Abstract
Изобретение относится к производным дигидронафталина формулы I, где R1 представляет водород, гидроксильную или алкилоксигруппу, R2 представляет водород, низший алкил, аралкил или фенил, а R3 представляет пиридил или имидазолил. Полученные соединения имеют активность ингибирования 17α-гидроксилазы и/или С17-20-лиазы, активность ингибирования синтеза тромбоксана А2 и/или активность ингибирования ароматазы. Технический результат - получены новые соединения, обладающие ценными биологическими свойствами. 3 с.п. ф-лы, 5 табл.

Claims (3)
3. Производные дигидронафталина формулы
где R1 представляет водород, гидроксильную или алкилоксигруппу с прямой или разветвленной цепью C1-С6;
R2 представляет водород, алкил с прямой или разветвленной цепью C1-C6, фенил или аралкил;
R3 представляет пиридил или имидазолил,
причем эти производные имеют активность ингибирования 17α-гидроксилазы и/или С17-20-лиазы, активность ингибирования синтеза тромбоксана А2 и/или активность ингибирования ароматазы.
где R1 представляет водород, гидроксильную или алкилоксигруппу с прямой или разветвленной цепью C1-С6;
R2 представляет водород, алкил с прямой или разветвленной цепью C1-C6, фенил или аралкил;
R3 представляет пиридил или имидазолил,
причем эти производные имеют активность ингибирования 17α-гидроксилазы и/или С17-20-лиазы, активность ингибирования синтеза тромбоксана А2 и/или активность ингибирования ароматазы.
