Abstract

Then a purifying enzymatic gel is applied for 2-3 min. It contains enzymatic complexes of kiwi, pineapple and papaya, extract of green tea, extract of blue-green algae as active origins. After removing its excessive amount one should apply and keep up to its complete absorption a preparation of lipolytic action containing an extract of sea-water brown algae, caffeine, carnitine, tea tree oil, extracts of arnica and red chestnut. Right after this, a warming up gel should be applied with massaging movements which contains sea-water sublimated algae, sea-water plankton, methylsalicylate, extract of common horsetail, lemon extract and ivy extract. The body is covered either with a film or thermoblanket and kept for 20 min.  The invention relates to the field of medicine and cosmetology and relates to methods of treating cellulite.

 Cellulite is a focal fibro-dystrophic change in the subcutaneous fat of the skin [O.S. Ozerskaya. Cosmetology. SPb., GIPP "Art of Russia", 2000, p. 295].

 With cellulite, structural changes occur in the subcutaneous fat layer, accompanied by impaired microcirculation and lymphatic outflow, hyperemia, leukocyte infiltration and edema without cell necrosis.

 One of the main morphological signs of cellulite is a balloon-like change in fat cells as a result of the accumulation of excess fat in them, which completely fills the fat cell, while the lipolysis process practically does not occur in them.

 There are different approaches to the treatment and prevention of cellulite, including following a certain diet; physical exercise; balneological procedures; the use of drugs containing potassium preparations and trace elements; vasoactive and tonic drugs; drugs that strengthen the walls of blood vessels; gastrointestinal lipase inhibitor drugs.

 For these purposes, it is recommended to use barotherapy, electrical stimulation, vacuum massage, galvanotherapy, exposure to ultrasound, laser therapy, electrolipolysis, lymphatic drainage.

 For topical treatment, moderate skin peeling, anti-cellulite massage, mud, algal, gel wraps with anti-cellulite agents are acceptable.

 The agents that are part of the wrap and anti-cellulite preparations may include hyaduronidase, caffeine, menthol, theophylline, carnitine, vitamins A, F, E, extracts of pineapple stems, horse chestnut, lemon and oregano essential oils, ivy extracts, geranium, rosemary, cuffs, birch bark [O.  The closest to the proposed one can be considered a method of treatment and prevention of cellulite, which involves the sequential use of several cosmetic preparations prepared on the basis of Japanese seaweed kelp and a complex of antioxidant vitamins (Inat-Mare Light anti-cellulite gel).

 At the first stage, the Inat-Mare Light anti-cellulite gel with scrub is used, additionally containing essential oils from the pine nuts shell, which gently cleanses and disinfects the skin and restores its tone.

 At the second stage, Inat-Mare Light anti-cellulite gel is used, reinforced by the introduction of Sarepta mustard, which promotes the penetration of active components into the deeper layers of the skin and complements the effect of a scrub that cleanses pores and removes horny scales.

 At the third stage, Inat-Mare Light anti-cellulite gel is used after the shower, which does not contain additives, which consolidates the result, prolongs the effect, while moisturizing, toning and nourishing the skin.

 The purpose of the proposed method is to expand the spectrum and nature of the effects on different parts of the pathological process, which improves the effectiveness of treatment and prevention of cellulite.

 The technical result achieved by the implementation of the proposed method is to reduce the treatment time by about 20% compared with known methods.

 The achievement of this technical result is achieved as a result of a complex sequential effect on the affected areas of the skin of stimulating, cleansing, lipolytic, warming, massage and cooling cosmetic preparations.

 The essence of the proposed method is as follows.

 At the first stage of the treatment or prevention of cellulite, a stimulating cream is applied to the skin surface containing blue-green algae and freshwater sponge powder, marine phytoplankton, enzyme complexes of pineapple, papaya and kiwi, horse chestnut and plush extracts, as well as a cosmetically acceptable base as active principles. and excipients.

 A powder of blue-green algae is obtained by grinding the dried biomass of these algae.

All the mentioned cosmetic products suitable for use within the proposed method are available, commercially available and manufactured by Nizar Commercial Center CJSC.

 The proposed method, consisting of six consecutive procedures that make up one session, is applicable both for the treatment and for the prevention of cellulite.

 For therapeutic purposes, the sessions are carried out 2-3 times a week, and the general course of treatment consists of 10-15 sessions.

 Treatment courses can be repeated, and in between the courses it is recommended to conduct maintenance sessions with an average frequency of 1 time in 2 weeks.

 For preventive purposes, sessions can be carried out 1 time every 2-3 months, but with a certain predisposition to cellulite, they can be carried out more often.

 The essence of the proposed method is illustrated by the following Examples.

 EXAMPLE 1. Patient N., 45 years old. The initial stage of cellulite. Some swelling of the arms and legs. On a thermographic map, zones with a lower temperature are viewed. Appointed treatment with a cosmetological method. The treatment session consisted of the following procedures.

 Cosmetic agent “Lipostimulating Enzyme Cream” was applied to problem areas of the body surface and gently rubbed until completely absorbed. Immediately after this, for 2 minutes, the treated areas were covered with the Bioenzyme Cleansing Gel cosmetic and the excess gel was removed. The cosmetic product “Lipolysis Concentrate” was applied onto the cleansed skin surface, kept until completely absorbed. Then, with the help of light massaging movements, the lipolysis concentrate cosmetic product was distributed on the skin and allowed to absorb. After the concentrate was completely absorbed, the skin was treated with the Liporeducing Thermogel cosmetic product and these areas of the body were wrapped with a plastic film. This procedure lasted 20 minutes. Without removing the gel residues, an anti-cellulite massage was performed using the cosmetic product “Lipo-modeling massage cream with natural essential oils”. At the same time, the massage lasted 30 minutes, after its completion, the cooling gel "Modeling slim gel with spirulina" was applied to the treated skin surface and waited for its absorption.

 Such treatment sessions were carried out 2 times a week and a total of 10 sessions were conducted.

 After completing the course, swelling of the extremities subsided and a uniform temperature background was recorded on the thermographic map.

 EXAMPLE 2. Patient K., 55 years old. Micronodular stage of cellulite. “Leopard skin” appeared - on the thermographic map you can see vast areas with high temperature and small interspersed areas with low temperature. The presence of small fibrous nodules was noted. The skin color is lethargic, pale. The relief is somewhat uneven.

 Assigned to treatment with a cosmetological method, which was carried out according to the method described in example 1.

 Treatment sessions were carried out 3 times a week and a total of 15 sessions were conducted. After 3 months, the course of treatment was repeated.

 After completing the second course of treatment, the relief of the skin surface leveled off, a slight temperature heterogeneity is visible on the thermographic map.

 It is recommended that after 3 months, an additional course of treatment.

 EXAMPLE 3. Patient A., 50 years old. Coarse stage of cellulite. The skin is pale, dry, uneven. On palpation, areas with reduced temperature and tissue compaction are felt. The relief of the skin is noticeably uneven ("orange peel").

 Assigned to treatment with a cosmetological method, which was carried out according to the method described in example 1.

 Treatment sessions were carried out 3 times a week and a total of 15 sessions were conducted.

 3 courses of treatment were carried out with breaks between them of 3 months.

 After completing the third course of treatment, the skin relief became much more uniform, only individual nodules were palpated and no areas with a low temperature were detected. The appearance of the skin is close to normal.

 It is recommended to continue treatment, conducting maintenance sessions between courses of treatment at least one session after 2-3 weeks.

 The advantage of the proposed cosmetic method for the treatment of cellulite is its high efficiency, especially in the initial stages of the disease.

 In addition to the specific therapeutic effect, cosmetics used in the implementation of the proposed method have a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin, stimulating, in particular, metabolic processes in the skin tissue.

 For this reason, the proposed method can be effectively used for the prevention of cellulite and for skin care of all types, especially if it is necessary to correct conditions associated with circulatory and blood microcirculation disorders, excessive moisture accumulation, increased content of metabolic products, tissue hypoxia, and thickening of the subcutaneous fat layer, fibrous densification of connective tissue.

 Despite the fact that the use of individual components of cosmetics used in the implementation of the proposed method is known in cosmetology practice, combinations of these components that make up the prescriptions of cosmetics that are implemented within the boundaries of the proposed method, according to the applicant, have not been previously described, as well as sequence of their complex application.
