Device has spout 7 partly surrounding orifice 6 and sealing rib 8 which closes tear-away ring 2 of can opening means. Annular flange 4 may slide over upper surface to displace orifice 6 relative orifice of the can 1 by device rotation. Mouth-piece volume may be reduced or even brought to zero to eliminate the risk of dirt and contaminants ingress in can interior from surface thereof.
