a temperature of 60-65 ° C for 6-7 hours. In parallel, the bone component was prepared. Raw raw bone of cattle was crushed: large and small fist of tibia and femur, pelvic, scapula and humerus, taken in equal proportions, to a particle size of 2-3 mm. Next, bone crumbs were degreased to the required values (9-12%) by applying electric pulse processing (see drawing). Then, the water-bone mixture was separated by centrifugation at a rotation speed of 6000 rpm for 20-25 minutes. Next, bone crumbs, crushed pig skin (particle size 2 mm), propylene glycol, vitamins A, D, E, quercetin were added to the hydrolyzed mixture of plant components and mixed for 10 minutes. The mixture was then microwaved (700 W, 2450 MHz) for 4-5 minutes. Next, molding was performed. Drying was carried out for 170-180 minutes at a temperature of 75-80 ° C.
The feed formulation had the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Biological and zootechnical tests were conducted. The test results allow us to conclude that the feed has a beneficial effect on autoregulatory processes in the animal’s body, metabolism, and an increase in its adaptive reserves.
The positive effect is an improvement in feed digestibility as a result of the use of bone chips that have undergone electropulse treatment, the use of hydrolysis with organic acids with biologically active properties of plant food ingredients, and the use of an antioxidant.
