SUBSTANCE: decorative panel or tile, whose face surface is formed by hardening at least of cement with a plasticizer, has projections and/or cavities of not more than 100 μm, high or deep that are positioned on the face surface by rows, preferably by rectilinear ones, or adjacent projections and/or cavities staggered in them; at least in one of the rows the projections and/or cavities are made, respectively, of different height or depth and/or with a different cross-section area in the plane of the face surface. At least part of the sections of cavities or space between the projections may be filled with a material differing in color and/or composition from the color and/or composition of the face surface, and the face surface may be formed on the backing or the carrying layer of concrete or wood, or polymeric material preferably with high heat-insulating properties. Besides, the projections and/or cavities may have a tapered and/or spherical, and/or prismatic, and/or pyramidal shape. Description

 The invention relates to the production of building products with concrete properties made of concrete mixtures, for example, such as tiles, facing panels, decorative, including functional with decorative properties, elements of the interior of the premises, and can find application, mainly, when facing walls of buildings and structures, both outside and indoors.

 A known element of a decorative coating containing a rectangular base with a decorative relief in the form of protrusions and depressions of various sections, the upper points of the protrusions and lower points of the depressions form the defining lines of the relief of the element, and the protrusions or depressions are made in the form of circles or parts thereof, height and thickness the bases of which are determined by calculation by mathematical dependencies (RF patent N 2031776).

 Known multi-color marble-like tiles obtained by preparing cement-water mixtures of different mobility, at least one of which contains a dye, applying them to a mold substrate, vibratory compaction followed by curing, and at least one of the mixtures deposited on the substrate was cured before compaction (RF patent N 2080258).

 Known tiles obtained by laying on a glass substrate the shape of a decorative layer, laying a carrier layer of a coarse mixture of cement and sand, and previously prepared from a decorative mixture "layer cake" with pigment-colored layers, and laying the decorative layer is done by cross-section of the dose, followed by multiple rolling (RF patent N 2043196).

The closest known is a decorative facing tile made by mixing Portland cement with a plasticizing additive, fine aggregate in the form of quartz sand and water and molded by pouring the raw material mixture onto a matrix substrate having a surface in the form of prisms located with bases in a horizontal plane along the perimeter of the hexagon, and having a front surface in the form of regular prisms connected with bases in the form of an equilateral triangle or square, distributed with a density n e less than 10-15 per 1 cm ² (RF patent N 2133723).

 A disadvantage of the known designs is the low artistic expressiveness of their decorative surface.

 The objective of this technical solution is to increase the artistic expressiveness of a decorative panel or tile with ensuring its high performance indicators, such as durability, mechanical strength and environmental safety.

 This is achieved by the fact that in a decorative panel or tile, the front surface of which is formed by curing at least cement with a plasticizing additive and has protrusions and / or depressions forming an image, protrusions and / or depressions are made respectively with a height or depth of not more than 100 μm, located on the front surface in rows, preferably rectilinear or with displacement of adjacent protrusions and / or depressions in them in a checkerboard pattern, moreover, in at least one of the rows, the protrusions and / or depressions are respectively made different height or depth and / or with a different cross-sectional area in the plane of the front surface. At the same time, at least a portion of the cavities of the depressions or the space between the protrusions may be filled with a material different in color and / or composition from the color and / or composition of the front surface, and the front surface may be formed on a substrate or carrier layer of concrete or wood or polymer, preferably with high thermal insulation properties of the material. In addition, the protrusions and / or depressions can be made conical and / or spherical and / or prismatic and / or pyramidal.

The front surface can be formed on a substrate or carrier layer 6 of concrete or wood or polymer, preferably with high thermal insulation properties, of the material. In addition, the protrusions and / or depressions are made conical and / or spherical and / or prismatic and / or pyramidal in shape with a large base B in the outer plane of the front surface.

 A decorative panel or tile is made by molding "face down" from a mixture containing at least water-sealed cement with a plasticizing additive, or a concrete fine-grained mixture in a matrix form with protrusions and / or depressions forming a "negative" image imprint, which should be obtained on the product. In the manufacture of the front surface on a substrate, the latter is immersed into the mold to a predetermined depth during the molding process, as a result of which the front surface is monolithic in the substrate. Part of the cavities of the hollows or the space between the protrusions can be, at the request of the customer, completely or partially filled with material 5, different in color and / or composition from the color and / or composition of the front surface material, which is applied to the finished product by any known method.

 The use of a decorative panel or tile is possible as a decorative product, having, if necessary, specified high heat and / or sound insulation indicators.

A decorative panel or tile, the front surface of which is formed by curing at least cement with a plasticizing additive, and has protrusions and / or depressions forming an image, characterized in that the protrusions and / or depressions are made, respectively, of a height or depth not more than 100 microns, are arranged on the front surface in rows, preferably rectilinear or with displacement of adjacent protrusions and / or depressions in them in a checkerboard pattern, with protrusions and / or depressions made in at least one of the rows respectively knowing the height or depth and / or with a different cross-sectional area in the plane of the front surface.  2. The decorative panel or tile according to claim 1, characterized in that at least a portion of the cavities of the depressions or the space between the protrusions is filled with a material that is different in color and / or composition from the color and / or composition of the front surface.  3.
