Известен способ получения пектина из морских трав (RU патент 921500: мки A 23 L 1/04, C 08 B 37/06), включающий измельчение сырья, обработку его соляной кислотой при pH 4-5, промывку водой, экстракцию 1%-ным раствором оксалата аммония, осаждение этанолом, фильтрование, измельчение пектина, промывку этанолом, обработку метанолом в присутствии хлористого ацетила, повторное фильтрование, последовательную промывку метанолом и этанолом, сушку пектина (прототип). G. с выходом целевого продукта 10% от сухой биомассы, Tanacetum vulgare L. с выходом целевого продукта 5%, Lemna minor L. с выходом целевого продукта 4%. Сырье разрушают путем его однократного замораживания - оттаивания, отделяют от жидкой фракции методом центрифугирования, последовательно обрабатывают в аппарате Сокслета органическими растворителями (этанолом и хлороформом) для удаления низкомолекулярных примесей, экстрагируют водой в соотношении сырье (сырая масса) : вода 1 : 7-15 при температуре 45-70oC в течение 2-4 ч для удаления водорастворимых полисахаридов, обрабатывают раствором соляной кислоты (pH 3.8-4.2; соотношение сырье : раствор 1 : 4-8) при 45-55oC в течение 3-4 ч, биомассу промывают водой, затем осуществляют экстракцию пектиновых полисахаридов водным 0.3-0.7%-ным раствором оксалата аммония в соотношение сырье : раствор 1 : 10-20 при 65-75oC в течение 2-6 ч, после чего экстракт концентрируют, осаждают 96%-ным этанолом в соотношении экстракт : спирт 1 : 2-4 в течение 2-20 ч, диализуют и лиофильно высушивают, в качестве сырья используют биомассу культивируемых тканей растений - Silene vulgaris, Tanacetum vulgare и Lemna minor.The method is as follows. Экстракт концентрируют на роторном испарителе при 40-50oC 100 мл, центрифугируют. Полисахарид осаждают 96%-ным этанолом в соотношении экстракт : спирт 1 : 2 в течение 15 ч, отделяют центрифугированием, растворяют в дистиллированной воде и диализуют против дистиллированной воды. Полученный полисахарид высушивают лиофильно. The yield of the target product is 10% of dry biomass treated with organic solvents, the content of galacturonic acid in the selected pectin polysaccharide is 67%.
