Выгрузная горловина оснащена съемным бункером с дозирующим устройством, вращающимися дисками с лопатками, установленными ниже днища камеры измельчения, причем расстояние между осью вращения рабочего органа и осью вращения дисков удовлетворяет условию L≤R₁+R₂, где R₁ - радиус измельчающего рабочего органа барабанного типа, R₂ - радиус вращающихся дисков с лопатками, L - расстояние между центрами измельчающего рабочего органа барабанного типа и вращающихся дисков с лопатками.
