Description
The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to the production of yarn used for woven and knitted products.
6-7). Known yarn for woven and knitwear containing a mixture of short-staple flax fiber and chemical fibers (Tarasov V.P. et al. Production of flax-containing yarn and fabrics based on it, Textile industry, 1998,
6-7). A known method of producing yarn for woven and knitted products, including mixing short-staple flax fiber and chemical fibers, forming a fibrous tape, followed by yarn production (Tarasov V.P. et al. Production of flax-containing yarn and fabrics based on it. Textile Industry, 1998,
A disadvantage of the known technical solutions is that the substandard moisture content of the short staple flax fiber leads to certain difficulties in processing it into yarn, as a result of which there are insufficient conditions for the implementation of the technological process for producing yarn, and therefore, products produced from that yarn are insufficient good indicators of structural and deformation characteristics, for example, hairiness, flexural stability and others.
For better processing and carrying out the technological process of obtaining yarn containing flax fiber, the latter is moistened in special rooms at certain temperatures for 18-36 hours. In cotton mills, this method of processing flax fiber is not feasible due to the complexity of the process.
The objective of the group of inventions is to create yarn for woven and knitted products and a method for its production, providing a technical result consisting in improving the quality of the yarn and improving the process while expanding the range of finished products made from this yarn by reducing breakage during spinning and increasing the equilibrium of the finished yarn .
This technical result in yarn for woven and knitted products containing a mixture of short staple flax fiber and chemical fibers is achieved by the fact that the short staple flax fiber has a linear density of 0.37-0.89 tex and 2.1-4 tex in the following ratio of components, wt. %:
short staple flax fiber - 15-70
chemical fibers - 30-85
The specified technical result in a method for producing yarn for woven and knitted products, including mixing short-staple flax fiber and chemical fibers, forming a fibrous tape followed by yarn production, is achieved after they are mixed with fibers, they are treated with an emulsifying agent, which is used as a preparation based on paraffin emulsions with a concentration of 0.3-1.0%, while short-staple flax fiber has a linear density of 0.25-4 tex in the following ratio of components, m ac%:
short staple flax fiber - 15-70
chemical fibers - 30-85
The use of short-staple flax fiber with a linear density of more than 4 tex is impractical due to the violation of the process, since too much linear density leads to an increase in breakage and disruption of the process.
The use of short-staple flax fiber with a linear density of less than 0.25 tex is impossible due to the lack of conditions for achieving a technical result. The percentage of these components is selected depending on the purpose of the resulting yarn.
The proposed method is as follows.
Natural and chemical fibers are individually pre-loosened and then mixed. Short staple flax fiber is used as natural fiber, and either viscose fiber, or high modulus viscose fiber, or polypropylene, or polyamide, or polyester fiber from 25 to 80 mm long is used as a chemical fiber. Mixed fibers are formed into a fiber tape, followed by yarn yarn spinning. The whole process is carried out on cotton spinning equipment. After mixing the fibers, the latter are treated with an emulsifying agent, which is used as a preparation based on a paraffin emulsion with a concentration of 0.3-1.0%. As a result of such processing, short-staple flax fiber acquires properties that provide the opportunity for further processing of short-staple flax fiber to obtain a linear density of up to 0.25-4 tex. This linear density allows you to spin from a mixture of these fibers on cotton spinning equipment with a ratio of components, wt.%: Short-staple flax fiber - 15-70 and chemical fiber - 30-85, yarn with improved performance, such as bending resistance, hairiness.
Examples of the method are presented in the table.
As can be seen from the table as a result of the method, the breakage of the yarn in the knitting process is 25-30% lower. The imbalance of the yarn is reduced by 2 times.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to obtain yarn of higher quality for the manufacture of a wide range of costume and dress purposes on cotton spinning equipment while reducing the breakage in yarn production.
