Abstract

FIELD: production of glass articles. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for production of glass articles, such as bottles, and transfer of said articles from one running conveyor onto the other. Device contains operating mechanism with first and second drives. Pusher is secured on rod of first drive, and glass article holder, on rod of second drive. Pusher is installed for reciprocation to direction of movement of first conveyor in direction of movement of second conveyor. Second drive is secured on rod of first drive, and glass article holder is made in form of shield secured approximately in parallel with pusher and installed for reciprocating square to direction of movement of first and second conveyors. Invention simplifies design of operating mechanism, improves its reliability and increases its service life. Изобретение относится к оборудованию для производства стеклоизделий, а именно к устройствам для перемещения стеклоизделий с одного движущегося конвейера на другой движущийся конвейер. В процессе производства полых стеклоизделий, например бутылок, их перемещение от одной технологической операции к другой часто осуществляется при помощи конвейеров. В связи с этим имеет большое значение качество передачи изделий с одного движущегося конвейера на другой движущийся конвейер. При выполнении этой операции, особенно при передаче изделий типа бутылки, имеющих высокий центр тяжести и небольшую площадь опоры, появляется опасность завала изделий на приемный конвейер, что влечет за собой неизбежный сбой в технологическом процессе и, как следствие, материальные потери.
