Abstract

The utility model relates to a hand tool, namely to a kitchen utensil intended for carrying and holding hot dishes, as well as for removing them from a microwave and oven. The grip for hot dishes consists of a handle and an arcuate gripping part, while the gripping part is made with a cutout on the inside for tight fixation of the dishes, and the cutout angle is 45° relative to the horizon. The technical result is the versatility of using the tong for hot dishes, due to the optimal shape suitable for dishes of different angles of inclination of its walls.

Description

The utility model relates to a hand tool, namely to a kitchen utensil intended for carrying and holding hot dishes, as well as for removing them from a microwave and oven.

A utility model (JP3195427U, 2015-01-22) is known from the prior art, which characterizes a hygienic and easy-to-use device for gripping and moving the bowl without touching it, which prevents burns. The device includes a gripping part and a handle. The gripping part is provided with a bowl receiver, the upper and lower parts of which form an opening. The handle is connected to the outside of the gripping part and is used by the user to hold it with his hand.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is the lack of a cutout on the gripping part.

The closest to the claimed technical solution is the invention (FI4732, 04/17/2000), which can be used to take plates used for heating or cooking in a microwave oven. A grip for moving hot (warm) dishes, characterized in that it has a handle and an arcuate base for gripping containers. The arcuate base contains a diagonal cut corresponding to the shape of the dish. At the ends of the arcuate base there are tips that hold the dishes. The lower surface of the arcuate base is provided with an oblique cut.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is that this grip is not universal enough, as it is not suitable for dishes of different angles of inclination of its walls.

The task to be solved by the claimed utility model is to give the tong an optimal shape suitable for dishes of different angles of inclination of its walls.

This problem is solved due to the fact that the grip for hot dishes consists of a handle and an arcuate gripping part, while the gripping part is made with a cutout on the inside for tight fixation of the dishes, and the cutout angle is 45° relative to the horizon.

The technical result is to provide a tight and reliable fixation of dishes with angles of inclination of its walls to the horizon from 41° to 50°.

The tong is designed to carry and hold hot dishes, as well as to take them out of the microwave and oven.

The grip consists of a handle 1 and an arcuate gripping part 2, which are one-piece, that is, they form a single structure.

The exciting part 2 is made with a cutout 3 in the inner part, the angle of which is 45° relative to the horizon. Cutout 3 allows you to tightly and securely fix dishes of any angle of inclination of their walls, as well as safely transfer them.

The handle 1 at the junction with the gripping part 2 and towards the end is made narrower on the sides, and also has a hole 4 at the end for hanging the grip. The hole diameter is 6 mm.

The thickness of the grip is 15 mm, which is suitable for women's, men's, as well as children's hands.

The Hot Dish Grip is made from 3-layer bamboo shields with a criss-cross structure for maximum strength and heat resistance. Lightweight and high-quality material gives the utility model additional strength and increases comfort when using.

Examples of utility model execution.

The device is used as follows.

The user takes the grip by the handle 1, puts the hot dish on the gripping part 2 and transfers it to the desired place without using other available means and without touching the dish with his hands. Hole 4 is used to hang the grip.

Below are examples proving the achievement of the technical result.

Since the shape and dimensions of the dishes are different, several options for using the 45 ° cut-out tong in practice were considered. Below are examples with different angles of inclination of the walls of the dishes. Examples are given from the definition of the angle of the tangent wall of the dishes to the horizon (examples No. 1-6, Fig.4-9).

Example No. 1 (Fig. 4).

Grip thickness - 15 mm, cut-out angle - 45°. The angle of the dish wall to the horizon is 48°. In this case, the plate rests completely on the bottom of the cutout. The cutout angle of 45° on the gripping part of the grip makes it possible to hold the plate more reliably, since the area of contact between the grip and the dishes is larger when compared with the grip without a cutout (example No. 5, Fig.8).

The examples described above prove that the 45° cutout on the inside of the gripping part is optimally suited for plates of any diameter and angle of inclination of its walls. The thickness of the material was not chosen by chance, 15 mm allows you to make a cut at an angle of 45 °, which significantly increases the contact between the plate and the grip.

Examples No. 7-11 described above (Figs. 10-14) show that, in comparison with a cutout angle of 45 °, the emphasis of the dishes occurs mainly on the lower part of the cutout, due to which the area of \u200b\u200badjacency of the dishes to the grip is minimal, which leads to instability dishes and possible splashing of its contents.
