Abstract
Description
The invention relates to compositions of concrete (mortar) mixtures used for restoration and restoration of building facades of red brick and natural red stone.
Known colored concrete (mortar) mixtures that use pure quartz sand, light limestone or dolomite, white, colored cements and various mineral or organic pigments [1].
[2] . The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a concrete mixture containing cement, ground brick, sand, S-3 superplasticizer, GKZh hydrophobizing liquid, pyrite cinders and water [2].
The disadvantages of the known mixtures are their stratification with increased mobility, as well as reduced frost resistance of hardened concrete (mortar), hardening, as a rule, in air-dry conditions.
The objective of the invention is to prevent delamination of the concrete (mortar) mixture and increase the frost resistance of hardened concrete of a monolithic cladding.
The problem is achieved in that the concrete mixture containing cement, sand, ground brick, S-3 superplasticizer, GKZH hydrophobizing liquid and water contains quartz sand as sand, 20-30% of which is crushed to a specific surface of 5 thousand cm 2 / g, as a ground brick - red clay brick, and as a hydrophobizing liquid - GKZh-94 in the following ratio of components, parts by weight:
Cement - 1
Specified ground brick - 1-2
Indicated sand - 1-2
Superplasticizer S-3 - 0.01
GKZh-94 gidrofobiziruyushchy liquid - 0,001
Water - 0.7-1.4
Red brick provides coloring of the composition and reduces its stratification.
The superplasticizer C-3, which is a water-soluble naphthalene formaldehyde oligomer, reduces the water demand of the concrete (mortar) mixture by 20-30% and at the same time increases its ductility.
GKZh-94 hydrophobizing organosilicon liquid significantly increases the frost resistance of concrete.
Part of the sand (20-30% of its total amount) was crushed to a specific surface of 5 thousand cm 2 / g, since crushed sand has a high reactivity, which leads to an increase in the strength of hardened concrete.
To obtain the composition, 3 mixtures of components were prepared, each containing cement, fine aggregate, C-3 superplasticizer, GKZh-94 organosilicon liquid and water and differing from each other in the quantitative ratio of fine aggregate and water. The consumption of additives С-3 and ГКЖ-94 was constant in these compositions.
The mixture was prepared as follows: metered cement, ground brick and quartz sand were mixed in a dry state and then shut with water, in which the additives C-3 and GKZh-94 were previously dissolved. The mixtures were prepared with equal plasticity (110 mm cone spread).
From the prepared mixtures, samples were prepared — beams with a size of 40 • 40 • 160 mm, which were tested for compression after 28 days of hardening under air-dry conditions, which corresponded to the real hardening conditions of the proposed compositions.
The compositions of the solutions and the test results are shown in the table.
As follows from the table, the mixture was the most effective 1. Using the proposed composition of concrete (mortar) allows, in comparison with the compositions described in the literature, to significantly increase their strength characteristics and frost resistance.
