п. The invention relates to the field of highly filled composite materials using a thermoplastic binder from crushed wood waste, which can be used in the production of materials used for construction needs, in the furniture industry, etc.
A known composition for chipboards, containing urea-formaldehyde resin from 12 to 13 wt.%, Alumochromophosphate binder (50% concentration) from 8 to 9.6 wt.%, Ethyl silicate 12-22 wt.% And chopped wood (A.s 1595860, MKI C 08 L 97/02, C 08
This composition has toxicity and a fairly high water absorption.
16%. A known press composition for chipboards containing urea-formaldehyde resin from 8 to 11%, high modulus cryolite, ammonium chloride and up to 90% of wood chips (A.S. 1578160, MKI C 08 L 97/02, 1990). The reasons that impede the achievement of the required technical result include the fact that the toxicity of such a composition is quite high, the tensile strength in bending is 22-22.9 MPa, and water absorption is quite high - the swelling is from 20 to 16%.
A wood press composition is known containing crushed wood 70-77 wt.%, Sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose 3.0-5.0 wt.% And technical lignosulfonates 7-8 wt.%, Water - the rest (A.S. 1622372, MKI C 08 L 97/02, 1991).
The reasons that impede the achievement of the required technical result include the fact that water absorption is reduced from 6.0 to 4.2%. In addition, Na - salt of carboxymethyl cellulose is a rather expensive reagent.
Also known is a press material for the manufacture of chipboards, containing crushed wood 34-40%, magnesium oxide 0.7-8%, chloride or magnesium sulfate 3-8% and serpentinite 24-32 wt.% (A.S. 1371964, MKI C 08 L 97/02, 1988).
The reasons that impede the achievement of the required technical result include the fact that the water absorption is reduced only from 26 to 19%, and the tensile strength in bending is from 11.0 to 17.0 MPa. Moreover, magnesium oxide, as well as magnesium chloride or sulfate in an amount of up to 8 wt.% Each reagent and mineral binder serpentinite are required.
Closest to the claimed composition is a composition containing sawdust, and as a binder, powdered primary polyethylene (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene or low pressure polyethylene) (RF Patent 2016022, MKI C 08 L 97/02 // B 27
35,0-40,0%. The reasons that impede the achievement of the required technical result include the fact that this composition has a large water absorption, when used as a binder of low pressure polyethylene, water absorption is 35.0-40.0%.
The task of the invention is to develop an environmentally friendly composition with improved water resistance and good physical and mechanical characteristics.
The technical result obtained using the present invention is to reduce water absorption.
The technical result achieved is achieved in a composition for the manufacture of particle boards, containing sawdust, powdered primary low-pressure polyethylene and, in addition, a solution of sunflower oil waste processed in an electric pulse discharge chamber, which is a mixture of 0.2-0.5 wt.% Alkyl sulfonate sodium, 5-6 wt.% of the above waste and water - the rest is up to 100 wt.%, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Powdered primary low-pressure polyethylene - 10-30
A solution of air-oxidized waste sunflower oil - 2-7
Sawdust - Else
moreover, the solution of air-oxidized waste sunflower oil contains, wt.%:
Sodium Alkyl Sulfonate - 0.2-0.5
Indicated waste - 5-6
Water - Else
The achieved technical result can be explained as follows. A solution of air-oxidized waste sunflower oil penetrates the microporous structure of the wood filler. Then, in the process of processing the composition, part of the air-oxidized waste of sunflower oil enters the polymer matrix and increases its hydrophobic properties. Also, there is an activation of the functional groups of components that make up sawdust. In polyethylene there are reactive groups that are formed at different stages of processing as a result of oxidative processes.
As a result, additional chemical bonds are formed between the macromolecules of polyethylene and the oxidized waste of sunflower oil and the components of wood sawdust. This allows you to get chipboards with a fairly high level of physical and mechanical properties and significantly reduce water absorption.
Sunflower oil wastes oxidized by air are obtained by pretreating them with air that has passed through an electric pulse discharge chamber. Waste treatment of sunflower oil is carried out according to the method described in the patent of the Russian Federation (RF Patent 2126024, MKI 6 C 08
The oxidized waste of sunflower oil has an epoxy value of 2% and an acid value of 16 mg NaOH / g.
To more evenly distribute molecules of air-oxidized sunflower oil waste between wood sawdust, first prepare an aqueous solution consisting of 0.2-0.5 wt.% Sodium alkyl sulfonate and 5-6 wt.% Air-oxidized waste sunflower oil, the rest is water. A greater amount of sodium alkyl sulfonate than 0.5 wt.% Does not increase the distribution of molecules of air-oxidized waste sunflower oil between sawdust and can only increase foaming. Less than 5% and more than 6 wt.% Waste of sunflower oil also does not improve the composition, since the strength of the samples decreases due to the supersaturation of the composition. The introduction of oxidized waste of sunflower oil less than 2% gives a slightly increased water absorption, and more than 7% leads to some decrease in strength characteristics. The invention is illustrated as follows.
A solution of oxidized waste of sunflower oil is treated with sawdust, waste sawn wood. The mass is dried at a temperature of 80-100 o C. the Composition is prepared by mixing all the components in the ratios shown in the table in the mixer for powdered ingredients. From the composition according to the well-known technology (Vigdorovich A.I., Sagalaev A.V., Pozdnyakov V.A. Wood composite materials in mechanical engineering. M .: Mashinostroyenie, 1991, p. 240), we obtain wood-polymer plates with a size that allows cutting samples according to the requirements of GOST 10633-78 and GOST for relevant tests.
10635-88. Water absorption is determined according to GOST 10634-88, tensile strength with static bending - according to GOST 10635-88.
Example 1. A solution of oxidized waste sunflower oil is treated with sawdust, waste sawn wood. For a more uniform distribution of oxidized waste sunflower oil in the volume of wood filler pre-mixed 0.2 wt. % sodium alkyl sulfonate with 5 wt.% oxidized oil wastes and water 94.8 wt.% in a laboratory vane mixer, and then sawdust is placed there and mixed. So, 0.16 g of sodium alkyl sulfonate, 4 g of air-oxidized waste of sunflower oil and 75.84 g of distilled water are taken per 80 g of an aqueous solution and mixed, then 68 g of sawdust is added to the resulting solution, and the resulting mass is dried at a temperature of 80-100 o C and loaded into the mixer for powdered ingredients. Then, 30 g of powdered primary polyethylene of the HDPE brand 20908-040 are introduced and final mixing is carried out. From the obtained composition, a
