Курс лечения проводят в течение 3-5 дней под контролем иммунограммы. При компьютерной томографии гайморовых пазух выявлено резкое утолщение слизистой гайморовой пазухи с уровнем жидкости. Под местной анестезией произведено дренирование гнойной полости с эвакуацией гнойного отделяемого до 5 мл. Полость промыта физ. раствором. При иммунологическом исследовании полостного смыва получены следующие результаты: фагоцитоз нейтрофилов 38%, ЛКБ 72%, НСТ (спонтанный) 54%, миелопероксидаза 78%. С первых суток в полость через дренаж начато ежедневное введение приготовленной смеси коллагена и естественного комплекса природных цитокинов (в дозе 50 мкг на 5 мл). Курс лечения составил 5 дней. При контрольной компьютерной томографии гайморовых пазух толщина слизистой в пределах нормы, в просвете пазухи содержимого не определялось, пазуха воздушна. Данным методом локальной цитокинотерапии с препаратом естественного комплекса природных цитокинов (на растворе коллагена) в качестве монотерапии пролечено 40 больных в период с 1998 г. по 04.2000 г. Отмечена положительная клиническая динамика: восстановление носового дыхания, прекращение гнойных выделений из пазух, улучшение общего состояния. При наблюдении за больными в течение 1-1,5 лет не отмечено рецидивов заболевания.
